Buena ubicación.

La ubicación y que era amplia la habitación. Muchos servicios cerca y rápida salida a playas, sobre todo la zona de Punta Umbría.

El aire acondicionado, te congelabas o te asabas, no se podía regular un punto intermedio, ya que al dar la ventana a una amplia avenida, dormir con la ventana abierta era demasiado ruidoso.

Precio abusivo. La habitación no se correspondía con lo contratado.

Pagamos una habitación extra grande y no dieron una bastante pequeña. Además, por ser fin de semana de oposiciones, cuadriplicaron su precio.

Reformas en general.

El personal bien,la comida perfecta, la ubicación bien, las instalaciones un poco abandonadas, camas incómodas, el colchón insoportable para dormir, falta de reforma.

Hotel anticuado bien situado

La situación del hotel a un paso de casco antiguo.

Hotel con instalaciones obsoletas ascensores muy antiguos sin memoria, si estas en pisos superiores no te llega el ascensor porque como no tiene memoria el primero que pulse se lo lleva. A la hora del desayuno 10 esperando los ascensores. En la reserva ponía cama extra grande y nos dieron una cama standar de 135 cm.

La habitación es acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario. El personal es atento y agradable. Está muy limpio.

El mobiliario requiere algún cambio, el uso y el tiempo se nota y encuentras algunas cosas deterioradas (sobre todo las maderas)..

En recepción del SENATOR HUELVA, la mejor solución el personal de recepción.

Desde la acogida en recepción que fue de lujo hasta las instalaciones. La verdad que fue todo sobre ruedas en cuanto a información y disponibilidad.

Todo me gustó no hubo nada que no me gustara.

Limpieza y habitaciones amplias

Instalaciones antiguas. Acceso con coche enredoso callejeando. Me dejan nota por debajo la puerta de madrugada, para que pagué 30€ de cafetería al salir, creo que no es necesario eso, me preocuparon a las 6 de la mañana que lo vi. Muchos mosquitos. Son petfriendly pero el precio lo veo excesivo. Mascota/noche

La ubicación es perfecta. Las presentaciones de la habitación, con gel, champú, jabón, crema corporal, agua mineral, infusiones y cafés con tetera gratuitos.

Motorbike tour day 21

Fantastic room. Comfortable. Love having a fridge in the room. Right in the centre of bars and restaurants. Parking at extra cost, bit of a difficult decent/return for a motorbike.

Loved everything, until the water came from above, through the ceiling !!!

A nice pleasant experience.

We were not expecting to stay in a hotel so the arrangement with Senator needed to be speedy. The hotel was engaged, staff were helpful on arrival, the room was more than agequate and clean. The whole experience made a disappointing situation seem much less traumatic. Thank you to all concerned.

Comfortable bed and pillows, room a bit small...

Check in took quite a while as booking from booking.com took a while to register. Qe hardly slept as people in the room next door arguing, reported it yo reception,twice finally they spoke to them but it didn't stop, we moved rooms at 5am a little late as we were travelling and needed to rest...my opinion hotel should have asked these guests to leave as they were abusive...why should we suffer!!

3 days before Easter.

Good standard room, twin beds single occupancy for e 6 surcharge per night. Initial single offered tiny and would have been impossible to stay.

Initial cramped single room offered. As hotel became busier considerable noise at night from guests returning late, banging doors and chairs scraping the hard floor. Poor sleep. Breakfast ok only.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. The outside of the room was noisy though and the parking garage was so small it was like parking in someone's basement.

Excessive fee for dog to stay. Not only charge per night, but then also a cleaning charge. The cost of this was almost as much as the room price.

Breakfast is very good, various meals, very kind staff

I've rserved this hotel in particular as they claimed they are pet-friendly and have an EV charger. At the place, it turned out that my dog shouldn't weigh more than 15 kg, and the garage is too narrow for my car. I called and wrote to the reception a hundred times before, to check whether everything was alright. Nobody answered me. We had to park in the garage for additional 30 euros, and the staff was awful.
