Très bien !

Hotel bien placé pour un séjour entre Milan et le lac de Côme. Bon petit déjeuner. Bonne literie . Propre, calme . Personnels souriants

Zimmer ok. Frühstück gut.

Auto wurde vor dem Hotel aufgebrochen. Daher kein sicherer Ort, da laut Carabinieri dies kein Einzelfall gewesen ist

Senza infamia e senza lode

La doccia, il rassetto giornaliero della camera, lo spritz di Linda.

Struttura datata, materasso pessimo senza nemmeno il coprimaterasso, cuscino senza copricuscino, stanza poco insonorizzata e quindi si sentono troppi rumori, bagno senza finestra e senza aspirazione, riscaldamento vecchio, difettoso e rumoroso. Il telefono in camera muto, trovato rotolo carta igienica usato. Ho chiesto un cuscino supplementare e ho dovuto sollecitare scendendo alla reception perché non ricevuto. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode ma con poca igiene. Frigo bar caldo e vuoto.

Im Notfall für 1 Nacht ist es ok.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist komfortabel. Es ist nicht teuer.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strasse und das parken im Parkhaus ist sehr eng. Die Matratzen sind wirklich sehr hart und die Kissen zu niedrig. Man kann nicht raus und einen schönen Spaziergang machen, weil es nichts besonderes zu sehen gibt. Das Hotel befindet sich auch nicht in Saronno, wie wir gedacht hatten, sondern in einer kleinen Gemeinde unweit von Saronno.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. First, I came to do check in at 4:00 pm the room was not cleaned so we have to wait for them to clean it. Second the room does not have network. When I asked the staffs at the reception, they said you can come down in the lobby to use the internet. They said maybe the problem in your phone. I told them I have five devices and non of them showed network at the room.

Perfect hotel for an inbetween stop to your final destination somewhere more south in Italy. Newer bathrooms en verry clean .

very bad , and will not live again

This is the worst feeling I have felt in Italy , and I will not book this hotel again , The service or the worker are all bad , the hotel colleagues even give me bad look . it makes me feel so bad and they want to earn more ,and speak many lie , I will not come again . so ban feeling in Italy
