Hotel de paso

Facilidad de aparcamiento. Aparcar en jerez suele ser bastante complicado sobre todo por el centro. Por eso escogimos este hotel que está más retirado y se aparca muy bien. El desayuno buffet está bastante bien, no es que sea el mejor pero lo que había estaba bastante bueno. El detalle de poder servirte siempre que quieras agua, agua con sabor, café, infusiones, té... Totalmente gratis.

Las camas son muy incómodas. Se hunden bastante y las almohadas son demasiado blandas y eso que había dos para cada uno. Creo que no repetiremos ya que no pudimos descansar casi nada por este motivo.

No era lo que me esperaba

Es un hotel diferente ya que se encuentra dentro del estadio. Las habitaciones están bien. El personal es muy amable. Tienen café 24h.

No está mal, pero yo no categorizaría como un 4 estrellas. No tiene ningún bar, tiene muy poco aparcamiento gratuito, la televisión no tiene para poner plataformas de películas, no ponen ningún complemento adicional de aseo, el aire acondicionado no cambiaba de temperatura.

Limpeza, tudo muito limpo. Vê se que é tudo novo ou muito recente. Atendimento 5 estrelas. Facilidade no estacionamento.

A insonorização poderia ser melhor, ouvia-se a "falta de ar" da vizinha do quarto ao lado. Almofadas podia ser menos volumosas. O led da TV é um pouco incomodativo.

Plutôt correct

L'accueil très cordial, chambre spacieuse, un peu à l'écart du centre ville nous étions au calme. Parking extérieur gratuit à lhotel + un parking couvert. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, jus d'oranges pressées, café, chocolat et thé à volonté.

Le ménage : lavabo, et sol de la chambre pas propre du tout. Il faudrait approcher le balai des coins et le long des plinthes. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte.

Gute Lage, direkt am Stadion, obwohl direkt an der Straße gelegen, nachts gut geschlafen, da die Fenster gut isolieren. Frühstücksauswahl ausreichend, für jeden was dabei. Personal sehr freundlich

Haben eine Ablage im Bad vermisst, auf der man den Kulturbeutel ablegen könnte. Auch im Zimmer wäre eine weitere Kofferablage gut gewesen (bei 2 Personen, für 1 Person war es ausreichend). Im Frühstücksbereich wäre ein Abräum-Wagen gut platziert optimal gewesen. So haben die Gäste das Geschirr einfach auf den Tischen stehen lassen (Wagen stand sehr versteckt im Kücheneingang)

It’s ok but not repeating again.

The pillows and the bed were comfortable! We also liked that you could have a coffee or juice from the machines at the lobby for free! such a nice gesture.

I stayed in room 304 because the one they offered us (303) as we entered it had a bad smell of tobacco. We complained so they put us in the one next to it and maybe because of being next to each other through the ventilation you could also smell the same in the room. Instead of offering us to change the bedroom (AGAIN) they said: well we have a spray to camouflage the smell maybe it will work. So long story short, the staff wasn’t as profesional as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also it’s not really important but there was no amenities in the room. Only shower gel. The toilet seat in room 304 was a bit yellow, you could tell they haven’t changed it in years and the drain in the shower was rusty. The breakfast was ok but if I knew it was that simple wouldn’t have booked it.

it is not kept well. In the hall, the wind filtered through the window. The structure is not very clean. Breakfast does not worth the price. I would expect something better to be a 4 stars.

Comfortable and convenient. Added bonus was the athletics competition in the adjacent stadium.

I wanted free parking so deliberately chose to be out of the centre - that worked for me. There was an added bonus in that my daughter was a top GB athlete at school and University and I worked at the Olympic Games - the Andalucia athletics meet was on the Saturday so I felt right at home and watched some good competition. The room was a really good size and the bathroom nice.

The breakfast was overpriced. There was competition from the cafe/bars on the nearby roundabout and since I am not on a company expense ticket that mattered. Some of the staff were surly and like robots. Friendliness matters. There was work going on to renovate the lobby - given that is difficult they did very well but occasionally the signage of how to get to the lift when access was blocked off was non existent. I shouldn't say this but the Spanish are not good at thinking through directions and details in these sort of situations. They think they have but don't know how.
