Zum übernachten reichts.

Lobby ist schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist absolut Top! Das Zimmer war… naja geht so… Farbe blättert von den Wänden, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und man verbringt ja nicht all zu viel Zeit drin. Frühstück war soweit gut, Auswahl ist recht groß, ist aber jeden Tag gleich. Ach ja, die Preise der Maxibar neben der Rezeption sind ganz in Ordnung.

Das Abendessen war absolut nix… Abwechslung gab es nur geringfügig, qualitativ entspricht es eher Kantinenfraß… Fleisch wird leider auch totgebraten… An einem Abend wurden wir nicht mal mit Getränken bedient. Wir haben die Hälfte der Abendessen dort ausfallen lassen und hatten dafür sehr lecker außerhalb gespeist.

Very clean hotel, that was the only good thing actually

Hotel is more or less falling apart. First we did not get at all room that we booked, you can see with booking app the room you pay for, and we did not get anything like room we booked. Do to hotell being fullybooked they did not have any other room to offer us. Second I called the hotell couple days before our arrival and asked them for separate beds, that did not happend either. Room was sooooo smal, we had no place to open our sutcase, it was so small and tight that it felt like you are in barby house. Toilet was not made for average european hight. Sink was closer to my knees than my face when I washed my face/teeth. No hangers in the room. TV was from the 90's, so small and so high up in the ceeling that there was no way in hell that you can see anything standing under it, god fobrid if you are in bed, than you can apsolytely see nothing. So not worth the money, So not 3 stars hotel service.

Nice hotel, close to beach, just railway in between.

Hotel close to the beach. Rooms with seaview. Big room and bathroom. Good shower. Friendly reception. Hotelbar. Close to railway. Nespresso coffeemaker in the room. Beautiful promenade of palmtrees in front of the beach. Quiet place.

No balcony, but window can open. Railway in front of the door.

An ideal hotel overlooking the centre of the sea front

The location, the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness were all perfect. and we WILL be staying there again next year The food that we had was in my opinion cooked beautiful and fresh every morning especially the omelette's The view from our bedroom at the front and from the top of the hotel was breath taking, we spent hours taking it all in The Staff were so friendly making us feel very welcome and like friends, they really need complimenting, its unique

We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend it.

Very kind and helpful staff! The rooms were exactly as in the photos. Nice view from the window to the beach. Clean environment. Tasty food. Good wifi connection. Very close to the beach. Amazing night live.

A more varied food offer during week would be nice.

Beach is not sand but grit Our room was too small for two adults + 15year 6ft 1" grandson. Asked for an alternative but no offer maid.3 single beds pushed together with no gap between the middle one.

Loved this hotel, had a great holiday.

Loved the beachfront location of this hotel, but it was also only a minute or two walk on to the main shopping street.

Hard to find something we didn’t like, being picky I would say it needed a bigger, or another lift as at busy times you could queue to use it.

Ok for 2 night stay

Wonderful view of the beach and good breakfast. Also liked the detox water in the lobby!

Dinner buffet wasn’t the best, and the pillows in the room were so flat and uncomfortable. Also, there was some sort of school group from the USA also staying at the hotel (a few on our floor unfortunately) and they were loud as all hell. Walls are super thin at the hotel.

The full board was amazing good. Every lunch and dinner was spanish meals and fish. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the center too.

Room was large with a view of the ocean. Breakfast was a good value. Location was close to shops, Restaurants and transportation.

Sewage smell was overpowering at times.

Refurbished room - very comfortable and expected facilities. View from room towards the beach. Range of food at meals. Cheerful staff. Excellent value for money.

The location was not far from the beach, but we went to other better beaches anyway.

The room was so small and the bed was just a folding bed. We booked a double room but supposedly just for one person, so we had to pay a lot extra. They told us when we wanted to check out and not when we checked in is this even permitted to charge you more after your stay. I would never book a stay again there. And if you want to enjoy your holiday search somewhere else.

close to the beach and trin station and centre of Town

it could be better if they had a fridge in my room because that city is hot and that time of the year and I booked it one week before but when I arrive they didn’t even offer ice they give me a cup of ice and they said this is the last time can give you ice they didn’t even offer a dish to buy ice and put it in there and also TV it was super small almost close to the ceiling they didn’t change the tower in four days and it didn’t Clean the room
