Relación calidad-precio, personal muy amable, buena ubicación y buena comida.

El wifi no funciona muy bien, y las habitaciones están algo antiguas. Pero para el precio que tiene el hotel está muy bien.

Nice area, wrong hotel.

Wifi not usable, the comment of the stuff was I have to go to the reception when I want to use it; there it is ok, what a understanding of Customer Service. No information about what is included and what not, for example self service for drinks, at the end you have to pay for it. Noisy rooms, the stuff at breakfast and dinner are so stressed, nothing to enjoy or relax, it is only mass processing. So is the food, quantity beats quality. The worst thing they charged me twice for the room, once in February when I booked it and just before the arrival once more; there was no compensation for it such as a room upgrade or something else. If you are not rich it is really hard to pay twice, I already left the hotel and the refund is still not done.

Very nice stay. I would definitely recommend that hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Big, spacious rooms. Cleaned every day. Towels changed every day. Big choice of breakfast. Fresh, tasty food. Very polite staff. (Offered drinks for free. ) I got present from hotel on my birthday- a bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend it and probably will come back next year.

It would be nice to have a kettle in a room as I like my early cup of tea or coffee before breakfast.

El personal del hotel es agradable y relación calidad-precio es aceptable. La comida es abundante, sin embargo, la calidad muy muy justa.

El hotel está muy lejos de ser un 4 estrellas Barceló. Las instalaciones están muy anticuadas, mal cuidadas y con muchísimos desperfectos. Además, vimos dos cucarachas tanto en el salón comedor como en la habitación. Tuvimos un problema con la encargada del salón una noche por pedir pan sin gluten, hablaba de muy malas formas cuando esto se avisó al hacer la reserva. No volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel.

Charged more than was agreed with booking.com The rooms are dated and the furniture is damaged. There are not enough shaded areas or umbrellas . There are numerous broken tiles and some have sharp edges

Got free upgrade to room with sea view. - Lot of parking space on the street. - Location - you can use gate from hotel area and use elevator to get lower and then few minutes walk to beach

No solid barrier between balconies. - Corridor in my section was open to outside and through room door there was sometimes repeating noise at night - like slamming with containers

I'd say when I stayed fee years ago night entertainment was a bit more interesting.

Room was big even to fit my bike inside. But with the price I had expected a bit more modern interior. But location was quite nice with beach view and the bed comfortable. The shower was spacious and you had a fridge and botteled water for free.

On my trip this was the most accommodation. I felt the hotel staff was quite stressed since they answered a call of my to ask for early breakfast just o.k. friendly and forgot to give back my ID card. This caused some trouble for me as I just recognised that on another island. I tried to discuss a suitable solution for all parties with the front staff manager. But they were reluctant to do anything and left me alone with this problem. I expected a hotel in this price category to be more customer friendly.

Very good

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, big pools, a lot of entertainment for kids. Its quite a massive place, so if you are looking for a smaller place, this one is quite huge.

Some furniture and details needs renovation, the beach by foot is more far than it seemed, although you have a shuttle from the hotel to the beach.

Everything was perfect. I spend my honeymoon there (and my birthday), best decision. Highly recommend. Staff friendly and very supportive, they always smile. Room was nice, the pools are cristal clear... Bars are stocked up, programs are amazing (extra bonus the night shows👌) Food is fresh and everyone can find something (vegans, vegetarians, food allergies). I definitely will come back in September.

Maybe the pools could be a bit warmer (but that's jist a personal preference)

we prolonged our stay here, but …

- each third day dinner is fabolous. maybe another chef, but taste is much better like other 2 days.

- they charge You 3 eur for low quality post mix coke if you dont have all inclusive. they hunt your strip belt color on hand to get your money. altought You paid more than 200 bucks for room per day. 3 tables beside was not charged. maybe it is by “looks”. the same at pool bar. - some machines in gym are begging for repair.

good hotel to stay at morro jable jandia beach

- town and faro reachable by walk, elevator from hotel to promenade level - food variants each day, canarian local products available. better food and dining experience compared to other Barcelo hotels on island. - one of pools is heated - in winter not so many people, so services are smooth and problems are solved immediately - beach is outstanding, near hotel. we travelled fuerte many times before but with children this is our final destination ( plus caleta de fuste )

- retro room cards are often out of services, we spoke more guests, it is common problem. frontdesk uses phrase about demagnetization by phone. - guest segregating according to purchased level. you feel like “not worthy” when You dont posses royal or B+ level. some locations and services are restricted to You without premium. we got hand belt stripes like “arbeit macht frei” camp of different color to select Your “exceptionality”. white, silver, yellow, red. choose wisely.

Smoking area near restaurant terrace will benefit to move somewhere away as fumes were smelled on a terrace, especially on the way to / from restaurant.

This hotel's glory days are long gone, it literally falling apart. poor Wi-Fi, tv remote not working, long distance from room to main building, poor quality drinks, extra charge for exchanging towels, good gym but again - nothing seems to work
