Zimmer aber nur in den oberen Stockwerken! Frühstück laut ohne Ende da alles sehr voll und gross! Nicht zu empfehle ! Etliche kleine Cafés in der Nähe, sehr gut!

1 Лошо качество на храната в алакарт ресторанта и лошо обслужване.Липса на персонал и не владеене на езици.
2 Не искаха да ни настанят на паркинга, въпреки че го бяхме заявили предварително и не бяхме получили отказ.Лошо и недружелюбно държание на рецепциониската Рита.

We've booked a family apartment as we travel with child and need additional space. But we were totally disappointed to know that it was located in a nearby building which has NOTHING similar with pictures of the hotel itself. Our apartment was small, dirty with poor lighting, poor AC and low ceiling. When we went there through the First floor, we saw naked guy in an open Window and a lady washing herself through a half transparent Window. It all looked like a low cost social Properties in London with poor people on drugs.
In the room there were no appropriate space to put your clothes. The mattress was totally uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain. Airconditioner and toilet prodused noice all night long.
And (!!!) the final surprise was - some guy at 2 o'clock at night tried to robe us!! The guy managed to get to our Balcony from a parking roof outside. Broke our Balcony lock. But got afraid when saw us and ran away. Thank god all save.
In the morning we saw a similar comment 3 month ago (about a robery in appart). Agreed with management to make a refund and successfully moved back to Barcelona. God, how we love Barcelona. And **** salou which had almost no development for the last 20 years. Except price.

Дуже простора кімната, великий балкон. Прибирали щодня, завжди поверталися в чистий номер з пляжу і це було приємно. Взагалі в готелі все облаштовано дуже добре, гарний ремонт, багато зон для відпочинку, коворкінг для тих хто працює, дитячі кімнати, басейн, бар. Поруч пляж і в готелі один з найкращих ресторанів у місті - Arena, ми замовляли там морепродукти, рекомендую. Сніданки та вечері дуже смачні в готелі, великий вибір морепродуктів, сирів та мʼяса, випічка супер, неможливо було пройти повз. Ми дуже задоволені вибором готелю.
Відсутність чайника і одноразових капців в номері. Не зрозуміло було куди треба повісити рушники, аби їх замінили, постільну білизну також ніби не міняли за 10 днів. Також було б добре, якщо на балконі протирали підлогу. На вечерю будь які напої платні, хоча б вода щоб була безкоштовною.

The hotel met all our expectations. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and could not be faulted. The pool and surrounding area was also great. Our room was big and the air con made the hot weather no issue whilst in the room. The location was also perfect for us. The Hotel is very close to the beach but not in the ultra busy center.
The only slight complaint was the Wifi in the room. It wasn't overly strong and at times a little patchy, but I'd go back without hesitation.

The location , Antonio from the pool bar and the breakfast staff were pleasent.
The apartment we were given as part of our easyJet holiday, which was in a different building to my other family members, it was run down, smelt of mould and fresh paint and it was too small for the 4 of us, so after being told we could not move as the hotel was full… I found 2 rooms on booking.com and paid again to stay there.

Chambre agréable et spacieuse dotée d'un balcon avec vue sur la piscine où on peut se poser en journée. Possibilité également de se détendre dans le spa de l'hôtel, ce qui est fort agréable.
Equipement sommaire dans la chambre, au moins une bouilloire serait appréciable. D'autre part, étant donné le standing de l'hôtel, les serviettes méritent d'être changées car elles commencent à être très usées et le dîner n'était pas toujours à la hauteur pour un hôtel 4 étoiles supérieur !

Staff were very rude. I had a couple of issues and one of them was electric plug came out of socket in the wall, the actual socket came out of wall, very dangerous, I reported it and no one came to repair.

We kwamen in het begin van het seizoen, we hebben hier twee nachten afzonderlijk geslapen. Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit, het ruikt er enorm lekker (een geur die je ook kunt kopen!) en het is bovendien ook erg schoon. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben een ruim terras en er is weinig tot geen achterstallig onderhoud. Zwembad is niet verwarmd, was een leuke plus geweest maar begrijp dat dat in Spanje weinig is vanwege het warme klimaat.
Ik snoep één ster van de vijf af omdat de wellness ruimte echt wat liefde mag gebruiken, dit is een ruimte die niet bij het geheel past! Wij hebben een heleboel ideeën hiervoor; laat maar weten.

Понравился ужин в отеле. Размер номера 34 кв.м., это больше чем предлагают другие отели
1. На фото при бронировании есть тропический душ, по факту он отсутсвует.(фото прилагаю)
2. Сломанный полотенце сушитель ( не отремонтировали)
3. Wi-Fi не работает в номере и для того, чтобы поговорить по Whatsapp приходилось выходить из номера.
Дети не могли играть в игры и youtube не работал. Приходилось выходить из номера, чтобы работать в
интернете. Персонал отеля никак не отреагировал на все недостатки. Я даже направил им письменную
претензию, которую они проигнорировали. Пришлось подключать Booking, и только после этого нам дали
другой интернет, который работал в номере, но с перебоями.
4. Уборка в номере была не очень хорошая. В первый день в ванной комнате ребенок капнул возле мусорного
ведра мороженным. Эти липкие пятна так и остались до последнего дня нашего прибывания.
5. Не смотря на хорошие ужины, завтраки были ужасные.
6. Платный сейф и платные напитки на ужине, к этому просто нужно быть готовым.
7. Ну и напоследок, за 2 дня до отъезда, во время прогулки один из детей(9 лет) решил вернуться в номер. Но
ключ не работал. Он позвонил нам и сказал, что не может попасть в номер. Пришлось срочно возвращаться
в отель. Но остальные ключи тоже не работали. Оказалось, что отель заблокировал все наши ключи и
потребовал, чтобы мы оплатили оставшуюся часть за наше проживание (334 евро).
То есть вместо того, чтобы положить письмо в номер или позвонить в номер с просьбой оплатить, более
эффективно заблокировать номер, чтобы мы бросили все дела ради 334 евро.
В принципе последний пункт как раз говорит об отношении отеля к своим гостям.
Рекомендую читать плохие отзывы об отелях, в большинстве случаев они правдивы.

The Blaumar is placed centrally in Salou just a few mins walk from the beach. We stopped here on route from France to Spain and parked our car in their very safe spacious car park at 15 euros a day. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The bedroom was huge and extremely comfortable with an incredible power shower!
Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were excellent with a good choice of foods. Everything was very fresh and plentiful. The wine waitress was very helpful as well.
The spa is small but very clean and it added a bonus relaxation to our stay. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it looked lovely and clean as well. The evening entertainer was an Elvis impersonator had a superb voice and was great fun to listen to in the bar lounge. He even managed to get several of us up dancing!

Очень не хватает чайника в номере. В этот раз (6 ой раз были в этом отеле)нам достался худший вид из номера - склад лежаков и пара мусорных контейнеров.

The hotel is in the middle of the city with a lot of activities. Very close to the beach.
Very good restaurant with different dishes during a week.
Powerfull condition in the lobby area with cold drinks.
Small hotel pool area, when 100% accupancy.
Hotel does not have own sunbeds (20 euro/day for 2 persons payable at the beach) on the beach but this is common for Salou.
Safe, if used, charged separately. No hair conditioner in the bathroom.

I have to say, the Hotel Blaumar and its entire team were incredible and exceeded our expectations from a beach hotel break.
The facilities, food and staff were faultless and I would wholeheartedly recommend it as a perfect family hotel.
Was spotless at all times and the buffet breakfast was the best we have experienced as a family. Only did one night for dinner as we ate out every night but that was also extremely good.
There may be cheaper hotels in Salou, but in our opinion not one that is better value, for rooms size, staff, cleanliness and overall feel.
We generally don't holiday in the same place twice, but if we did, we would be straight back.

The hotel is nice overall. The stuff is friendly, and the location is great.
The main concern I had was the food quality. It was not delicious in most cases. Also, there was often a situation when the dishes were empty and nobody refilled them for quite a long time.

The kitchen was really excellent. The position of the hotel by the beach is great ae well.
They shamelessly offered us a smelly room where the air conditioning didn't even work. Only after insisting they changed us to another room. No one even apologized for it, so I take it as absolute disrespect to the customer.Because the hotel has 4 stars, I expected a much better approach to the customer

Pretty much everything, the room was spacious, perfect location, the food was delicious, amazing facilities and great staff at the buffet restaurant.
The only reason we didn’t enjoy our stay was the unpleasant situation we had with a cleaning lady Magdalena. She was completely unprofessional and rude at some point. Always complaining that she has a lot of rooms to clean and blaming everything on some other colleagues of her. We didn’t even get a soap replacement and I had to take the trash out myself. Unbelievable! The very first hotel I had such an unpleasant experience.
