Ottimo su tutto

Staff disponibile, posizione ottima, camera ampia. Direttamente sulla fermata metro di Astoria, sicuramente perfetto per raggiungere l'intera città comodamente con i mezzi e vicino a ristoranti e servizi essenziali di ogni tipo.

L'incrocio sottostante è abbastanza rumoroso per il passaggio di mezzi di soccorso che impegnano l'intersezione con le sirene accese. Ma lo ritengo normale in una grande città.

An old hotel in a good location

The location was exceptional, everything is within walking distance. The room we were moved to was modern and comfortable.

We firstly stayed in the old part (2nd floor).There were ants in our bathroom. We asked twice for then to be taken care of which they weren't so we asked to move room which was obliged. The noise proved it very difficult to sleep as our room was facing the very busy road. When we moved to the new room, the drain was blocked so the bathroom was flooded with water. We weren't aware of the shutters on the window which should be said upon arrival as there were no curtains on the windows only net curtains.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla 100E -lentokenttäbussin pysäkin läheisyydessä. Huone oli tilava ja korkea. Jääkaappi huoneessa on aina plussaa. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja munat/munakkaat paistettiin asiakkaan toiveiden mukaisesti.

Liikenteen melu kuului vaimeana huoneeseen. Hotellin ympäristö oli iltaisin rauhaton. Huone oli hieman jo kulunut.

Expected the room to be cleaned better. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opnion.

The location is brilliant. The underground is right outside and you are within walking distance to a lot of places.

The room wasn’t very clean. When I arrived there was no body wash in my bathroom and the shampoo was running very low. I had to ask for the body wash to be topped up twice before someone came to do this for me. There was a leftover cap of a razor left in the bathroom when I arrived and there was a lot of dirt and dust around the shower. The carpet in my room had dirt from the last guest that was not hoovered up throughout my stay. The vending machine in the lobby also doesn’t work.

Bien, nada excepcional.

El aire acondiciando en el junior suite no funciona bien. Tarda muchas horas para enfriar la habitacion.Sistema muy antiguo que deberian cambiar cuanto antes. Restaurante bien pero con menu limitado. Servicio bien pero deberian promocionar el restaurante mas con "cocktail bar" y alguno camarero/a mas joven. No hay ambiente en el restaurante por la tarde/noche. Pocos clientes..un espacio que el hotel no se esta aprovechando.

VERY NICE

Room was large and comfortable along with being clean. Breakfast was very continental but with sufficient choices to satisfy individuals, like everywhere, get there early and dont necessarily expect a full english. Location wise we were quite happy with where it was, close to an underground and a good walk into the tourist spots.

We tried to get a taxi and were told 10 minutes, after 10 minutes we were told it was cancelled and the new one would be 10 minutes and we lost money on a trip as we missed it, we will not rely on Uber either. We cancelled the taxi as Uber said it would be there in 6 minutes, then they cancelled and it was another 11-14 minutes before another would get to us. Not a good part of our break. That said, the two taxis we took the next day were excellent but the trust has gone.

Det lå centralt i forhold til centrum af byen og offentlig transport. Dejlig morgenmad

At det lå lige ud til meget traffikeret vej med udrykningskøretøj det meste af natten. Der var meget trafikstøj. Generelt kunne hotellet godt trænge til en opgradering både inde og ude

Beautiful old hotel, very 20s feel. Perfect location for everything. Very good price. Clean comfortable room. Would recommend to others.

Shower was very powerful and if not careful would flood bathroom!

No limpian los cuartos todo los días, solo cabían las toallas y si las dejas en el piso… de las 4 noches solo 1 nos tendieron la cama y 2 nos botaron la basura … es un hotel viejo y con decoración de AC 😂

Next time I would not want to stay

Good location , rooms are big. stuff are friendly and nice.

Very old, floor in bathroom was dirty, lots of hair, also drainage in the shower clogged, very nasty smell and objects were floating. Very noisy, right by the traffic light.

Not a four star hotel,

The location was very central, metro station downstairs, bus stop from airport just across the road, within walking district of restaurant and shopping area

Hotel room was very basic, grim, no tea coffee making facilities, old carpets, no backout curtains, towels well worn, no robes or slippers, air-conditioning did not make any difference so room was too hot, cannot open windows at night due to street noise. From bedroom perspective not a four star hotel. Two different men on reception very rude and unhelpful, one ignored us as we waited to ask a question had to return later and then was rude and unhelpful.

A very centrally located hotel with helpful staff

The location is ideal as very central would definitely book Astoria Hotel again . The rooms were spacious and quiet.

I do like a full breakfast when abroad, so was slightly disappointed that out of 4 days, we were only offered bacon once, no variety in yoghurt flavours either. Plain or just the one flavour. But trivial compared to the location and rooms

Perfect holiday, great location and friendly staff at the hotel

Location was perfect. Lovely well kept building

The rooms were ok, however it seemed they were not well cleaned throughout our stay and we always had to ask for the rooms complimentary coffee as this was never restocked.

This was a special birthday celebration, the city is well worth the visit.

Fabulous range of food for breakfast, and well laid out. Lovely traditional style of hotel, very spacious. Staff, very good and helpful.

Whilst towels were changed in the room as required, the two of us were expected to use only one toilet roll for the whole week. There was no spare roll provided. We had to go downstairs late in the night to ask the night-porter for another toilet roll when ours ran out. Also drinking glasses were not washed. It seems that normal standards of room housekeeping and not observed in this hotel unless we were particularly unlucky during our week king stay. The rest of the hotel was clean.

Everything was fine expect the requirement to sign up for newsletters before being allowed WiFi access.

Very good, nice hotel, 10/10 would recommend

We loved the breakfast, very good range of foods. The room was big and spacious and the lobby was very pretty.

We booked the room with a double bed, but there were just two normal sized beds stuck together, which were on wheels, so they moved easily, therefore we couldn't really sleep together. The room had a little bit of dust, but nothing too mayor.

Loved my stay at Astoria

1. Fantastic location in the Heart of Pest. 2. Hop on Hop off stop right across the road. 3. Walking distance to most sites. Great Heritage Hotel at very a reasonable price.

Breakfast was great but a bit on the expensive side.
