Service people were very good.
Room service was a little slow, and the bar at the hotel did not have many items on the menu. For example, they did not have the olives for 4 days. I noticed stocking of food and beverage items was an issue—insufficient planning to have enough food and beverage items at all times. Starbucks was out of almond milk.
Beds had hair on the pillows. it seemed they did not change them from last guest.
Not enough lighting on hallways.
No snack store at the hotel property.

Čiste in prostorne sobe, bazen s toplo vodo in ležalniki. Veliko znamenitosti lahko dosežeš peš.
Prek bookinga smo imeli 15% popust v hotelskih restavracijah, a tam niso nič vedeli o tem.

This is (still) a very good hotel if staying for just a few days.
We were in a junior suite and it was nice but a little dated. The closet was really tiny. The bed and pillows quite comfortable buy we did not like te view at all ( It was a wall !! ) We have stayed there before in a club room with a balcony and view to the garden and pool. ( much better )
The closet was tiny and terrible view for a junior suite.

Originally built for the 1968 Olympics in Mexico the hotel was designed by renowned architect Ricardo Legorreta. Legorreta counted on the advice of the architect Luis Barragán, the artist Mathias Goeritz and on the collaboration of other creative professionals, such as Calder and Noguchi. It’s a classic mid century modern design and the art is fantastic. The location is great, walking to Chapultepec park and to the museums and all the area has to offer, great restaurants and shopping. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the food at the buffet restaurant on site was very good and I appreciated all the healthy options. I would definitely stay here again.
Can’t think of anything, I had a great stay and love this property.

Everything was so nice. We paid extra for the concierge service and were not disappointed. It is in a lovely and walkable part of Mexico City. Close to the park and museums

Internet speed is too low.
As a business trip that affected me a lot, and for the price they charge, I expected better internet service.
