An sich sehr empfehlenswert - einzigerMinuspunkt ist die teilweise in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung

- sehr sauber - sehr nettes Personal - die Dame kennt sich in Agios Nikolaos sehr gut aus und konnte uns dementsprechend tolle Attraktionen empfehlen - gemütliches Bett und Appartement zentral gelegen

An sich hat man alles , jedoch müssten einige Dinge meiner Meinung nach mal renoviert werden (Deckel der Waschmaschine war kaputt oder auch ein kaputter Stuhl)

Heerlijk, rustig, ruim appartement met groot balkon en prachtig zeezicht!

Ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht, goeie ligging bij strand en centrum. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, hartelijke ontvangst met uitleg over de omgeving. We komen graag terug!

Relaxing, wonderful location. Will return.

Loved everything. The quiet apartment, the balconies, the pool and all the staff. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beautiful seaside. Found free parking nearby each day. Thank you Fotini and staff. We will return.

Très bel endroit.

L'emplacement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, l'appartement très clair et spacieux notamment la chambre, belle terrasse.

Tous les appartements, même vue mer, ne se valent pas, on a demandé à changer ce qui a été accepté immédiatement car il y en avait un autre disponible correspondant vraiment aux photos du site, sinon...

En underbar och avkopplande vecka i perfekta omgivningar

Hotellet är rent och snyggt - jättefina lägenheter. Hotellet ligger i ett perfekt område (nära till centrum och stranden) och hotellägarinnan är alltid så hjälpsam och vänlig. Vi känner oss som hemma på Bellevue.

Har absolut ingenting att klaga på.

We were three girlfriends on holiday and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

The host stayed up late to meet us and was warm and friendly and very welcoming. She'd bought us some fruit as well.

L’appartement était parfait ! Spacieux avec balcon vue sur la magnifique mer cristalline. L hôte Fotini est très sympathique et très attentionnée, elle nous a fourni des cartes et précieux conseils sur les activités à faire autour de Agios Nikolaos et pour d excellents restaurants. Les services de chambre sont excellents. Succulente boulangerie à deux pas et supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. 10 min de marche du centre d Agios. Lits très confortables. Qualité prix nous recommandons sans hésitation! Elisabeth et Jean-Francois.

Very nice appt., looks great with modern touches. Katerina that met us was so kind and helpful! Great wifi, each day we found parking in front of the building. It was the best place for us so far in Greece!

The shower head is in a strange position. It is a shower with a half door which wouldn’t be a problem if it was installed at the end of the shower closest to the door.

Favourite stay in Crete

A very warm welcome and adorable parting gifts. The AC was very good. Pool was warm. The room was so spacious and an amazing view from the balcony. We only stayed two nights and wished we had stayed for longer! All the people were so nice!

Everything was amazing, we can only recommend thinking about putting a shower curtain or something to cover the entirity of the bath!

Excellent accommodation in Agios Nikolaos

Very helpful host, who sent detailed directions to Bellevue Apt prior to our arrival. Met us and familiarised us with the area and gave suggestions for eating out and places to visit. Ideal location, walking distance to the CBD. Car park closeby had we needed it.

Fotini gave us lots of information and documentation to visit the city and area. Well located 1 minute from super market, bakery and close to the main attractions. Practical to have a washing machine

Kitchen has to be renovated with a change of fridge and oven, mattress very soft and uncomfortable, The pool was not in function

Not as clean as it should have been (dusty, sand on floor, bad strawberries in fridge) Shampoo ok but almost empty shower gel Hot water system is awkward We needed to know how some things worked but had no direct contact with the very nice owner until our 3rd day Bed is large but very hard

We would book Bellevue Suites again, without hesitation.

Location is great, the view is great, and all the amenities function well. The host is there to meet you and show you around, and the host offers excellent suggestions to explore the area be that for sightseeing or dining.

Initially they wrote to us that they would accommodate us in one room and then they put us in another one with a worse view - it was not the room we had paid for. There wasn’t wifi all the time!!!

Beautiful apartment, nice view, very welcoming host. Fotini also had great tips for restaurants and activities in the area and reacted very quickly to accomodate any additional requests. We would definitely come again :)

October was a little late for using the pool as it lies in the shade all day long. Should be very comfortable during the summer months though

Such a restful and lovely place.

A clean, comfortable apartment in a building containing a number of similar apartments. The location is quite quiet and away from the busy centre of the town but within an easy walk of everything you could need. A five minute walk will take you to the bus station, a good supermarket or the delightful little town beach called Ammoudi. There is a lovely pool for the use of guests and we had a small balcony that looked into the bay. The kitchen is adequately equipped and there were tea bags and ground coffee (replenished during our stay) for the filter machine. There was even a washing capsule thoughtfully provided for the washing machine. Bed linen and towels were changed half way through our stay. A 10 minute walk will take you to the centre of Agios Nicolaos, with its shops and amenities. Fotini, our hostess, came to us on our first morning, full of helpful advice and maps. Places to visit and where to eat (as well as those to avoid!) As we opened our door to leave on our last morning, we found a gift of olive oil from Fotini. So kind.

People on the balcony of the neighbouring apartment could look directly across our balcony and into our bedroom, and that required a bit of discretion and use of the net curtain. The description on Booking.com mentions a security box and there isn’t one. All of this is trivial compared with the good stuff.

Fotini is the host who everybody would like to find. Precise, competent and helpful. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect. Bellevue is the right place for all you need to do in Agios Nikolaos. We loved it!

Probably the only flaw was a strange smell of gasoline coming from the manhole in the bathroom.
