El mejor lugar para quedarse en Sierra Nevada. Instalaciones cuidadas a la perfección. Diferentes tipo de gastronomía dentro del mismo espacio. Personal muy amable y servicial.

A pesar de tener todas las peticiones de reservas en los diferentes restaurantes del lugar hechas, no se contemplaron en su guía de registros. Con todo ello, los responsables se hicieron cargo y resolvieron con soltura haciendo que nuestra experiencia sea de 10. Sólo lo remarco en esta casilla para la mejora de los servicios.

An absolutely stunning hotel from the location to the interior design to the food and incredible level of service. We were blown away and it is definitely worthy of 5 stars. It was the least stressful ski rental experience ever as the rental shop is in the actual hotel as well as a fantastic team of instructors who meet you there for your lessons. Natalia and the gang even went so far to put our boots on after strolling along from a delicious breakfast!

The only downside was the amount of snow which is just down to a freakishly warm ski season and obviously no fault of the hotel.

I expect when I go to 5star hotel anf pay almost 1500€ for a night that I wouldn’t have the problem like I had in my sta

location and design is great.

the staff aren’t helpful excepto valet men, after asking 3 times to clean my room it was cleaned only at 3 pm, I had suite with sofa which were open for a whole day. I didn’t get a place at the restaurant for a dinner. it was full, but usually hotels should ask their clients if they want to book a table if hotel know that they will be very busy. so we had to eat pasta in the room( of course they don’t serve full menu in the room).

Rooms were very hot so had to keep balcony door open all night. Breakfast didnt start until 8 am - may want to look at starting a bit earlier?

- Waiters and staff were average, not what is expected at luxury (and what we experienced at same-owner El Lodge) - Cheese plate had been in hot room for hours when we checked in - great with free cheese as welcome gift but should have lid / be cooled to avoid smell. - Charged €34 for churros w. chocolate.

highly comfortable

Upon arrival with my hybrid car, the person who dealed with the valet service asked me if I would like my battery to be charged while my car was parked in the garage. I found this extremely considerate and it set the tone of the rest of my stay. The staff showed a trully helpfull attitude at all times and delivered a high standard service. The rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. But the best of all was the ski-service in the hotel. It was super easy to get a ski-pass and ski materials in the hotel. On top of this, the hotel is located on the slope, so not hustle at all.

the hotel is very clean the staff is very friendly and helpful all the staff speaks good english which was very pleasant for me .. also the offer free rides and pick up to the plaza the restaurant of the hotel is really really awesome very tasty food and the vibe of the place is so warming it was a really unforgettable experience for me

The breakfast could have had a better selection. We ordered hot food which never arrived.

Very good

The staff were fantastic. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely and the ski room guys were great. They all seemed to be working all day and night but we're always so cheerful. And the location was superb with ski in and out. The spa was a lovely bonus.

Very expensive given our disappointing experience

location, free parking and free transfers to centre

impossible to sleep, room was so hot, one of worst night’s sleep ever in a hotel. unable to ventilate or reduce heating. breakfast was disappointing. staff did not answer the phone in a reasonable time. in general totally overpriced. facilities and quality leave a lot to be desired.

Highly recommend - makes the trip to Sierra Nevada worthwhile.

Very nice property and well located on the slope. Restaurant was convenient and I'm glad they had some parking on site to accommodate guests.

The sheets weren't particularly soft and the blue light on the TV was quite distracting when trying to sleep.

Picked it for ski in-out option mainly but breakfast and not having kettle in room was a let down

Ski in and out facility was amazing. Ski room staff super kind and helpful. Male restaurant staff was very kind too.

No kettle in room, bread stale at breakfast most days, two female restaurant staff was very hard to communicate with, interior very dated, spa was overpriced for what it was (sauna wasn't functioning).

Excellent Hotel

Convenience of ski out/ski in. The position of the hotel is very good. It has a welcoming feel and the staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very nice with mountain views. Pleasant bar area and restaurant and the food was good. Varied choice and reasonably priced. Exceptional ski and boot room facility.

Could do with better lighting in the bedrooms.
