The worst place I have ever stayed.

Nothing went well - the only redeemable feature is that we had a bed to rest in for the night

The rooms were dirty, dilapidated, small, smelly. Absolutely nothing like the photos on booking.com

Attention, puces de lit (bedbugs) dans les chambres.

L’emplacement

Chambre sombre et inconfortable. Présence d’insectes, puces de lit et araignées. La chambre donne sur une cour et des poubelles. J’ai été piqué à de multiples reprises aux mains par des puces de lit.

Единственный плюс это не далеко от центра

Когда мы приехали , на рецепшене с нас потребовали таксу 2100 евро за то что мы приехали в Италию , и сказали что если вы не хотите платить то ищите в полицию , мы вышли все обдумали посмотрели законы, вернулись обратно и уже администратор переобулся и сказал 21 евро , так как там было много людей и он не хотел поднимать шумиху , и доказывал что вы не правильно поняли , хотя он четко сказал мы должны заплатить 2100. По итогу нас то поселили , но во врем ожидания мы пошли покушать в ресторан от отеля , мне приняли полу сырой лосось , еда ужасная. Сам номер маленький и не комфортный , когда просили теплые одеяла нам отказали в них , сказали что их нет , номер был холодный . Даже пульт от кондиционера не дали что бы поставить на обогрев , и сам отель был похож больше на какой то хостел , мы сами до купля ли гель для душа , пасты и щетки , тапочек нет .

Das Zimmer war wirklich nicht schön, alles alt und der Teppich sehr dreckig. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und der Mann von gegenüber konnte reinschauen.

There was no stay

The man at the reception was very patient, showed us how to get around and where the bus stop was.

The room was not clean, not ventilated, dusty, stuffy with a bad smell. The bathroom had a lot of mold and the toilet was broken and unusable. The location of the room was not as indicated in the booking location, we thought there would be parking near the hotel as indicated on the website but there was not. Nothing was as it appeared on the website and of course we were not staying at the hotel and there was no possibility to change rooms because everything was fully occupied.

Utrolig dårlig, uhygjenisk og ikke løsningsorientert personale.

Vi ankom kl. 01 om natten, og da vi endelig var fremme var ikke rommet vårt vasket eller ryddet. Det lå sure sokker og masse søppel på sengen fra de tidligere gjestene. Brukte håndklær osv. da vi sa det til personalet, brukte han 2 min på å «clean the room» som han uttrykte det. Det viste seg at han hadde kastet søppelet og det var det. Vi måtte sove i sengetøy som de tidligere gjestene hadde sovet i, fikk ikke nye håndklær, hadde fylte søppelbøtter og ekle overflater over alt! I tillegg funket ikke airconditionen, så det var satt inn en midlertidig løsning. Første natt var den plassert med røret inn mot badet, slik at en ikke kunne lukke døren, og den blåste ut utrolig varm luft inn på badet og en ubestemmelig temperatur ut i rommet. Da vi gjorde personalet oppmerksom på at det ikke var en holdbar løsning og at den null funksjon hadde, stakk de røret ut vinduet, slik at vi måtte ha åpent vindu hver natt og ble spist opp av mygg i 3 netter. Vi klaget til personalet hver eneste dag og forlangte en oppgradering eller et annet rom - hvilket vi ikke fikk. Vi ble lovet at vi skulle få øyeblikkelig refusjon for den første natt (hvilket vi ikke har fått enda). Tross at vi fortsatt måtte sove uten en funksjonell aircondition resten av oppholdet OG bruke store deler av ferien på å klage i resepsjonen hver eneste dag. Jeg har i tillegg sendt Mail til booking.com (som vi bestilte gjennom) - uten å ha fått svar! Jeg klager normalt ikke over mangler - men dette var så graverende og langt over hva man bør tåle på en såkalt ferie! Jeg anbefaler ingen å overnatte her!

Excellent location. One water bus stop away from St. Mark’s Square but in a more relaxed and none tourist trap location…

Visiting Venice - stay here!

I recently stayed at Hotel Messner and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the rooms were immaculate, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a combination of excellent service and pristine accommodations.

Great place, dog friendly, good food at restaurant and location was great!

Pet friendly, good location, easy transport and friendly staff. Really well trained receptionists, easy to leave luggage after checkout and wonderful with pets. Wifi was working and everything was great! Food at the restaurant was super yummy too!

The rooms are a little outdated and old, but, for the price, that's okay. It was dog friendly which was our most important thing, location was great too.

Une honte absolue

J’ai réservé 3 chambres pour chaque membre de mon équipe. Une des chambres avait sa poignée de fenêtre cassée. Il y faisait complètement noir. Aucune ouverture. Tapis sale. Odeur de refermé. Nous n’avons pas pu occuper la chambre. Personnel à l’accueil on ne peu plus désagréable qui ne voulait pas faire une deuxième clef pour celle qui était obligée de partager sa chambre.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Βενετίας σε ένα γραφικό σοκάκι με κανάλι ακριβώς από μπροστά. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό και το πρωινό πλούσιο! Μπράβο σας!

La struttura si trova in un ottimo punto !

Per arrivare alla nostra camera al 2 piano, si attraversava un corridoio privo di luci , quindi al buio quando rientravamo di notte! In più il tappeto della passerella corridoio e scale era molto polveroso , infatti per niente profumato! La camera accogliente , ma in bagno c erano le formiche!

Una pesadilla

Es un hotel viejo y sin reformas.. no cumplen con su política de responsabilidad .. la primera noche nos dormimos en la calle por llegar Casi las 00...aún no teníamos llaves d habitación.. habíamos llegado pronto y dejado Las maletas en recepción... Estuvimos llamando toda noche a lo numeros d energía ponía en la puerta del hotel.. alguien contestaba y decía q venía alguien a abrirnos y nunca llegó nadie... 6 llamadas y nunca venían....ya no había habitaciones libres en hoteles cercanos y por fin las 3 d la madrugada nos tumbamos en la portería donde da a Las habitaciones q por cierto está l porta rota y entra cualquiera... Hasta las 7,30 d la mañana q por fin llegó alguien....si no van cumplí con lo que prometen para q tener un teléfono de emergencia? Y peor aún se han negado a darme una hoja de reclamaciones.. una noche desastrosa y ya estaba todo pagado

Pessimo!!

La colazione.

Stanza che era poco più che uno sgabuzzino, condizionatore centralizzato e a temperatura glaciale, stava sentendosi male mia moglie e volevo lasciare la struttura senza pernottamento, si è salvato un dipendente procurando il telecomando e spegnendo il climatizzatore, dovendo dormire con finestra aperta siamo stati massacrati dalle zanzare, bagno fatiscente e dal lavabo non scende l'acqua, nella stanza si percepiva odore di chiuso e di vecchio, voto2!!!

Buena relación calidad precio.

Estaba bastante limpio y bien de precio. La zona es tranquila. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos andando de la plaza San Marcos. El desayuno era tipo buffet y bastante completo. La verdad que relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Que nos costó un poco encontrar el hotel según la dirección de booking, conseguimos encontrarlo buscando el restaurante del mismo nombre en Google.

Oteli bulmak İçin 5 km yürüdük. Otel odasında sadece 2 yatak vardı. Ama hem yağmur hem de 5 km yürüdükten sonra mecburi

Oda buz gibiydi ve ulaşımı çok zordu. Oda sadece duvar görüyor ve kahvaltı salonu tesisten uzaktı.
