Good location, basic facilities.

Only had breakfast one day as it was not included in our booking. It was satisfactory but nothing amazing. Hotel was in a good location- 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the canal area.

The common areas were tired looking. The lift was very small and did not serve every floor.

La vicinanza al centro.

La camera era a letti singoli separati, la prima notte non ho dormito perché i materassi erano con le reti e mi sembrava dormire in terra. Portato a conoscenza alla reception mi è stato detto che i materassi erano stati cambiati un anno prima, gentilmente ho chiesto se mi cambiavano la stanza ma al mio rientro venivo informato dal receptionista che aveva provveduto a fare girare i materassi. Fatto sta che ho trascorso un' altra notte in bianco.

Great value!

Clean and spacious! TOWELS! Oh my god, the first time ever I didn't have ask for additional towels! Bads are very comfortable, and they have this perfect little blue light next to bed, which is perfect if your kids are in the room and they don't like sleeping in full dark. City center is walking distance, public parking is 2 minutes from the hotel and they charge 14€ per day.

The website indicates an elevator; what it doesn't indicate is there are stairs to the elevator and more stairs after the elevator and stairs to the breakfast room, not so easy with crutches! We arrived about 1:30 am as our train was delayed. The front desk was deserted, so when my first couple of rings brought no one, I held the buzzer down and a young man showed up to open the door and check us in, no smiling involved. He showed us the stairs to the elevator but didn't help carry the luggage to the elevator; instead, he walked up the stairs, met us at the elevator and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. Much appreciated!

Don't fall for tbe 2 adult trap

Location was good, walking distance to port and city centre

When book said room for 2 adults but said I booked for one. When I booked searched I booked for 2 people, I feel the website deceive you by saying 2 adults finding you are booking for 1, don't fall into the same trap.

I expected much more from “3” star hotel.

Location is near the city center, parking garage is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast is okay, but not so much choice.

First of all when we entered our room (number 216) we were hit by a terrible smell, later we discovered that it was coming from bathrom (though it was clean). I think it's coming from the sewers, but it's impossible to determine exactly where the smell is coming from. Everything inside the room is pretty old - beds, chairs, closet. The front door is wobbly, I think if someone leaned a little harder it would open.

- room was visibly dirty. Had not been vacuumed or dusted. - paint peeling off the walls. Upkeep is needed - broken shower did not function well. - room was In a separate building from the hotel

The hotel needs a revamp.

The location of the hotel is central, close to a private paid car park and train station, and also close to the centre of Trieste. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel was also clean.

The hotel needs a revamp. The room we were assigned was quite old. The air condition didn't work properly, so we didn't have a good night sleep during our 3 day stay. The walls are paper thin, and we could here a person sleeping next door coughing all throughout the night. There is a very old lift in the hotel, however, we still had to carry our heavy luggages a few steps down to our room. The receptionist on duty during check in didn't explain anything about the hotel and the services offered (such as breakfast). He just asked for our name, and gave us the key to the room.
