A good choice if you are looking for peace and quiet. A large hotel, but very beautifully designed. Stylish, Spanish int

A very beautiful garden - peace, no annoying noise of animations and loud evening music - at least compared to the noisy and purely commercial neighboring Riu hotel. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Beautiful bathroom. In the evening, towels are changed - if necessary. Nice goodnight chocolates - with quotes - thoughts in English and Spanish. Very helpful and polite Mr. Piotr at the reception- really 5 🌟 stars. Thank you.

Well... compared to a similar standard hotel in Lanzarote, visited a month earlier, much more extra charges for everything possible - although the prices are still high. We only had breakfast included in the price, we ate one lunch in the famous hotel restaurant - and then we ate outside the hotel, especially in less touristy tapas bars, which are difficult to find on this island - but you can. In the hotel restaurant we encountered quite haughty staff (as if bored), you can understand it in the context of protests against tourists on the Islands, but still... that's what these islands live for, isn't it?

Das Hotel in guter Lage vermittelt ein sehr einladendes Ambiente und scheint professionell geführt zu sein. Der Ablauf von der Anreise bis zum Check-out war sehr professionell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, motiviert und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Gastro-Angebot ist vielfältig - das Frühstückbuffet ist FANTASTISCH und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Ein Wermutstropfen waren die Liegen an den Pools :-( Diese waren schon sehr früh reserviert und sind teilweise erst viel später benutzt worden. Wäre schön, wenn dem Management eine bessere Regelung einfallen würde.

Tolles Hotel!

Tolles Personal, schöne Zimmer und eine schöne Anlage

Liegen am Pool werden größtenteils von Gästen schon morgens reserviert. Man bekommt immer noch eine aber andere Hotels gehen besser gegen dieses unnötige Verhalten vor

Wonderful - we didn't want to leave...

Breakfast was amazing and all the food was good. Room was exceptional with lovely views. Gardens to the hotel are beautiful and very well laid out.

Very little! One small point would be to suggest staff retraining occasionally - in some areas, noteably the bars, some of them were more interested in chattiing amongst themselves than watching to see who came in and sat down and needed serving. Several times we had to go to the bar and order ourselves.

Beautifully refurbished recently, facilities are the best on the island, restaurants are stunning, the pools are amazing and the bars are all worth a visit. Will be back without question

Wonderful, wish we could have stayed longer

The salt water pool and surrounding was great. Lots of choice at breakfast and good service. Room very comfortable and lovely big bathroom.

Didn't get water re fill in the room every night.

Very pleasant- time will tell how it is when more established

Great location. Newly refurbished- well appointed

I think when it is really busy the hotel struggles to cope - especially with breakfast. Didn’t like the idea of paying extra to use certain parts of the hotel- it’s expensive already!

Lovely stay in a True five star

The breakfasts were truly excellent second to none . All the food was above what would be expected in an average five star . Staff were excellent the concierge and swimming pool particularly good . Rooms were exceptionally done great carpeting, beds , brilliant choice of English TV channels best I’ve ever come across.

The service at the main bar was very slow waiters v slack . Maid service in the room was ify

Would stay again but they def need to up their game a bit on particular things

Been refurbed. Well Pitched and decent quality for money

Felt the room cleaning could have been more thorough. It wasn’t dirty at all but daily cleaning was basic and also we noticed around the pool it didn’t get cleaned enough. Again just an observation

A brilliant hotel for a family which majors on the experience and service from the staff

The level of attentiveness and service from all of the staff was excellent - old-school 5 star service. Brilliant food in the tapas restaurant and excellent cocktails at the pool bar

Hat uns insgesamt gefallen, werden wieder kommen

- Frühstück bzw. Auswahl war ausgezeichnet. - Restaurant SEEN top. - Jederzeit genügend Liegeplätze an den Pools. - Sehr gute Beratung durch Christina.

- Die Musik an den Pools war störend bzw. zu laut (grösstenteils älteres Publikum), Lautsprecher wurden öfters mit Strandtücher zugedeckt (leider wenig Nutzen). - Das Buffet am Abend war sehr bescheiden (z.B. nur 1 Fischsorte und Poulet), Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht (hatte gegenüber früher wenig Gäste!).

douchekop kon niet worden opgehangen kraan kon alleen aan en uit (geen regeling harder/zachter) muziek en animatie te luid (veel meer lawaai vergeleken met Sheraton) lopend buffet avond ronduit slecht vroeger kon je kiezen uit 3 dinermogelijkheden prijzen drankjes etc. in zwembad en kamers te hoog; waar was de gamba's met knoflook

A very enjoyable stay, we would definitely return.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Grounds and swimming pools were excellent.

Cooked food at breakfast could be hotter. The same could be said about the evening buffet. Drinks from the bar were too high. So we went to local bars where drinks were a lot cheaper.

Great - would go again

The staff were incredible and the facilities, pool, service, food all excellent - everyone was friendly, professional :) I was greeted nicely, shown to my room, the cocktails / music/ ambiance was all fantastic.

There was a time at breakfast where I ordered coffee 3 different times and never received it - a small annoying experience but you'd expect much better service at a 5-star. Also, it didn't feel transparent that the spa was under construction and not open for services which was a bummer.

Zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken.

Bijna alles aan dit hotel klopt, de locatie is perfect, het ontbijt is erg divers en van hoge kwaliteit en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en goed ingedeeld.

Onze kamer was vrij stoffig. De koffie bij het ontbijt is niet erg lekker.

Thoroughly relaxed

Spacious, relaxed, very comfortable, stylish, some staff were incredible - especially Luca from the SEEN bar, who was fantastic, and we enjoyed the cocktails.

Inconsistent amenities and service. The hotel was on a ‘soft openingz’ after refurbishment, so I hope these will smooth out.

Friendly and exceptional good

The staff manager Mr Luca was exceptionally customer centric and went out of his way to help us out when our return flight on check out was delayed by 4hrs plus. A special thanks to him as we had 6 months old with us

Breakfast buffet menu could change. Repeating the same menu every day tends to be monotonous.

The staff at this hotel are beyond a credit to the Manager and the brand. They are all extremely helpful and happy. They treat you like royalty. The Buffet food is fantastic with lots of options at breakfast and at dinner. The long time periods that the buffet is open was incredibly helpful for a family with a baby! The gym was good. Good size, good equipment.

We stayed in room 308. There is a lift there that goes down to the pool, but there are only stairs to make your way down, so it would have been good to have a ramp. Maybe a stair master in the gym too x

It was annoying to go online again every day. The day we left we were not allowed internet at 10 * 00 hours and we have a stay until 12 * 00 hours.
