Nicht empfehlenswert!

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Zimmer war extrem klein und dunkel, Bilder waren mit Weilwinkel aufgenommen. Spinnweben überall im Zimmer, an den Fenstern und aussen am Haus. Parkgebühr mit 10 Euro am Tag sehr hoch! Höhepunkt: Bei Bezahlung wurden höhere Preise als bei booking abgerechnet und abgebucht. Klärung gestaltete sich schwierig, konnte aber geklärt werden!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen- jederzeit wieder dort -idyllischer als Innenstadt

Die Lage des Zimmers war hervorragend da wir mit Meerblick gebucht haben Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas abseits ;dennoch oder gerade deshalb super schön. Mit der Außenanlagen - auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und zu genießen mit Blick aufs Meer …

Frühstück absolut ausreichend - es fehlte ( mir ) nur Joghurt pur mit Körnern ohne zusätzliche Schokozeugs Also alles in Ordnung- Brötchen und co waren einfach aber damit kann mal umgehen

Geschäftsführer SEHR unfreundlich. Ich würde keinem empfehlen wegen Wespen.

Gute Lage. Parkplatz. Gute Aussicht

Es gibt viele Wespen im Hotel. Wir wurden nicht gewarnt, dass wir nicht auf den Balkon gehen dürften. Wenn man. Versucht auf den Balkon zu gehen, fliegen die Wespen in den Raum. Als Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerden (wir wurden stark von Wespen gebissen) wurde Leiter einfach unhöflich zu uns und sagte: Raus aus Hotel.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Restaurantbedienung klassische Schule - selten und gut. Angenehme Zimmer und gut aufgeteilte und ausgestattete Bäder.

Angenehmes Hotel mit kleinen Macken

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit! Lage ist etwas abseits, aber dafür ruhig. Parkplätze reichlich und sicher.

Frühstück als Büfett + Aber Produkte nicht besonders gut - Sauberkeit an Ausstattung (Sonnenschirme, Hocker im Bad, Lüftungsgitter,..) sollte besser sein.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, zuvorkommend Personal. Die Lage war für uns außergewöhnlich schön. Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Beautiful Baltic Beach

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Nice country setting. Walking paths outside through a park. Great patio. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

WiFi signal in room was so poor we had to go down to the dining room to work on our laptop computer. Poor ventilation in the bathroom

Great location, great venue and exceptional staff members.

The location is perfect and the staff was exceptional. The room ( sea view double ) was very nice, comply and clean and with beautiful view.

Very good location, quiet and still not far from city centre.

We like to stay close to the see and also the hotel is not far from the city centre. We used our bikes to reach the centre and it took us 20 mins only.

nice staff, lovely food uncomfortable bed!

lovely location

considering it is a fairly expensive hotel to pay 8€ a night for parking is simply a joke. Also no tea/coffee facilities provided and use of the Spa is also at extra cost. The beds are need of upgrading as they are lumpy and hard and the pillows are terrible. from the outside it’s a lovely looking hotel but the decor inside is very 70s. The staff however were very friendly and the chef is exceptional, being a chef myself I was very impressed with dinner. But for €440 for 3 nights I don’t think the hotel is good value for money.

Very good

The location was very good, and close to the beach. The Hotel food was very good and with a nice view to the sea. The Wellness area was really nice with several sauna varieties.

It was a bit far away to the city center. The use of the wellness area was not included in the room price.

A dangerous dirty situation!!!

My first room wasn’t clean, there was literally still toothpaste residue in the sink from the previous occupants and stains on the walls curtains and furniture. The lock to my door broke so I couldn’t leave my room. I was forced to climb over a second floor balcony to the balcony of the next room with all my luggage then downgraded to a new room without a balcony. No apology was given nor compensation offered… in fact I was told well these things happen.

Location is great,. Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was delicious and Travel to and from Town Centre was reliable and cheap.

No Air Conditioning/Fan in Room for when it's hot outside, WiFi in the room was difficult to access.

Fantastic location, mediocre Hotel, terrible food.

The location is fantastic, with great views from the balcony. There are lots of long walks to undertake along the coast. Also the town centre and old docks are lovely to walk around and explore.

Our room was a nice size and spotlessly clean, but the general décor is a little tired looking. This goes throughout the hotel. What was really bad though was the breakfast. Breakfast timings were from 07:00 until 10:00, but at 08:15 nearly everything was gone. No bread rolls or toast, no eggs, limited coffee (felt like it was being rationed). Many guest were complaining but were ignored by the staff. At 08:45 all that was left was jam, some sliced meat and a few sad looking pieces of fruit.
