Skvelé ubytovanie v centre

Hotel je v centre, v pešej dostupnosti od termálneho jazera. Bohatý výber jedál na raňajky aj na večeru. Všade čisto. Bazén menší, ale stačí. Plus je tam aj druhý malý perličkový bazén. Personál je milý, ústretový.

Pokazený vypínač svetla v kúpeľni, v noci tiekla klimatizácia. Ale hneď ráno ju opravili. Nie je možnosť si zavesiť mokré veci na balkóne, boli tam iba 2 stoličky.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda! A személyzet kedves segítőkész, nagyon tiszta és rendezett az egész szálloda! Jó a wellness és finomak az ételek! Mindenkinek ajánlom! Máskor is megyünk!:-)

Szuper helyen van a szálloda. A reggeli és a vacsora is bőséges és hatalmas választékú volt. Nagyon szép a szálloda belső kivitelezése is.

Insgesamt sehr gut und wir kommen wieder.

Lage, Essen, Freundlichkeit, Zimmer, Balkon. Ambiente. Gar nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und Geschäften. Und vor allem nahe zum Thermalsee.

Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Die Zimmer benötigen eventuell neues Mobiliar. Die Dichtungen und Fugen im Bad sollten erneuert werden. Dort ist etwas Sanierungsrückstand. Das Spa ist schnell überlaufen. Hohe Preise in der Bar. In der Pediküre und Maniküre fehlt es an Können und Qualität, scheint aber nicht zum Hotel wirklich zu gehören.

Remek elhelyezkedés, kényelmes szoba, egyszerű, de finom fogások, kedves személyzet.

A félpanziós ellátás megfelelő volt, az ebédlő méretes, kényelmes. A kiszolgálás folyamatos. A szoba berendezése tisztességes, igaz nem a mai design, de kényelmes szállást biztosított, hangulatos, viszont meglepetést okozott a konyha a szobában, felszerelés nélkül. A zuhanyzó remek, tágas! A sütemények kifejezetten finomak! A pótágy is kényelmes volt. A wellness kényelmes volt, esős napokon remek, minden szolgáltatás jól működött- kivéve a légkondi. A szobaasszonyok kedvesek, udvariasak, kaptunk friss törölközőt, nem kellett semmiért szólni.

A légkondicionáló egy XIX. századi még működő prototípus. Ha megy, nem lehet fokozatot állítani, ha nem hűt, ki lehet kapcsolni. Este csak füldugóval és széldzsekiben érdemes a szobában tartózkodni, vagy inkább kikapcsolni. Segítettek beüzemelni, a személyzet mindent megtett értünk nem volt melegünk! A parkolást nem említik, nem ingyenes, a napi díj a mélygarázsban elég drága, a másik lehetőség az udvari parkolás, ezt választottuk, ami két utcával arrébb található és elég buta megoldás, hogy a parkolós bácsit a saját autónkkal kellett szállítani - egy idegen beül mellénk és ő irányít a helyszínre- majd együtt kiszámoltuk a díjat és egy cetlire felírva az ablakban kellett hagynunk. A parkoló nem őrzött. A sütik nagyon finomak, viszont egy kancsó csapvíz 400 Ft, nem sok, de ez elvi kérdés.

Byłem z rodziną, na pewno gdybym wracał do Hevizu to bym śmiało wybrał ponownie ten hotel.

Śniadania super, w ogóle wyżywienie rewelacja. Personel miły. Fajny kącik dla dzieci. Lokalizacja w porządku, do jeziora termalnego 5 minut spacerkiem, do Balatonu trzeba jechać samochodem.

Sporo opłat dodatkowych, za parking, za wodę / napoje do innych posiłków niż śniadanie. Basen trochę mały i brak brodzika dla dzieci.

Nice hotel with very good location

Very good location near by the thermal lake, spacious room, clean and quite with a balcony. The beds were very good. The breakfast buffet had various selections. We stayed only one night and have not tried the spa. We enjoyed our stay.

Superb

This location is absolutely perfect. We travelled from Budapest, bus station is 10mins. The lake is 5 minutes, and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is circa 1980s, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and have excellent value for money. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety and is plentiful. The indoor pool is fabulous. People were in the lobby lounging on the couches or on the patio drinking. Great vibe

Throughout Hungary, air conditioning is not to Australian standards. Sometimes, it was just a little warmer than l liked. Perfect for my husband

Thermal spa hotel with swimmimg pool

Very good hotel, close to thermal lake and shopping facilities. We had problems finding the hotel parking garage, which is on the road few blocks futher on, but it leads you to hotel. I recommend parking in front of a hotel (for a few minutes to ger parking instructions, quite complicated). Parking isn't for free. Other options is to park on payable open parking places . The hotel has art nouveau glammour, inside swimming pool and very good family suites.

Superb

A pleasant, well equipped and spacious enough room with a balcony. Very good food, capable staff. We were happy because the hotel has an underground garage, which is additionally payable, but it was stated in the description of the hotel that there is no possibility of parking.

The wellness center needs improvement. There is no mandatory shower before entering the pool and sauna. We also found it unusual that all visitors to the saunas were wearing bathing suits. ??.

Pools and sauna is not a playground. Screaming, playing with little children, this is not wellness.

I was first told at the reception that tbe use of the garage is free and then charged for it.

Excellent hotel. Very clean all the way. Lot of additional content next to the regular hotel room. Wellness facility is very nice and also very clean. Breakfast and dinner were great. The hotel is in a very nice location, really close to the thermal lake. We are very satisfied with what we got for the weekend.

The only minus we had is that they additionaly charge you their underground garrage. And the parking spaces there were pretty narrow

The location and facilities were very good

The staff were extremely unfriendly and borderline unprofessional. The room pricing strategy is deceptive and tricky as only one of the rooms I booked had half board although they were the same (except for some tiny balcony) and the more expensive of the two had no meal plan which was not clearly visible on the booking hence we had to pay all the meals additionally which was unfortunate.

The apartment is lovely, spacious. The breakfast is great, lots of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is great and I loved the garage, making the stay very comfortable. The swimming pool area is lovely!

I've previously commented on this, after our previous stay in this hotel - I think it makes no sense to make the kitchen available in the apartment and not provide any kitchenware at all (no plates, cutlery, pot.. nothing). This is a standard amenity of any apartment with kitchen in other places. Also, the (male) personnel at the reception could work a bit on their customer friendliness.

Pampering hotel in a fabulous resort

The meals were varied and exceptionally delicious and included a lot of fresh vegtables fruits cold cuts cheese meat fish and fresh mussels. No free water at dinner even yap water cost money. The restaurant staff very attentive and helpful. The rooms and hotel very clean. The economy room was big but there was no kettle and tea and coffee it cost 1500 huf per day which is not typical for a 4 star hotel . The hotel is central

good location but bad execution on many level and bad customer service!

Was charged additional 80 € for one person (our son) even we mentioned him in the initial booking on booking.com . The service desk was unflexible and mad when we asked why and advised to revert back to booking.com . In the reservation the child was mentioned :( The terrace was full with pigeon droppings - to stay there was not possible! The complete Hotel used to smell like food - believe that the ventilator system from the kitchen was not working
