Great location to explore historic Lucca on foot and parking! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

The shower was a little small but we made it work.

We spent one night in this conveniently located and minimally furnished bed and breakfast.

Location was very convenient for the old town while providing off street parking.

Spartan room and small single beds. The lack of comfortable seating in the room and a rushed and cursory check in.

Great Value for money

The location was great. The whole walled city of Lucca at your doorstep. Maximum 20 minutes walk to cross the whole city.

The shower was a little bit underwhelming. The spray was not that powerfull but that is my only complaint.

Good value , very clean and fab breakfast. Good AC.

Very good breakfast , fresh coffee, croissants, and all the wonderful delights of a good Italian breakfast. We ate in a nice little breakfast room downstairs , clean and quiet with helpful staff. Clean rooms and plenty of soaps etc. Good AC. Our rooms were at the top floor of the building with a balcony. We had stayed previously in Villla Lucrezia, which is situated on the other side of the garden, in July. The same staff run both accomodations. Elizabetta is very welcoming and remembered us from our visit in July.

One of the bedrooms with the balcony would benefit from a long mirror and a tall table to put things on/ shelves. The adjoining was well kitted out. Steps and stirs may be a problem for some. Staff will help with luggage if you ask. But bedrooms are available on ground floor , I think.

The property was an old Villa redone and very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating. I definitely will recommend. Breakfasts were very good.

Breakfast was better than usual.

Staff went AWOL on our check out day and left us waiting an hour, unable to leave while our luggage was locked up. We called and texted the number provided in case of their absence and no one responded. They showed up and didn't even offer an apology.

Great location at 5 minutes from walls of Luca Great breakfast Excellent shower

Poor WIFI. There should be one router per floor, rather than per building. Noise. I would suggest putting up signs asking guests to try to be quiet as they come and go, as noise travels easily.

The accommodation is comfy, the breakfast was great and the host were very flexible. We had to check out very early - 6:30AM - and they kindly prepared us breakfast to go for our departure.

Cool hotel with walking distance to the city center. Super comfy bed and linens. Bathroom is also spacious and works perfect. The breakfast is yummy too!

The breakfast is buffet, but the guests are not allowed to serve themselves. Everyone needs to wait for the staff to pick up the food for them.
