A great stopping point on your journey

Clean spacious room, friendly staff and good breakfast all at a very good price

No complaints. It was all good. Worth diverting from the A20 to stay here.

Good location.excellent Les routiers just down the road for eating. Plenty of parking. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Very nice room. Have stayed before in 2022 and will use again

Budget hotel, stop, sleep, eat and go kine of place

Staff tried to be friendly and helpful. Wanted to speak English despite me saying I could speak some French :) Very close to a large hypermarket - walking distance 5 mins? No fuel station evident at hypermarket? I found fuel at the best price I'd seen a few minutes after starting on the route to Chateauroux.

Location is in a typical commercial estate setting in France but the parking is in an open area of the corner of two roads, not very secure. I had aground floor room and the area outside the window was completely open to the roads outside. Rooms are basic - this is a budget hotel and fine if you need to put your head down for the night Breakfast was a mini continental everything affair - a mouthfull of croissant, a tiny bowl of muesli etc. It was enough but not substantial enough for some travellers. It was all young men working there and it was a magnet for friends of with their phones hanging around the entrance. Not the best impression and would worry some travellers. Next doors bed developed a squeak which repeated with increasing rapidity. The occupants obviously ceased almost as soon as it started, no doubt falling about laughing at the new toy? Anyway, after a pause they resumed for a little longer and then laughed themselves to sleep :)

Good hotel

Good location with easy access to and from main routes. Shops and restaurants close by. (I can recommend the nearby Hotel Restaurant Les Relais for a good meal at excellent price) The room was clean and comfortable. I had a very good night's sleep. Issoudun is a nice place to visit - old interesting buildings. Good choice at breakfast. Would use again if in the area.

better find something else

No aircon, no ventilation in the rooms either. Want to have a fresh air? use window, however no mosquito net attached. Sticky floors - maybe soap was not washed out properly. Running water in the toilet. Hotel requires complete renovation.

A mistake.

Location. Just a overnight stop while traveling with family. Pleasant staff

No Air-Con Room very hot Bad smell in room Very small bathroom Very shabby Very uncomfortable beds No one slept.

Ideal for visit and wedding in Issoudun and at Chauteau Dangy. Helpful guy at the reception.

Small rooms. Unfortunately one of our rooms had a bad smell of sewer. We got a new room, but same problem occured there too.

Rooms are very very small. Showers are very very small. Difficult to put your luggage in the room. We had to leave our bags in the car and take just the items we would need for the night and to dress for the next day. Showers too small to be able to shave your legs which may not be important for others, but Americans find this to be essential.

Showers very small, but we understand we are from a different culture so this may not be an issue for other people.

Value for money free parking space. Not much diversion from the highway. Super stores and Mc Donald on walking distance. Simple and nice room. Perfect for short stay. Cordial staff. 🙂
