Large property, great view

Beach area not accessible, room over garbage bins, staff not too friendly, one tried to help himself to a 10 euro tip. It looks nice when you walk in but that’s all. I don’t know how the little silver spaceship elevators are even legal. Mold smell permeates even your pores. I don’t like to give a bad review but it’s the truth.

The hotel was clean and the beach restaurant was amazing. The spa was also really nice. Room was clean and tidy.

Our room keys stopped working twice meaning we had to waste about an hour getting our keys replaced in the evening, the room we were in must have been under the main restaurant as we could hear the chairs moving around until very late at night, avoid the third floor if possible! The main restaurant staff were not very attentive, we just went for dessert and they forgot our order and had to ask again.

Disappointing

The beach area was lovely with a safe place to swim abd plenty of sunbeds

it was overall disappointing. it claimed to be 5 star but was tired, dirty in places and so much broken and not working. Due to our own booking complexity we had 3 rooms during our stay all of which had broken or damaged facilities that weren't repaired after reporting. The staff all seemed fed up and despondent and made no attempts to apologise or correct matters. Our taxi transfer from the airport never arrived and 3 calls to the hotel eventually resulted in an unhelpful 'just get a taxi ' comment. We had to make 2 attempts to get the return taxi successfully booked. The IT systems seemed poor, complex and slow for the staff. Hence always long queues at reception with techy staff and disgruntled customers. We had a lovely massage but the spa itself was another disappointment. It wasn't cheap and yet hardly any facilities worked properly. The spa pool probably should have had about 15 water features, only 5 worked. Poolside showers were broken and dirty. Such a shame. Our mountain view room looked onto a brick wall and a bit of rock and was above the hotel ventilation system so constant noise and rumbling in the room.

Een heerlijk vakantiegevoel

De kamer was prima en het balkon was een bonus. Beneden bij het zwembad en het strand genoten van de heerlijk comfortabele bedden. Het buffet had een ruime keuze met goede smaken. Al met al een groot complex waar eigenlijk alles is wat je mag verwachten van zo'n locatie.

Ik was er slechts kort maar op het eerste gezicht leek de directe omgeving niet erg interessant.

Beautiful views and very relaxing

Overall everything was delightful. Views, pool, food. Waiting staff were excellent and very friendly

Lack of information regarding what was going on in the evenings or surrounding areas. Bar Staff at pool bar were rude and the toilets by the pool were disgusting. The amount of cats around was horrible and they were even on dining tables which is appalling for food services

Komfortowy wypoczynek na ateńskiej riwierze.

Piękna okolica, cicho i spokojnie z dogodną odległością od lotniska. Komfortowy ośrodek przy morzu ze świetnym basenem, międzynarodową atmosferą i urozmaiconymi śniadaniami. Ośrodek sportów wodnych na miejscu.

Wieczne kolejki do recepcji, nieodbieranie telefonu przez room serwis. Sprzątanie pokoju i wymiana ręczników nieregularna. Kiepska obsługa baru basenowego.

Rezeption sehr langsam, Karte funktioniert nicht immer, 2 Tage auf eine Frage keine Antwort bekommen und nichts unternommen, Aufzüge alt und schlechte Beschreibungen, 28€ Frühstück ist zu viel, heruntergekommene 2/3 Sterne Hotel keine 5sterne !!! Nie mehr dieses Hotel, auf den Bilder schön sonst nichts.

We took room 927, paying the amount for such expected luxury it is the least expected for it to be clean, dust free, and spider webs free! Besides so many flies at breakfast and flying ants. In addition, the bed sheets weren’t the cleanest they had some black ink or so on them from our first night! Also, at least re-stock on the vanity kit once used. We had coffee in plastic cups one day on our terrace, the cups stayed there empty rolling around till the end of our stay. The golf cart staff were the friendliest, spa was nice and welcoming and receptionists felt like they’re not in the mood.

Not worth the money.

The breakfast was good, the beds comfortable.

The room they gave us had an awful sewage/fishy odour.. we asked to moved rooms, which they did and moved us up a floor, however the odour was present there too. They try to cover it with spray but it is unbearable. The facilities are old and need an upgrade to be classed as a 5 star hotel, currently a 2-3 star. Staff at the front desk are clueless, barely any signs to explain where to go. Not a good experience at all.

Nice hotel

The main areas were really nice, the entrance area had a nice lounge next to it. The reception staff were very welcomingThe breakfast buffet was also a very good spread with lots of variety.

The room was on the smaller side for a family. Also the pool closed very early considering there was still quite a few hours before sunset. They actually had to kick everyone out of the pool. We were in the main building and to get to the pool was a bit of a trip. The hike back was a bit difficult.

מיקום קרוב לשדה התעופה של אתונה. אנחנו שהינו שם בגלל טיסה חזרה מאוד מוקדמת. סה"כ מקום סביר להעביר לילה. יש מסעדה יוונית ממש טובה סמוכה למלון

מלון ישן. גם במבנה וגם בהוויה. מאוד אירופאי של שנות ה-80. חוף ים לא משהו בכלל. זה לא חוויה יוונית או חוף יווני בכלל.

Padded sun beds were comfortable

The music around the pool on the day of arrival was far too loud it was like a disco/nightclub Had to wait far too long for a golf buggy. Hotel is not suitable to disabled clients Pool towels were very worn, thin and small Bins overflowing around the pool area Service was very poor around the pool. Had to wait a long time for ordering a meal and drinks

Bom para Eventos Corporativos

Café da manha, localizaçao junto a um braço de mar, espaço para caminhar, etc

A acomodaçao num quarto tipo chalé tinha um banheiro dividido em 3 partes - nada prático, sem ganchos para dependurar necessaires, toalhas velhas, mal atendido por estar longe do todo, etc É um hotel bem estruturado para Eventos Corporativos,... nao para casal em férias.

Tres bon sejour

Bonne accueil du personnel. Tres aimable. Nous somme arriver vers 22h30, on nous a accompagner en petite voiturette jusqu'a notre chambre. Le SPA + la seance massage etait juste magnifique, tous le personnel est d'une gentillesse. Il y a un de quoi ce restaurer sur place et une superette est a 2 pas de l'hotel. Le menage est effectuer tout les jours. le buffet du restaurant est assez varier, que sa soit le matin, le midi ou le soir, sa depanne quand vous manger sur place mais pas a faire chaque jour car on s'en lace tres vite. Il y a une piscine et la mer juste en face pour piquer une tete. L'hotel ressemble a un petit village. Notre petite maison avait un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Hotel a 20 min en taxi de l'aeroport. L'emplacement est loin de tous faut se deplacer en bus ou en taxi se qui m'a pas déranger mais pour des familles avec enfants cela pourrait etre un inconvenient.

Le bruit de certain touriste qui croit que parce qu'il on payé, qu' ils ont le droit de faire du bruit comme bon leur semble. Juste infernale! Aucun savoir vivre. Personnel qui insiste a ouvrir votre porte alors que vous l'avez fermer et que vous etes dedans juste pour savoir a 15h30 si vous avez besoin de remplir vos bouteille de savon. Faudrait prevoir le ravitaillement le matin quand les chambres sont faites. Un micro onde dans la chambre aurait ete interessant. Il y a pas de commerce a proximité, les restaurant exterieur sont loin (sauf un qui est a 5min de l'hotel c'est le seul) donc quand vous avez pas de voiture c'est un peu embetant.

Not worth the value

The location was gorgeous as was the lobby

This is lipstick on a pig if I’ve ever seen it. You are not going to get a room that looks like the photo on booking.com. The price was wayyy too much for what we got, our view from our room was nonexistent, we moved rooms twice because the rooms we were put in were bad and awkward. Bathroom wasn’t clean, shower was completely non functional, paint peeling from ceiling, chunks missing out of the floor, etc. If this hotel had been less than $100 a night, I would have been satisfied, instead, I paid over $200 and it is absolutely not worth that

Our experience was below average

Staff at the restaurant were not welcoming, service was poor. We requested coffee during our BF and were separately charged for the Coffee, while BF was paid for. Breakfast started very late at 730AM, which makes no sense when we have to catch flights early morning, most hotels start BF at 7 AM The property though maintained to be clean, the building was a bit-tired look, and lifts were impossible to use, too small to carry luggage. Toilets were difficult to use considering the design of the sink and the toilet seat.

Ιδανικός τόπος για χαλάρωση.

Η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρετικότητα του προσωπικού σε όλους τους τομείς (από την reception μέχρι τους τεχνικούς) ξεπερνούσε κάθε προσδοκία. Ήταν τα πάντα άψογα και ικανά να κάνουν οποιοδήποτε να νοιώσει όμορφα.

Όσο κι αν ψάξει κανε΄ςι είναι αδύνατο να επισημάνει κάτι αρνητικό.

Ok für einige Tage

Schöne Lage, Zugang zum Strand, Blick auf das Meer, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Habe beim Check-in ein Upgrade von Sea-View Zimmer zu Bungalow erhalten. Leider war der Bungalow in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Schimmel, stark abgenutzte Möbel, Wasserschaden in Toilette, kaputter Kühlschrank und defekte Klimaanlage, alles sehr staubig. Nach einer Nacht konnte ich in die eigentlich gebuchte Kategorie umziehen. Das Sea-View Zimmer im Hauptgebäude war in einem deutlich besseren Zustand. Für den Preis und von Wyndham habe ich allerdings mehr erwartet.

Luxurious but a bit pricey

Arrival is pleasant with a nice reception area and renovated ground floor. The restaurant has a nice view and breakfast is exceptional with lots of choice. The room is fine and comfortable.

The upper floor corridors are dated and should be renovated. The rooms are a bit small. The outside pool was closed, which is to be expected, but the inside pool at the spa could only be visited at extra cost.

The room needs improvements/ refurbishment and attention to details (some of the towels had holes - this is something I have never seen in any hotel I stayed).

Inferior a expectativas. no volvería

La amabilidad del personal. Me imagino que las instalaciones exteriores están bien. Solo me aloje una noche y no pude verlo, Pero parecían muy bonitas.

Habitación equivalente a hoteles de 3 estrellas. Muy mediocre. cuando llegamos , el baño no tenia papel. Pedimos en el servicio de habitaciones una hamburguesa pagamos 19 € y nos la trajeron totalmente quemada. El pan estaba negro.
