Hôtel plus du tout au standards actuels.

Excellent emplacement.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la chambre (je pense pour BOOKING.com)était affreuse, un bruit épouvantable, car en face de la gare des bus, avec une fenêtre qui fermait mal, salle de bain complètement usée , moquette plus que défraîchie et toute petite chambre. Heureusement, une dame très professionnelle à l’accueil nous a changé de chambre, située à l’arrière, sans aucun bruit plus grande et en meilleur état .

Clean , comfortable hotel chain with good breakfast

The staff were very helpful and friendly and multi lingual. The room was fairly basic in size but was what we expected from the photos and description. The bed was comfortable .The breakfast was great being a buffet style. The hotel was a little tired. The location was good, walking distance to main streets, central Piazza and Cathedral.

Hotel bom, confortável e com localização muito próxima ao centro histórico

Quando descarregávamos a bagagem do carro havia uma pessoa na porta do hotel que olhou pir um tempo e depois entrou. Na recepção não havia ninguém, e quando apareceu o funcionário, era o.mesmo que ficou olhando enquanto descarregávamos. Infirmou que o breakfast era das 7.00hs às 10.00hs. Às 10.00hs as funcionárias tiraram tudo o que estava no buffet, sem se.incomodar com quem ainda estava comendo, e a limpeza do salão foi iniciada. Se o horário é até 10.00hs, devem respeitar quem chegou pouco antes. Arrumadora entrou para arrumar o quarto sem se importar com o pedido "não perturbe" na porta. Funcionários necessitam de orientação/reciclagem/treinamento.

All of the staff were very nice and the breakfast was very healthy and good.

No air conditioner under 30 degrees. one of the lifts was out of service. No tap water, no warm， and no night, the water water was yellow mud water.

Nice room and Comfortable Bed. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Piazza Del Campo. Convenient to take the bus to Firenze across the street.

NH Siena is located very central in Siena in an old historical building, beautiful once, but now in a poor condition

Room and bathroom was dirty, furniture is old and full of scratches and wood flooring in very bad condition, sanitary objects like water taps and shower are in a very bad condition and rusted. Services are also very very bad, I asked the receptionist where I can park my car and he gave me the directions to the nearest parking place giving me info about the program and cost of parking but in the morning I was stupefied to notice that my car was picked up by authorities because the parking lot had to be vacated at 8 o'clock for of a football match which the receptionist forgot to inform me about. His small mistake costed me 200€ and 3 hours with local authorities:((((

Disappointing

Buffet breakfast is of NO INTEREST to us. A la carte service would work much better

Room was dirty, dusty furniture in closet, night stand lamp not working, dirty shower with wet towel left in it, balcony :do not step out: was filthy, never cleaned, the room smelled cigarette smoke, hallway had patches of really warned out carpet Do you want us to go on? Yes staff was kind and understanding.

Maybe a bit old fashioned and with lack of maintenance. The shower was not draining water at all and some forniture were outdated for nh standard.
