Hotel Ok, dentro das expectativas

As refeições estavam muito boas; o quarto tinha uma geleira o que foi muito útil; duas camas juntas para o casal e um sofá cama bem grande para a criança. ofereceram-me uma garrafa de espumante no meu aniversário o que foi uma surpresa muito agradável, não pela garrafa em si mas pelo gesto.

A limpeza dos quartos era muito minimalista, apenas faziam as camas, trocavam as toalhas e davam uma limpeza muito básica na casa de banho. O resto do quarto, varanda e afins não lhe tocavam, o chão não era limpo, a mobília em si não era limpa, os copos que eu usei ficaram por limpar e com lixo durante toda a estadia. Tive uma chegada noturna (3h00) e na recepção o segurança olhou para mim e nem boa noite disse, apenas falou: O que é que queres? Não gostei, não sou nenhum miúdo!

Great hotel, great value for money, great staff.

Good range of food at breakfast and dinner. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg too. Friendly staff. Goid location, just on the edge of the resort, so not noisy.

Hot drinks available with dinner/after dinner.

En general muy bien

¡El personal que tienen es muy alegre y simpático! Hay un descampado enfrente donde dejar el coche sin problema. Tiene muy buena ubicación. Las camas eran cómodas.

La tele no funcionaba, iban 3 canales contados y lo que es youtube y netflix no funcionaba. La ducha es horrible, imposible, no me duché a gusto ningún día. Para empezar tiene poca presión, así que si tienes el pelo largo, suerte! Y lo de la temperatura es lo que la hace inútil, pasa de agua helada a agua hirviendo, no hay término medio, incluso sin tocar el termostato. Más de un día me tuve que duchar por partes porque, o me abrasaba la piel o me congelaba, tenía que elegir si sentirme en el ártico o en el mismísimo infierno, creo que deberían revisarlo…

Buena estancia

El hotel esta muy bien, calidad-precio inmejorable. Las habitaciones son amplias y estan limpias. El personal ha sido muy simpatico con nosotros y cualquier cosa que les hemos pedido o preguntado, nos han ayudado de mil amores. Silvia es la MEJOR. La comida es de buena calidad y es muy variada, hacen menus diferentes, como sushi, kebab, hamburguesas, tablas de quesos y muchas otras cosas, todo siempre caliente y repuesto al momento. Los animadores tambien son muy agradables y hacen la estancia muy amena. Esta lejos del centro pero el autobus te deja en la puerta, cerca hay bares y discotecas con mucho ambiente, asi como supermercados. Me ha gustado mucho

No me ha gustado una cosa, pero esto no es culpa del hotel, sino de la situacion que crean algunas personas, que el todo incluido, no es un todo incluido real, las bebidas alcoholicas en el bar hay que pagarlas, con las comidas (3 por menu)pero en el bar si, y esto no te lo dice nadie hasta que vas a pedirte una cerveza y te la cobran, y te quedas con cara de tonto enseñando tu pulserita. Lo mismo pasa con los helados, tienen una carta de helados pero hay que pagarlos, si quieres de los que estan incluidos son unos sandwiches de nata o un cucurucho de vainilla y chocolate(y esto si que es cosa del hotel) Por otro lado la barra del bar es de marmol y como le esta dando en sol todo el dia QUEMA, pero ademas puede ser un problema, que no te das cuenta y te dejas ahi la piel pegada, eso deberian solucionarlo por que si alguien se quema, puede ser muy peligroso, y suele haber niños en el hotel.

One evening when we return back to hotel, the black guy treated us as uninvited guests and he check all our documents, and next to him was a guy who check in us and he was like he see us first time. Bad experiense And we had the new room, and the bed was uncomfortable and it creaked

only the reception staff and security guard they are so polite and smile always they even made my 1 year old son laugh and played with him all the time the food is very good

the room looked so old like it was build in the 1990 room 527 no ac on the hallway from the elevator to the room , this makes you sweat ,you enter the room the ac is on after that you will catch cold and get sick . we were sick for the first night .

My all best wishes to all the hard working people who make this hotel a hotel. Especially Raquel, she is absolutely the heart and soul of Hsm Atlantic Park.. It wouldn't be the same withouth her. Overall a OK hotel to stay for a couple of days.

- pretty near to the beach - around 5 min walk. - supermarkets near the hotel - 2/3 min walks. - the “well known Magaluf area” is nearby, around 10-15 mins of walk. - good breakfast. - great pool. - helpful stuff members. - late checkout available - extra 20 euros.

- the cleaning lady never knocked and entered the room directly. - the sheets were stained but not dirty. They were changed only once in 6 days. - the walls are very thin and I mean it. If you are unlucky enough to have some young British boys or girls near your room (above and below as well), expect to be waken up every night at around 3-4, when they come back to the hotel. - all inclusive provides 3 alcoholic drinks per meal and no more.

it was my second stay in this hotel, for sure I would come again

It was spacious, good internet connection, very clean.

would not stay again!

definitely was not a 4 star!!! I always stay in 4 star hotels but this one was by far the worst. seemed to be more like a 2 / 3 star max! the hotel is in serious need of a re vamp. the carpet that goes through the entire hotel looks awful, holes in it, off coloured, ran down, the walls are marked, some holes in, the decor in the rooms are very outdated. the beds are the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. we stayed half board and DID NOT! eat from the hotel even ONCE! as the pure quality and look of the food was horrendous. instead we spent 900 euros on food eating out! the only good thing about the hotel is the location. it’s in a fairly quite spot out the way in a quite position but only 5 mins walk from the beach. apart from that I would not recommend and would not stay here again. also, Alex at reception has a serious attitude problem and needs to work on his customer service skills.

Great accommodation with nice staff, great food and loud young people.

Breakfast and dinner were like paradise. Amazing selection, always fresh vegetables, fruits, divinely delicious food.

A lot of young people didn't follow the hotel rules. They were loud, they didn't dress properly. The hotel staff tried to silence them at night, with more or less success. Compared to downtown hotels, it is still much quieter.

very small rooms for a family of 4, scratchy blankets, greasy plates in the restaurant, no coffee maker in the room, would like dinner from 6 pm.
