Catastrophe

Pas suffisamment d'explication on avons été livré à nous même et le plus décevant c'est la propreté des cheveux des poils des traces noir sur la faïence quand je Suis sorti de la douche j' ai marché pied nu qu'elle erreur j'avais les pieds pleins de moumoutes noir et le comble auréole d'urine sur le protège matelas . Je dois repartir sur limoges dans quelques temps je ne pense pas relouer chez vous....

Très agréable nuit et petit déjeuner

Proximité du centre ville et de la rivière Belle présentation des serviettes de toilettes sur le lit Tisane très agréable Lit très confortable Il y avait tout ce qui fallait pour un petit déjeuner délicieux

Wenn Man nur ein Bett zum Übernachten benötigt, ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

Rezeptionist und Frühstückpersonal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beim Einchecken eine Wartezeit von 30 Minuten. Toilettendeckel war nicht befestigt, so dass man bei Nutzung verrutscht. Dusche war zu niedrig (Körpergröße 184cm) und keine Halterung für Duschkopf. Handtücher und Betten hatten Flecken und in den Ecken staubig bzw. Haare. Rührei aus Vollei ist zwar Standard in den meisten Hotels, aber hier war es zu flüssig und geschmacklos.

Pas terrible peu faire beaucoup mieux

Le lieu semble idéal à la promenade mais dans l état actuel de travaux cela n a pas été le cas.

Cet un assez grand complexe. La proximité avec des gens foutistes donne un résultat d une nuit désagréable. Personne au dessus de nous qui porte ses talons à plus de minuit... les passants dans la rue qui en ont rien à faire des gens qui dorment. Il n y a plus de respect de toute façon. Et sinon la porte de baignoire qui avait été bloqué avec le tapis de bain... et qu on est obligé de laisser car celle ci ne tient pas en pare douche... pas de grille pain, un équipement plus que succin.

Direkte Umgebung nicht ansprechend, Fußweg zur Historischen City auch nicht berauschend

Appartcity à éviter bruyant,sale, hôtesse d’accueil désagréable pas de place de parking comme indiqué sur la réservation

Plus de place de parking disponible donc voiture garée dehors dans la ville de Limoges et chargée(retour de vacances) Et j’ai bien fait attention justement à cela. Appartement sale alèse retirée le matin tachée à vomir, poubelle sale, hôtesse d’accueil très désagréable. Appartement situé au 5 eme étage sur un boulevard à double sens beaucoup d circulation impossible de dormir. L’horreur !!!

Nice location with value for money

Location was perfect, just outside city center. Kitchen was well equipped and I liked the fridge. Parking was additional costs but safe parking behind a porch. The team who was running the place was friendly.

Smoking outside at the terrace near the breakfast room. Annoying when you eat, but also the smoke went in the air and got into the rooms.

Lots of room and very clean.

We booked the property with parking because we had 4 motorcycles, upon arrival the told us there was no parking available even though there was several car parks with plenty of free spaces.

totally misleading pictures

The pictures of the property were totally misleading. when we got to the hotel there was no space to park. It was very dark and trash everywhere. this is not a good place to spend the night.

Very reasonable price, roomy and comfortable, nice walks along La Vienne

Pleasantly surprised by size of my room - truly a small 1-bed appartment. Next to the Vienne - lovely views and walks and especially across Le Pont Martial where one can fine a café, boulangerie, and pharmacy. Very comfortable bed and a real bath. Secure parking lot available.

As I was on foot, central Limoges seemed distant.

Clean, close to many areas

I would like to say that the staff there were nice, and available, however t eh e reception is closing at two occasions per day which is quite odd in a hotels ?, one of the staff the young guy was having a disrespectful attitude at the time of check out.

Good location, warm.

The corridors and lifts were dirty. The second floor where I stayed was being painted, lots of noise in the corridors. The floor of the room was not clean and the equipment in the room was old.

Friendly welcome and very clean throughout.

The double bed to was infact two single beds pushed together with a double sheet and cover... not great when it starts to separate in the middle... As we were only staying one night it was ok... Also the pillows were quite thin and one per person, I need two.... Apart from this minor things.. We will definitely stay again, as we visit Limoges regularly to see family.

Perfect!

The apartment was spacious, bed really comfy, plenty of good pillows, air conditioning. The bed was made every day and the trash taken out, something I really didn't expect! The parking was free in underground carpark, though I think it is usual charged at 12 euros/day Just outside the apartment block was a really good boulangerie, a fitness centre and choice of places to eat. Burgers, Creperie, Mexican and Italian, all within 60m! Perfect!

Bad instructions for parking. the property’s three car parks had spaces but the surrounding roads were packed. there were no clear instructions on how to enter the car park, which was very inconvenient

We received the wrong key and entered an allready occupied room. It took 1,5 hours to get different rooms and our family was split up. This in the middle of the night with small children.

Stayed over a weekend. Good enough for my family. Polite staff. Quite a bit to see in Limoges.

Nice size apartment, few meters away from the river. Quiet area and yet not far from the city centre. Lovely French breakfast but we had to pay for it separately.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price. Could do with new carpet.
