Bebidas boas, funcionários prestativos. Gostei muito da cafeteria que prepara vários tipos de cafes muito bons e da “loja” de doces com donuts e sorvete liberados para a criançada. Academia boa e funcional. Refeições muito boas. Parte recreativa sensacional. Shows noturnos muito bons. Um excelente all inclusive com preço um pouco mais baixo.

Tem que chegar bem cedo para guardar um lugar na praia com sombra. A zona com jogos de mesa e video games so pode ser utilizada por adolescentes. O horario livre é apenas de 20 as 22h, quando a maioria das crianças menores estão nas atrações noturnas ou restaurantes. Esse horário tem que ser ampliado ou alterado.

O resort não é um desses enormes, o que nos agradou bastante. A praia é maravilhosa (alguns dias com ondas)com bar de bebidas e de tacos à vontade. As duas piscinas também são ótimas! Os 4 restaurantes disponíveis à noite também nos agradaram muito, nosso preferido foi o asiático. Bastava colocar o nome na lista de espera e em aproximadamente 1 hora éramos chamadas. Nesse tempo, bebíamos algo no bar. O asiático não tinha esse tempo de espera. Toda noite havia uma atração diferente, e depois, ainda tinha música ao vivo no bar que era um momento muito divertido. Poderia ter um (a) professor (a) de salsa, ajudaria muito, mas não era o único estilo de música. O hotel tem um ambiente muito familiar. Tem cachorro-quente, hambúrguer e casa de doces à vontade. Sem falar no café estilo Starbucks que fica aberto 24h. Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos e agradáveis. Fomos comemorar o aniversário de uma amiga e o quarto ficou bem lindo decorado.

O quarto, apesar de muito espaçoso e confortável, inclusive com um banheiro de bom tamanho, tinha um sofá-cama bem desconfortável para dormir (éramos 4 amigas e pegamos o quarto com uma cama e um sofá-cama)

Le personnel est adorable, très gentil et serviable. Mention spéciale à l’équipe d’animation! Hôtel très propre, à taille humaine pour un resort all-inclusive. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais propre et la musique n’est pas trop forte ni en continu. Accès facile à la plage avec transats réservé à l’hôtel. Choix multiple de restaurants/bars, pas que des buffets ce qui est agréable! Café dans l’hôtel ouvert 24/24. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable.

La nourriture « internationale » n’est clairement pas leur spécialité mais le choix est varié, on y trouve son compte (les mets mexicains restent par contre bons!)

De bediening kan Engels praten, maar ze gaan heel snel over in het Spaans. Vervend, want ze praten net wat te snel voor mij dan. Gelukkig praat mijn vriendin wel Spaans, maar die moest steeds alles opnieuw uitleggen.

la habitación excelente, con vista a la laguna, balcón extremadamente chico. Aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. frigobar free. Cafetería y golosinas excelentes.

habíamos ido en el 2018, no estuvo a la altura de esa época como Panamá Jack, resposera de la playa mala calidad y viejas, pocas sombrillas, gente amontonada por una sombra. En el comedor tenes que sentarte donde te indican y no donde quieras vos, mozos muy interesados en las propinas, comida no estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias. Veníamos de un hotel Riú, de Playa del Carmen que pagamos menos dinero y fue muy superior aquel. No volvería a este hotel. Show de recreación regulares.

숙소의 몇 레스토랑은 상당히 만족 스러웠습니다 분위기가 좋고 음식의 수준이 좋았습니다 직원들은 상당히 친절했고 응대도 빨랐습니다

딱히 개선점은 없었던것 같습니다만 몇몇 포인트의 클로즈 시간이 좀 더 길었으면 좋았을거 같습니다 너무 빠른 클로징이 아쉽네요

el personal muy amable y atento! el hotel tiene diferentes puestos de comida tipo “café, la tienda de dulces, el puesto de tacos, el puesto de comida por día” que todos vienen incluidos en el paquete all inclusive y todos son muy deliciosos, es un hotel increíble en todos los aspectos, lo recomiendo 100% y sin duda espero volver pronto ❤️🇲🇽

All staff really friendly and service was excellent. Good choice of food and drinks.

The pool was too small for the size of the hotel and full of kids. We literally didn't sit by the pool once and opted for the beach area instead.

We liked the hotel itself, it is very nice, clean and stuff was super friendly, smiling and helpful. The food couldn´t be better. We tried maxican restaurant and the food was excellent. The only downside was the room, they gave us a room in a basement and you could smell the mould as the humid outside is nearly 90% it was impossible to be otherwise. And the room was facing parking lot and there were outflow of airconditional so it was very noisy.

Everything! The food is amazing, everyone that works there is so helpful and amazing. Best stay in Mexico we’ve ever had!

The AC in the restaurants was horrible. Your staff that booked my transportation (I explained there were 11 people traveling with several children verified in email we could all fit in one vehicle). The day before we arrived, your staff attempted to double charge me and said they could no longer fit us all in one vehicle. Prior to arriving, I made 3 reservations for cabanas. Your staff didn't have any record of these reservations despite me having all of my emails with your staff.

The food & restaurant choices were great, the staff were so helpful & friendly. Everywhere was so clean & rooms were cleaned well every day. my teenage sons loved the pool & beach activities & the activity team made it fun for them.

Sometimes the music by the main pool was a bit loud in between the activities but other than that there was nothing we didn’t like

Service by the staff. NEFTALI who served us by the pool was the best! Gloria from the buffet Ventanas was also really good.

The beach front dinner not included (Reggae Nights) was pricy for what it was. The band was good, but the show was too short. The food served at a paid dinner wasn't even close to how good the all inclusive options are. Also, I wish the bigger water park had been open. It was one of the reason why I chose to stay at Alltra cancun.

Location is great, lots of options of restaurants. We loved the Asian restaurant. Clean, well cared for hotel. Very large rooms and beds. Although somewhat small, the pool was really good as well.

Night restaurants were great! We were sad there was just a few options of food from 9am - 5pm. We wanted to have more juice options, snacks, appetizers by the pool during the day. Other problem was that there is a wedding venue in front of a group of rooms (ours included). So that was really annoying to have a real party inside our room until late and when called they could not do anything about it. That happened again when they sold a lual by the beach at night.
