Budapest merita di essere visitata, ho trovato una città migliorata notevolmente in tutto.

ottima posizione, buono il letto

colazione con prodotti non di prima scelta, i succhi sembravano annacquati, pulizia scarsa, poca cortesia di non tutto il personale della reception.

Цей готель не рекомендую

Був запах сирості в номері , дитина не могла там знаходитися , так як іншого варіанту в нас не було тому що ми попали в лікарню ми там залишились! І номер не прибирали 3 дні , хоча ми просили ! Ну і сніданки там такі собі !

Výborná poloha hotela takmer v centre, bohaté raňajky.

Škoda, že sa nedá rezervovať parkovanie v hotelovej podzemnej garáži, nemusí tam byť stále voľné miesto.

Odanın büyüklüğü, kızım için ekstra yatağın çok konforlu olması ve 3 kişilik bir aile için yeterince büyük olması çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı konumu her şeyiyle harika bir oteldi.

Very comfortable hotel but bad Wi-Fi

The staff are amazing friendly and helping us whatever we needed

The Wi-Fi is very very slow and I could not work with the Wi-Fi I have to buy a hotspot

Great hotel, great location, super clean and comfortable!

Location was brilliant! Great transportation links, close to the river and lots of restaurants but not noisy as it's tucked away from the busy road. Very safe neighbourhood.

The water in the shower wasn't as hot as I would normally like but we reported it to the front desk who reported it to maintenance.

Určitě mohu doporučit.

Pobyt v hotelu mohu doporučit. Hotel je umístěn téměř v centru a přesto je tichý a klidný s ochotným personálem. Snídaně byla vydatná a chutná. Mohu jen doporučit.

Trochu nedostatečné osvětlení na pokojích. Stačilo byvyměnit žárovky na chodbě. Ale na celkovém dojmu to nic nemění.

Not pleasant experience

The location was good. The breakfast was also good.

The lady at the reception was unfriendly. We asked to change the blankets because they were with feathers and we were provided with blankets with out bedsheet/sheet. The blankets were even not arranged properly.

The bathroom were dirty once we arrived. Floor was full of hair, walls were full of dirt and the bathtub was dusty.

Very outdated property.

Location, beds and breakfast. Great job by our waiter at breakfast, Constantin.

Extremely rude receptionist’s (both) upon check in 17 September 2022 around 1730. Pet fee was 35 euro, no other hotel in Budapest to include Prestige Hotel never request such a fee for a well behaved pet. Parking fee was also overpriced.

Nice location, functional hotel, Breakfast pretty good.

Breakfast grew on me, not as excellent as another hotel in Budapest but fairly good and with little details. Much better than other hotel I use on the Buda side. Room was quiet, as I requested, even though if neighbouring rooms were noisy, you could hear everything. But isolation from the exterior good. Bed very comfortable. I had to complain to reception 1 night, but they called the other room and everything was fine. Rooms have to doors to isolate the noise form the corridors

Noise isolation from neighbouring rooms. Lifts could be faster and more modern. Bathroom. Every time I showered a lot of water leaked to the floor, even when trying to be careful..

Great stay!

Everything. Comfortable beds/ pillows. Fantastic soft linen and towls. Power shower.fab toiletries. Great breakfast.brilluant staff. Good location.

One very minor thing...for such a great hotel was wall hairdryer that was weak/ ineffective. Better to have one separate...but overall excellent.

Location is amazing but the housekeeping is very very bad. The dust is not cleaned as well as the floor and bathrooms ..should be enhanced for NH

Decent price but stay somewhere else.

Good location

The beds were like sleeping on rocks. Absolutely NO soundproof. People were yelling on the streets literally all night. Couldn't sleep even though I had earplugs. The atrium is very noisy. You get an orchestra of sound in your room every time somebody is checking in or out. The cleaners do not refill Coffee, tea, toiletpaper whatsoever.
