A fuir,

Réception qui n'ouvre qu'à 7h du matin. Personnel très désagréable. Hôtel fermé à 23h.... Plus jamais....Passez votre chemin....

Positive stay

Good sized room and always clean. Breakfast was good and location is central.

At night there is a bar in the corner and we heard some noises until we managed to sleep.

Buen hotel para un finde de turismo en Turín.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a solo unos pasos de la plaza Vittorio Veneto. Se puede ir a todos los lugares de turismo de Turín andando. El personal es muy amable, muy servicial, pudimos dejar las maletas el día del check out mientras visitábamos la ciudad. Es un edificio antiguo aunque reformado.

Al ser un edificio antiguo, el ascensor es antiguo (que tiene su encanto) y un día al llegar de noche no funcionaba. El desayuno es más bien básico. Pero en general bien.

Colazione varia e buona, letto comodo, doccia diventa subito calda (cosa non scontata), staff cordiale e a disposizione

C'era un po' di confusione a causa del tram e del fatto che la nostra camera si trovava davanti alla strada (siamo comunque riusciti a dormire)

No volvería por la recepción.

La ubicación. Esta muy céntrico y se puede ir a todos los lugares de interés andando.

No hay personal. Te dan un código (que no coincidió con el real) para recoger tu llave de la habitación. El código era erróneo y gracias a una vecina de la zona porque tuvieron que llamar por teléfono ya que no atendían en castellano (solo ingles o italiano). Fue muy angustioso.

Posizione molto comoda essendo proprio dietro Piazza Vittorio Veneto, comodissimo il parcheggio interno allo stesso prezzo di quello a pagamento in piazza e a meno delle strisce blu nei dintorni.

La mia camera non corrispondeva a quella richiesta in fase di prenotazione; inoltre aveva bisogno di profonda manutenzione e pulizia.

Redelijk voor een nacht verblijven in Turijn

Vriendelijk personeel , prima ontbijt en locatie dichtbij het centrum.

We hadden een verouderde kamer met badkamer. Wastafel hing los, Het kit liet los en zeer piepende deuren! ( je kon s avonds/ s nachts/ s ochtends niet zachtjes doen voor anderen) Bij aankomst was het 30 graden in de kamer. Parkeerplekken krap en beperkt.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro della città; colazione ok, personale molto gentile.

Non c’è più la reception 24h, fattore negativo per chi viaggia da solo. Le camere hanno bisogno di manutenzione, frequentando questo hotel da anni, ho notato che non sono adeguatamente modernizzate.

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente, ci hanno assegnato un mini appartamento, praticamente indipendenti, ampia camera da letto ,con soggiorno cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici e bagno con doccia grande. A pochi passi da piazza Vittorio Veneto, tutte le attrazioni sono a 10 minuti di strada circa, ma per chi non vuole camminare a piedi la fermata autobus si trova a pochi passi dall’hotel

L’unico appunto è il parquet un pochino rumoroso

Good location and a very safe parking spot in the inner courtyard (a garage box type just without the doors). Very nice breakfast service. Friendly staff. WiFi worked very well.

The room had all you needed for spending there a night after the whole day of visiting Turin. However, it was a less nice than at the photos. Some general refreshing of colors on the walls would be good. However, the corridors, breakfast area etc, were very nice. So maybe we have just got just a little less lucky with the room.

Nice stay.

The location: right besides Pó River and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was low. The room was not well insulate and we could hear the cars passing in the street in the morning. The breakfast had few options.

The location was perfect!

The building is very old, so is the elevator. quite scary to use it, specially with luggage.
