Katarina- właścicielka to wspaniała kobieta! miejsce przyjemne. Wszystko co było trzeba było w pokoju. Przy pojawieniu się jakiś pytań, właściciele chętnie służyli pomocą. bardzo mili, uprzejmi i życzliwi. polecam gorąco. blisko do pięknej plaży.

gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal dass jeden Gast sofort mit offenen Armen empfängt, süßes Apartment was liebevoll eingerichtet wurde

Die Küche ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, es fehlen grundsätzliche Küchenutensilien zum Kochen

Perfekte kurze Sommerurlaub

Die Lage wo sich die Apartments befinden ist perfekt. Nur in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den perfekten Strand, viele Restaurants, Cafés, Minimärkte und Bars. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist mit drin aber die Zimmer hätten eine Renovierung nötig. Die Familie die die Zimmer haben sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Katerina die Besitzerin hab ich in meinem Herzen geschlossen. Sie ist sehr offen und nett. Das Lächeln in ihrem Gesicht bringt jedem dazu sich wohl zu fühlen. Ich würde gerne nochmal kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine ruhige aber gleich viel versprechende Urlaub. 😊😊😊

Ideal location, friendly owners, beautiful garden and territory, elevator inside building, bus stop to Heraklion near, beach 10 minutes, swimming pool small, but cool.

Amenities in the room were a little bit old, but we didn't use them.

Very nice and kind people with amazing hospitality! Whenever, you have a problem or something else, they’ll be always be here for you ! Also, the apartments are near to everything (supermarket, beach, bus, restaurants, gift shops), it’s very practical ! I highly recommend 😊

Superb

We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts. A wonderful experience with the hosts - with Katharina and her family, they constantly took care of us to have everything we needed. Their hospitality and warmth made our stay very pleasant. We also had excellent dinners in their restaurant 5 km away. The accommodation is rather simpler, everything is clean, everything you need is available. I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for a short (or longer) stay

The service of the owners was just excellent. They put a lot of love in their newly bought apartments. One can really see that they have a lot of passion for their work and their guests. This is something much appreciated.

Nothing. For the price this is one of the best hotelrooms I ever had. They told us they were going to invest some more so what can one expect more? Really good price quality relationship - we were pleased.

The host is exceptional

Katerina was the best host. She made sure you were happy from the moment you arrived, and makes herself available all day to help you with anything related to your stay. She takes her job very seriously, and I can't thank her enough for being such a fabulous host.

The apartments are hard to find/tucked away but that's no problem once you know where the apartments are located. It's not a big issue.

This was a real find. This family run Aparthotel was perfect in everyway. Our Apartment was spacious and included a delightful terrace/balcony area to relax with a vino whilst kids slept. The pool was a real bonus for kids and adults to enjoy at the end of a long day exploring this beautiful island. Little touches like the owners sharing homemade snacks and treats with us really made the experience unforgettable.

The apartment looks exactly as in photo. Comfortable beds, kitchen with basic equipment. Good location, close to beach, bus stop, grocery shop, restaurants. The host, Katerina, extremely warm and helpful.

Nice and confortable family hotel close to airport

Great location close to airport (we were leaving early in the morning). It was to early to enjoy the breakfast but our host very kindly prepared some home made cake for us. So nice of her. The hotel is simple but cosy, quiet and well equipped. The small swimming pool is a plus for families with young children.

Narrow street and difficult to park in front of the hotel but a lot of space in a public parking 100m from the hotel.

Saved us from a flash flood

Unexpected stay at this property last minute due to flash flooding on the mountain roads where our other hotel was. When driving up to the accommodation, the roads became flooded and we had to turn around and stay in Gazi where the main road was tire-high in water and the drains were pumping water out due to overflow. Panicked, for fear we would flood the engine of our rental car, we made a last-second booking at the property. They welcomed us with open arms for 2 nights, were flexible with our last minute change of plans and really helped save us from a perilous situation. The other hotel information can be given from other reviewers, but we're very thankful to the owners for saving the day! 😁 👏🏽

We have had an excellent holiday while staying in this hotel.

The hostess is one of the kindest people I have ever met. The swimming pool is very nice. There is a friendly atmosphere in the hotel and there is always someone to talk to in the garden/swimming pool.

Fairly Clean room the staff was very friendly ,hospitable and willing to help and make our stay pleasant.

Noisy we could here everything from the apartments on our floor-felt like someone was coming into our room or taking a shower in our bathroom!parking is not easily offered more like first come first served and the rest of us park quite far in filelds and finally the photos did not apply to reality that much.We were offered a room with an iron made bunk bed.For one night stay and the money we paid was ok.

Great hotel in a quiet and peaceful location just minutes walk to the beach. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We even received a jug fresh cold water and homemade cake when we arrived at almost midnight. Relaxing pool area perfect for a rest and dip on a hot day. Would definitely recommend staying here.

perfect place to chill

The vibe is amazing, it’s a family owned hotel and they’re very very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and questions. The owners are really really sweet and everything is really made with attention and love, the toilet products are made in house and the deco so it gives a homey feel to the place, the pool was always clean and ready to use, all in all perfect place. Can’t forget the pleasantry sweets and food that is fresh and home made, really very homey environment.

The room was clean, it had an AC and a ceiling fan to help you cool during the night! The greatest thing, though, was the owners which they were super friendly, polite and helpful (they even gave me a fresh baked chocolate cake for a welcome although it was past midnight) :-)

Peaceful Amazing Kind Family Hotel

One of the best stay I had ! This is a hotel managed by a very nice family. I was in Heraklion for work and could telework easily in a quiet environment with the pool as a pause between two projects. Clean, spacious, all the equipment necessary, close to the beach and restaurants, bus station very close, and most of all generous and kind people of the hotel! I recommend and will come back for sure in this place. Amazing!

The best place in Crete!!

The host and her family were the most welcoming people we have met on our trip. They were always ready with a smile and compliment, and were so friendly and helpful. A super spacious room with a wonderful pool - one of the biggest you'll find and definitely the cleanest! We were treated to homemade cakes without expecting them, and the area is delightful, beautiful and lovely to walk down. We tried to see if we could change our flight to stay longer, thats how incredible it was here. And cheap?! The price is easily so affordable, Iwould pay almost twice this!
