Все в целом прекрасно! Замечательная хозяйка Ева! Все рядом. Рекомендуем

Близко к морю и к автобусу в Ираклион. Рядом начало всех экскурсий, небольшие магазины. Чисто везде, хороший бассейн, уборка каждый день. Есть вся необходимая посуда, кухонное оборудование. Также есть тостер, кофемашина, электрочайник, духовка, кондиционер, балкон с видом на море. Дали мыло, была соль, масло, перец, специи. С горячей водой проблем нет. Кровати, постель, полотенца хорошие. Огромное спасибо хозяйке Еве за то, что встретила нас у автобуса и помогла на машине добраться к ним в 40 градусов жары!!!! Очень благодарны!!!!

Интернет хороший только у бассейна, на балконе еле-еле, а в номере практически отсутствует. Ножки у обеденного стола почти полностью отломаны - держится на честном слове. Вытяжка над плитой при включении только 1-я кнопка работает несколько секунд, потом сама выключается. 2-я и 3-я не работает.

Nice comfortable appartment, there is a dedicated parking lot next to the facility. The appartment has two bathrooms and all the rooms have A/C. The facility offers everything that a family will need during the stay there.

The Owner waited for us on property. In the fridge we found fresh water. Excellent communication. The Apartment is close to public bus station.

Excellent location really close to the beach. Lovely apartment, very modern and exceptionally clean and good condition. Beds were very comfortable, great shower, good sized balcony, spacious and all of the utilities one could require (iron, kettle, toaster, crockery). Apartment cleaned twice during one week period which was perfect with fresh bedding and new towels. Swimming pool perfect for cooling down and plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing. 2 minute walk to main shopping and restaurant area of Amoudara

We very much enjoyed our stay. You can find the bus ostop, supermakets, souvenir shops and restaurants within 5 min walk

Everything. The location is great - just a quick walk to the beach which you can actually see from your balcony. The hosts were lovely - even cut me 2 bunches of grapes from their vine :)

Apartment was spotless and very well equipped, and very spacious. Loved the pool. The family was so welcoming. Great location very close to the beach, tavernas and shops. Couldn't have asked for any better, we even had a sea view. Will definitely be back again.

Great place for a vacation. It has all we needed. Clean, quiet, swimming pool, close to the beach and very friendly host who was always there to help, if needed. Definitely recommend Nikolas apartments. I want to come back there :)

ok for one -two nights of you are just looking to spend the night

a lot of stairs, only one AC to cover room and living room. kitchen is pretty outdated.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was always available and very welcoming. The pool area was very clean and nice.

The neighborhood was a bit off. A bit dirty and somewhat abandoned. There was a loud concert one night.

Relaxing place and family friendly

The apartment was very spacious and we received a warm welcome from the family. It was well equipped and spotless. It was in a great location, close to the beach, tavernas and supermarket. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment is less than a minute away from the beach and near the main street with many restaurants and shops nearby. The host is really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend the place.

great apartments, great owners, great place for families with children

we recommend 100%. the owners are very nice, polite, friendly and hospitable. cleaning of rooms every 2/3 days. The apartments are very cozy, overlooking the pool or the sea. fitted kitchen. To the sea, to the beach 1 minute. Private swimming pool, spotlessly clean water, deckchairs. very good for families with children. full of gift shops, restaurants. If you want to spend a wonderful holiday with your children, we really recommend these apartments.

Kitchen well equipped and having kids this was fundamental, I asked 2cribs and got both. Room is small but perfect for what we needed.

Nikolas Apartments is ideally situated in terms of access to the beach, different kinds of shops and restaurants. The access to the bus stop is only 2 mins walk away, very practical since public transportation is the main means of transportation used by everyone. The owners are extremely nice, kind and helpful, always keen on providing the best service to their guests. I highly recommend Nikolas Apartments!

Sunny holiday at Crete with best friends and family.

It was nearby to everything- sea, beach, bus stop (hotel Mariena- bus nr 1 go to citycenter and bus nr 6 back from citycenter, If you want go to Knossos, then go to citycenter and take nr 2), cafeterias, local small restaurants, minimarkets, travelling agency Statusmlb (we recommend). Hotel staff talked English- even helped us with plane tickets. Nikolas apartments have really nice and good size pool. So it was really perfect place to spend sunny holiday. We Estonians adored that place. Hopefully next year we can use the same place.

Everything was ok, nothing negative. We were really happy there!

Recommend for a budget trip.

Great location and hostess. The little swimming pool is nice. Kitchen is small but well equipped good enough. Room is cleaned every 2nd day.

Everything was better than expected, the room was super clean and nicely appointed. The beach and shops were right at our door but the apartments and grounds were nice and quiet. I can only say good things about this place.

Great location and very comfortable with kids. would stay there again in a heartbeat

I loved how close it was to the beach. I could walk easily with my kids to the beach. the pool was great and the apartment was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for my family of 6. the owner helped arrange an airport taxi for us also which was very helpful.

Excellent location for culture and beach

This was self catering. Space was excellent and beautifully decorated. Sea view from the bedroom. Swimming pool was excellent. Easy walk to shops and tavernas. Buses into Iraklio and on weekdays direct to Knossos. Just watch out different number in each direction. Buy tickets in advance at the supermarket. Local museum with an excellent collection of Minoan and Roman pieces.

2 min to beach!

Cozy and clean apartment near the beach. Free parking. Nice swimming pool, especially for kids.

Bathroom equipment needs repair. There were ants in the kitchen and the balcony.

Home away from home

We stayed here for 7 days and we cannot recommend it enough. Eva and her Parents were so lovely, communicated with us so well before and during our stay and were happy to help with any questions we had. The apartment was big, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, plenty of chairs and was always clean. Complete with kitchen amenities, the most wonderful shower and a balcony that had a view of the beach. Our room was cleaned often which was great and Eva’s Mum even did our laundry. The location was perfect, 2 mins to the beach, walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants and also the bus station that connected you to the centre and the airport. We also found the best travel agent near the property that sorted out a Santorini trip. Eva thank you for your hospitality and I hope to see you again soon in our future vacations.
