Мое личное впечатление.

Гостиница находится в классном месте.Красивые и очень классные бассейны.Совсем рядом море.Прекрасный пейзаж на горы.Сама гостиница выглядит очень красиво.В общем вид -шикарный. Всегда ,почти в любое время ,есть возможность покушать (для любителей поесть).Огромное количество молодёжи.90% сотрудников отзывчивые ребята.

Ну начнём .Я не искал минусов специально -они нашли меня сами. Во-первых,с чего началось мое заселение.Обратившись на стойку регистрации столкнулся с проблемой ,что их бухгалтерия не принимает купюру в 500 евро ни при каких условиях .Я ,конечно ,слышал ,что Европа уходит от этой купюры и тд ,но она ведь не фальшивая ,почему и как они имеют право не принимать официальную купюру -это абсурд.Из-за этого мне пришлось бегать по всему Кемеру,после перелёта и трансфера и искать ,где мне поменяют деньги.В гостинице предложили размен с потерей 5% .Итого ,я потерял на ровном месте 50евро .Как говорится ,добро пожаловать !) 1)Уборка в номере: Был 10 дней там ,все 10 дней приходилось напоминать об уборке в номере.Часто не меняли пастельное белье ,просто заправляли его заново.Приходилось напоминать ,чтоб доносили расходники -зубная паста ,мыло,полотенце . 2)Алкоголь: Скажу так,кто хочет просто напиться -напьётся.Мне качество алкоголя не понравилось.Покупали свой алкоголь. 3)Еда: Как я и говорил ,покушать можно почти всегда,но очень слабый ассортимент блюд.Больше всего запомнились зелёные дыни.За 10 дней я не поел ни разу дыню,чтоб не было привкуса травы. 4)Шоу,аниматоры: Ребята аниматоры молодцы -дружелюбные ,всегда пытаются поднять настроение ,развеселить.Но сами конкурсы -не о чем. Самое классное шоу днём-это пенная вечеринка.Это было классно ,на этом все. 5)Музыка: Это самое главное разочарование с которым я столкнулся.В общем на территории 2 танцпола.Один большая сцена ,где по вечерам представления (о них попозже).Второй танцпол у лежаков.И третий танцпол на пирсе(утром ,днём вечером работает как место для чила , с 10 до 12 ночи -это клуб). Так вот ,музыка максимальное разочарование .Треки с 2000-ого года,старые ,беспонтовые.Один раз в неделю проходит на дальный танцпол диджей на час-два и играет отличную музыку 👌🏼на этом все.Музыка в клубе точно такое же разочарование. 6)Вечерние шоу: Повторюсь ,я был 10 дней и понял ,что все их шоу повторяются.

- The view was so nice as well as the sea. - Shows and activities were great.

- The rooms are over noisy, from 10am till midnight, they have no soundproof. - Restaurants waiters need to learn how to be more polite and respectful.

Absolutely incredible, Second visit and i hope i come back again next summer.

Cleanliness 10/10 rooms and restaurants and also general facilities and housekeeping was good . ( lady responsible for rooms 1401-1425 was amazing ) . Activities 10/10 including day time and night shows and late night parties . you will never be bored i can assure that . in fact there is so much to do that we couldn’t take part in all of them . Food 10/10 perfect including variety and most of the options were delicious . Services was also 10/10 Laundry and airport transportation. Staff 9/10 Most of them were very helpful and friendly but I think they are shorthanded and overwhelmed that’s why a couple of waiters were a bit rude DJ was one of the best i’ve ever seen and the Party girl making the crowd go crazy was really awesome and made the nights crazy . Shoutout to both of them . Girl with the hijab at the Ice cream / Cake / Sweets area ( Cafe ) in the afternoon was a great person and wish her the best .

Late night parties at the Palm Terrace area needed more space . Shortage in bartenders during rush hours as you could find long lines for drinks and one guy serving hundreds of people in a period of 2-3 hours . Another example is the Chef at the Mill area upstairs serving snacks from 2-4 PM . Only one man serving Burgers and Traditional oven baked potatoes and fried chicken for lots of people . The dished were exceptional but i think he was overwhelmed with the numbers and pressure . Disco which opens 12AM-2AM was very outdated and untidy with bad smell , couldn’t hand there more than five minutes . Animation team introducers (speaking turkish Russian and English ) were cool but really need to slow down a bit so we could understand the announcements . There was a misunderstanding with the reservation as we got a room with double beds instead of a king/queen bed and we had to spend a night in it and we switched the next day . The guys and girls at the reception counter were helpful with the switch and made things easy but i guess it would’ve been preventable . ( moving stuff around is not easy when you just want to settle down early for the vacation so you could just chilax )

Beautiful designed hotel.

After trying both Party-Adult-only hotels (Adam & Eve and Orange County) i found that this one is cleaner and more beautiful design than Adam & Eve.

The food is definitely not a 5 stars hotel .. i would say maximum is 3 stars.
