Charme et confort

Bel établissement, bien situé dans le centre historique, entièrement rénové avec goût tout en préservant le charme de l’ancien notamment la charmante cour intérieure. Lits confortables, belle salle de bain, vidéo projecteur, petits déjeuners très corrects. Rien à reprocher à cet hôtel qui affiche en plus un excellent rapport qualité prix. A recommander sans réserves.

Lovely accommodating staff and beautiful hotel!

Lovely clean and perfect location! Staff super friendly and helpful, very quirky cool hotel. So convenient for the centre of Castre.

Everything was perfect! I’d just add a mirror in to the room as there was only mirrors in the bathroom.

They are so kind and service was quick and very professional.

An excellent hotel that provides a first class experience.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to museums, shops, and excellent restaurants. The hotel has a deal with several parking garages in the neighborhood with greatly reduced parking rates. The decor and ambient of the hotel adds to the charm of staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a fun place to stay. Rooms to suit every personality.

This hotel had great reviews. I picked it because it was eclectic and central. I also wanted to see what a townhouse (Hotel Particular) from that era would have been like for a family. I really liked the rooms as it was fun. I really appreciated the bathtub too and the upgrade. The elevator was hilarious. It was only in the morning I realized it had a window and was stuck onto the side of the hotel. :) Very French making the most of space (gain de place). :) The receptionist was very helpful and I appreciated his help after a long drive.

It was my fault but read the details. I picked street parking and I would have been better using the hotel parking option as it was less expensive and more flexible.

Absolute value for money and so close to the centre with extra friendly staff.

Location, the best in Castres. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room too small, but next visit we will book a larger room.

excellent hotel and stay

very old building with stylish large rooms and excellent bath room. right in the centre of town convenient for the main square but quiet. Breakfast was reasonable and had everything you needed.

Perfect city centre hotel

It was perfect. It had a warm, homely feel. Friendly, welcoming staff did everything with a smile. They gave us ice, looked after our cakes, wine, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely historic building with thoughtful, unusual decor. Comfortable large rooms with a cosy feel. Fantastic location right in the centre. Dog friendly too. Underground parking was close by only 3e for two night.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff members were very welcoming and very friendly! We will be back!

The rooms were nicely decorated, very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food choices.

Something completely different.

Historic ancient building, friendly people, unique room decor, great shower, in the middle of everything and a very good breakfast.

Squeaking floors and some other noises. A few problems were solved.
