Amazing little gem close to the ruins.

Immaculate room, with small kitchenette (with washer). Small Juliette balcony and lovely modern bathroom with rainfall shower. Minutes walk from the Pompei ruins train station and entrance with lots of restaurants within a short walk. About 25/30 minutes to modern Pompei centre and amphitheatre entrance. Great for a couple of days to explore the ruins here and at Herculeam (one train stop away).

The only negative was the busy road that it is situated on. There were times overnight that it got very noisy with various garbage and delivery trucks coming in to the area. If you are a light sleeper definitely bring ear plugs. I live on a busy main road in the U.K. and near a motorway so I’m used to road noise but this did disturb me.

Innovazione e comfort nel cuore della storia di Pompei

La struttura è nuova e finemente arredata. Dotata di un sistema domotico che ci ha accompagnato dalla prenotazione alla partenza e con la strategica posizione praticamente all ingresso degli scavi di Pompei, abbiamo vissuto un mix di innovazione e storia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto interessante. Tutto è molto organizzato e pulito. La nostra camera era dotata di una cucina moderna (ma credo sia lo stile di tutte le camere) con piano cottura ad induzione e completa di tutte le stoviglie. La colazione é stata top! Il buffet proponeva tantissime cose buone, dal dolce al salato ed il bar era fornito di tanti tipi di bevande. Lo staff è stato eccezionale, sono stati disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Lo consigliamo vivamente e torneremo presto! PS il parcheggio privato è stato la salvezza!

hostels cost less and are better, never again

bedding was clean

shower barely worked. blocked drains. no Aircon, until repeatedly turning on and off. tv remote missing. staff smoke in hallway so it blows into building. ask one staff for coffee at breakfast, have to repeat this to three more people rudely demanding what you want. generally bad state of repair, riding on being next to Pompeii

Disappointing

Said on booking they had a restaurant but it was closed that was one of the reasons I booked there. first room I had full of ants. Had to change 000 Keep awake the first night noise from the next room at 2 o'clock never stopped.

For the price I paid it’s a 10. Very good value for money and large space.

WiFi wasn’t working the walls are really thick . Breakfast could have been better. Staff were super friendly, helpful. WiFi worked outside of my room

The hotel is located near Pompei Sсavi train station - very easy to find. At the reception we were met , despite the late hour, everything explained and even helped to carry the bags to the room. The personal is very friendly and care. The room is small but sufficient for two people, there is a door to the balcony and the window is closed by shutters. Own bathroom - there are shampoos, shower gel, towels. Breakfast - coffee, tea, very tasty pastries, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal and milk. Air-conditioning system centralized, the room was always cool and comfortable. Near there is a place with souvenirs, several restaurants. The supermarket Carrefour - 1 km away. The Porta Marina (entrance with ticket office and audioguide) 5 minutes to walk.

The hotel is situated near the road and railway tracks, can be a little noisy.

Big room. Super clean. Great location.

Score: Cleaning: 10 (excellent) Staff: 10 (everyone super friendly) Breakfast: 10 (Italian breakfast with different pastries) Location: 10 (few steps from train station and entrance to the ruins) Room: 10 (beautiful and big room, nice big windows and view)

Pillows are super hard and high. Bath doesn't have a curtain and floor ends up soaking wet.

Loved the staff! So heplful and they made sure we had an awesome stay, and made it easy for us to enjoy the city

Liked everything with the hotel itself, only negative is that it's located next to a pretty busy street so if you're easily annoyed by background noise you probably won't sleep that well.

Poor

On check out proces, guy on reception persistently wont to charge parking 10 eur per night. People on check in process told me, parking is free on front side of hotel, but if you park inside, you must pay. After when i showed up picture with "free parking for guest of hotel" above place of parking my car, he left me alone after more than 5 minute pressing...... That pressure, left me bad expirience on this place!

Great Value

The property was clean and comfortable with close proximity to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was the standard European breakfast but tasty. It was great value for the money for sure!

The wifi didn’t work while we were there. The staff did apologize for it but there was no fix for the duration of our stay. They advertised air conditioning but had swapped their system to heat which meant no air conditioning for us. To compensate we had to leave the window open which came with a lot of loud traffic from the busy street right outside the window until around 0330 (still loud even while sleeping with earplugs like I do) and there was a lot of light that came in through the window. Advertising air conditioning despite changing their systems to heat for the winter has been a common issue in Europe and is incredibly frustrating given that’s one of the primary reasons I book a place. If they change the system to prohibit air conditioning they need to remove that from the advertisements to accurately reflect what you’re getting. Over all it was still a great place and good value. Just ticked about no wifi and no AC.

I do not recommend!

Location is good.

The hotel structure is extremely old and poorly maintained. the bathroom is very cramped and the shower stall is full of slime and dirty. The staff are not friendly, parking is very expensive (10€/day) which, according to my point of view, should be offered free of charge as there is no other parking facility nearby. The advertised breakfast does not match what they offer, too bad!
