A beautiful hotel, with a Michelin starred restaurant.

Beautiful pool area and terrace. Fantastic, helpful staff. The Kitchen, a Michelin starred restaurant, has an incredible tasting menu with wine pairing. I will definitely return.

A little far from the Lake, and taxis did not always show up.

Enjoy a Familly stay but no direct reach to the lake

nice pool, pleasant moments, didn't try breakfast and restaurants, very well equipped rooms

family stay, great pool, but not very well located if you need to go to the center or around the lake, not close to any attraction, not close to the ferry, no restaurants nearby

Hyggelig hotell med fine fasiliteter og praktisk beliggenhet for den som vil bruke båten på Como til å komme seg rundt.

God service, god mat på både frokost og i restauranten, fint basseng, fine og trivelige fasiliteter, enkel parkering, greit fitnessrom, fin beliggenhet ifht fergen.

The hotel, facilities, staff, food and location were all top drawer. We had the best time.

The whole place was spotless and we felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Great location and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely be back!

Good responsible manager

Special thanks to Giulio Bertoldi, the Resident Manager. We called earlier to book a table at the Michelin star’s restaurant, Kitchen Restaurant and the person over the telephone confirmed our reservation. Upon checking in, we discovered to our horror that no reservation was made. After we were told it was fully booked, we had no choice but to walk in the rain to another restaurant nearby. Giulio who was informed by the restaurant’s staff, came quickly to apologize and offered us a discount at the restaurant. We are very pleased with his response as a manager to try rectify such an unpleasant situation.

The hotel is quite old but room is clean. The supervisor at Kitchen Restaurant was so eager to serve his regular customer behind us, that he left us waiting for a table and didn’t come back with any answer. Finally a waiter came and told us the restaurant was fully booked.

L’hôtel est très beau, le parc rend le séjour très agreable, la piscine est très grande et les restaurants et bar offrent des cartes variées. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, nous recommandons !

Tout Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, notamment au buffet du petit déjeuner, les hôtesses du petit déjeuner ne sont pas toutes aimables… Lors du nettoyage des chambres, certaines serviettes étaient enlevées sans être remplacées.

Отличное расположение, прекрасные завтраки (вкусные и хороший выбор), бассейн, территория, ресторан! Все прекрасно! Персонал на завтраках и в ресторане тоже супер!

1. В обоих номерах в ванной стояли пустые использованные лосьоны для тела… 2. В кроватке малыша (2 года) не было ни подушки, ни одеяла! Когда попросили принести-принесли одеяло 2х2 метра, которое не помещалось в кровать для малыша!

The facilities of the hotel were amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor place so much. The breakfast was really good, with so many options.

We would hope the room space to be larger to fit an extra bed. The room for 3 adults was small to be honest. But everything else was good.

check in process, booked room was not available. After discussion, one room on 3rd, the other on 4th floor, one of them not the booked one. Again discussion and call to booking.com. Receptionist discussed with superior. Still booked rooms not avalable. Upon questining, we have been told that the offered two rooms are the only ones available due to full booking of the hotel. We reverted this is not acceptable, will cancel the reservation and change to Hilton hotel. Again discussion receptionist with her manager. And - surprise - both rooms became suddenly available as booked on the same floor. Congratulation to the nice "smell" this is leaving breakfast room cooled like a fridge. Employees themselves where winter jackets and confirmed continuous complains to their management. "nice" music in the hotel floor. Bad is if you want to sleep... We had to call every night to ask them to turn down the music. Good thing: it starts again at 7 in the morning so

Nice hotel, overpriced in my opinion

It was spotlessly clean and staff were very polite

- Unnecessarily poor lighting on 1st floor hallway where accessible rooms were, it was in darkness and very narrow. Every other floor was twice the width and bright?! - My accessible room had too much furniture and carpet for a wheelchair user. -Mirror too high in accessible bathroom for a wheelchair user. -Shower gel and other dispensers too high on shower wall along with emergency cord, which was tied up high. -Pillows were like balls of cotton wool, no firm pillows. - Aircon, not ideal and is controlled at reception. - No hoist or other facilities at pool for anyone with a disability -Not enough space between bed and walls to accommodate a wheelchair for transfers

It served our needs for attending a wedding but I wouldn’t choose as a destination otherwise.

Location a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Breakfast buffet is very good.

A little tired in places. Paid for a room with a terrace but really wasn’t worth the extra as the deck was overgrown with a poor view and not particularly inviting.

Hotel has 2 lovely restaurants and you literally don’t have to go anywhere.

The waiting time on the reception was a little bit too long but we had an upgraded room and complimentary Prosecco.

The terrace off my room was a lovely place to sit. The food at the restaurant by the pool was fresh and tasty. There was a juicer with a good range of ingredients available at breakfast. The pool restaurant staff were helpful. The location was good, a lovely 30 min walk or 10 min ferry ride to Como.

Overpriced. Bland decor Uninviting entrance to a four star hotel Only supplied with one thin bath towel each besides hand towel and bath mat. The main bar manager F was unfriendly and unhelpful when we turned up for Bonvoy Happy Hour, an event suggested to us at check in.
