Fabuleux, on ne s’en lasse jamais

Tout. Les restaurants sont exceptionnellement bons.. et même le service au bord de la piscine. Cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix pour déconnecter et se reposer.

Schönes Hotel zum relaxen

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, was wirklich perfekt ausgestattet war. Das Personal war stets sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Die Musik am Pool war zu laut. Wir wollten uns dort mittags etwas ausruhen, was aufgrund der Lautstärke etwas schwierig war. Der Strand ist etwas steinig, wenn man im Meer baden will muss man am besten Badeschuhe anziehen mit welchem man ins Wasser gehen kann.

- room service allows ignore your requests - pool service is the worst I’ve seen. - staff will treat you like you don’t excit - no apologies for all above was ever offered during my stay. - will never return back the deposit you pay at the check in.

Schöne Hotelanlage, Preise nicht gerechtfertigt

Hotelanlage schön. Pool, bequeme Sonnenliegen, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, direkter Strandzugang, höfliches Personal, allerdings leicht überfordert.

Übertrieben teuer. Vom Poolservice & Restaurants im Hotel ist die Rede. Geben sehr gerne Geld aus, aber das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden mag niemand. Die Preise sind überzogen und absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Das essen leider nicht gut, Haare im Essen des Öfteren gefunden. Schade dass die Gäste ausgenommen werden.

L'hotel è stupendo e molto curato in tutti i suoi angoli, la colazione è super, le camere sono molto ben arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort, è un signor 5 stelle

CI sono stati addebitati 35 euro al giorno per tenere la macchina in garage e questo dato NON ci era stato preventivamente comunicato

In general it was really nice stay.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Responsive and professional. Breakfasts are very good with a wide selection of local specialities.

The room was lacking of a bad tube.

Fantastisk frokost, oppvarmet basseng. Bra treningsrom . Bra restaurant med interessant meny.

Annonserte med SPA inkludert Hårklipp, pedicure og manicure. Dette var ikke tilgjengelig. Måtte dra til Marbella. Heller ingen form for badstuer. Bestilte juniorsuite, men ikke mulig for mannen min å komme inn på toalettet med rullator, da det heller ikke var noen håndtake der Ble flyttet til ett rom som fungerte fint for oss, men noe mindre., og siden vi hadde betalt via booking fikk vi ikke tilbake penger, men de trakk fra en middag for dette, og gav oss ekstra forfriskninger på rommet.

Definitely return few teething probs as only open a couple of months but really enjoyed and look forward to future tweak

Modern , caring staff great pool , nice ambiance. Breakfast exceptional, pool/ beach food offer excellent.

Italian restaurant requires more variety for dinner if staying for more than seven days, Restaurant whilst not bad was the weak link in the F&B offer given that right on Med more fish would be one way of improving the menu.

Geniales Hotel! Können wir absolut empfehlen :-)

- Super freundliches Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Natalie, die uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut hat. Sie spricht zudem fliessend deutsch. - Sowohl die Anlage als auch das Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wohl das tollste Buffet, das wir je in einem Hotel hatten. Einfach nur wow! - Hauseigener Strand mit bequemen Liegen - Am Abreisetag erhielten wir aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise eine Frühstücksbox; sehr schöne Überraschung.

- Das Essen im Restaurant haben wir als extrem teuer empfunden und daher haben wir nur einmal dort gegessen. Es gibt umliegend (5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) einige sehr gute Restaurants, die viel günstiger sind. - Das Hotel ist etwas abseits und man ist unserer Meinung nach auf ein Auto angewiesen. - Abends kam jeweils 2x Personal nach kurzem Klopfen ins Zimmer. Das ist sicherlich sehr gut gemeint (Betten machen, Wasser bringen etc.), allerdings hat uns die Privatsphäre etwas gefehlt.

Every thing there was amazing start by first day a warm welcome and every one was smiling and happy to help, all reception and guest experience staff were amazing. Also food is great nice bar with Excellent service and beach service and staff were also great. Strongly recommended

Alles is geweldig. Bij aankomst waren wij al onder de indruk van de mooie uitstraling. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, allemaal. Het is echt een 5 sterren hotel. Kamers zijn ruim en super schoon. Heerlijke bedden. Al het eten was ook super lekker, wij hebben genoten!

Schöne Anlage wenn man zur Zielgruppe gehört.

Das Hotel ist schön renoviert und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool war gross und der Strand direkt erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigem Essen.

Während des Aufenthalts haben wir festgestellt, dass wir definitiv nicht zur Zielgruppe der Hotelkette gehören. Am Pool gibt es jeden Tag ab 14 Uhr ein DJ, welcher sehr laute Musik spielt. Teilweise waren die Lautsprecher nicht richtig aufeinander abgestimmt, sodass die Beats zeitverzögert erklangen, was extrem nervig war. Die Preise am Pool, in den Hotel-Restaurants, sowie der Minibar waren unfassbar teuer (20€ für ein Cocktail, 13€ für 1dl Weisswein). Am Pool bekommt man lediglich einen Platz in der zweiten Reihe, wenn man nicht den Aufpreis von € 150 pro Paar bezahlen möchte. Bei unserem Besuch im September war ab ca. 14 Uhr der halbe Poolbereich im Schatten. Weiter fällt auf, wie ineffizient das Hotelpersonal arbeitet. Das Check-Out dauerte rund 20 Minuten. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem ist es mehr Schein als Sein. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen.

Alles klopt gewoon en Mett feeling tot in de puntjes en tot in de details doorgevoerd. Heel knap!

Alles. Alles klopte, styling, faciliteiten, kamer, eten, bar, zwembad, strand, muziek, service, personeel. Je betaalt misschien iets meer, maar het is het geld meer dan waard. Kwaliteitsniveau is hoog en super hotel om maximaal te relaxen.

Niks. Het hotel is 1,5 maand open en ze vertelden dat ze nog aan het leren zijn, maar dat was vrijwel niet te merken.

Mi estancia a pie de playa

Mi estancia en este lugar ha sido verdaderamente excepcional. La ubicación, justo a pie de playa, es simplemente perfecta. Tener varios lugares para comer a poca distancia es una comodidad que aprecié mucho, pero el punto culminante indiscutible fue el restaurante italiano Isola de pasta fresca. Buenísima !! Además, los desayunos que disfruté durante mi estancia fueron deliciosos y la opción de pedir a la carta era un toque extra que hizo que cada mañana fuera especial. Las camas super cómodas, dormí como un bebé, y la limpieza en todo el hotel era impecable. La piscina es un refugio perfecto para relajarse y muy bonita. Pero lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera tan buena fue el personal. Su amabilidad y atención al detalle fueron espectaculares. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel.

Exceptional! We’ll be back!

Where to begin? Well, the property is truly beautiful, but it was the staff that were exceptional. Our experiences with the METT’s ambassadors were outstanding. Paola, Natalie and Natalia were all exceedingly gracious and professional. The hostesses at the lovely Isola Italian restaurant on site (Ainara and Carole) made us feel welcome as did our waiter at the beach (Miguel) and our welcoming assistant (Adrian). Everyone was courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much. Everyone is connected through WhatsApp which makes any questions and requests so easy. Ok - so now the property. it’s hard to imagine a better pool in the world - larger than Olympic size with lovely blue tiles with easy access surrounded by ample upscale comfortable lounge chairs. It’s really magical - especially at sunset. The beach service was great with similar amenities and the food at the pool/beach was outstanding - mostly Asian sushi-inspired. The rooms were well appointed - the suites with semi-private and private pool are an absolute delight. We ate both nights at Isola and had excellent fresh Italian food

PERFECT

Loved everything. The pool area was fab with a very long pool, service around pool was excellent (thank you Carolina!), gym was small but very well stocked. Room was big and clean. Shower was enormous and lovely.

The front row sunbeds had to be paid for even if you were staying there, €150. It was quite quiet one day so we were able to have a bed but the rest of the time they keep for non residents unless you pay.

Amazing!

Our stay at the Mett Hotel was amazing, from the stunning location on the beach, our cosy rooms by the beautiful pool, all staff members went over and beyond to cater to our needs especially Yana, Isabella, Ainara and Victor. The food was delicious breakfast in the restaurant, lunch menu by the pool and dinner that we enjoyed on our last night. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again and i would highly recommend staying here.
