Good spot to catch the hop on hop off bus

Breakfast was amazing. Staff so friendly. Comfortable room although small. Hop on hop off bus stop directly out the front.

Parking was a nightmare, there are maybe 8 spots on a first come first served basis. We ended up parking on the street and taking taxis and the hop on hop off bus to avoid losing our spot.

Personnel au top et situation géographique

Le personnel très avenant et très gentil ils sont au top sans exception et le lieu très proche du centre ville avec un mini parking mais pratique, l’établissement est très propre

Surtout éviter les suites qui se trouvent sur l’axe passant avec une insonorisation inexistante donc vous ne dormirez pas et l’hôtel ne vous remboursera pas c’est pas terrible !!! La piscine faire plus le gendarme car certaines personnes à 2 squattent les salons et les transats donc valeur 7 places alors qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup donc souvent de places disponibles

Creta este o insula pe care merita sa o vizitezi.

Amplasarea langa port.

Parcarea era f mica, puteau parca maxim 5 masini, nu se completau zilnic consumabilele la baie, camera extrem de mica. Balconul era atat de mic, incat nu incapea niciun mobilier. Micul dejun a fost bun.

Location and staff make this place excellent.

Excellent location. Staff was beyond exceptional (especially Antonis). Concierge was happy to make any arrangements. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a large variety of foods. The servers were attentive and so polite. Comfy beds and towels, robes. I would definitely stay here again!

Carpets in the room were extremely dirty and dated. Time for a replacement!

Nice hotel with very comfy beds.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and helpful staff at a great price. Quiet room with large comfy bed. Would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Room was slightly small for 3 people but not much of a problem for us as only stayed one night.

Top class hotel with first class service.

Very comfortable room, modern and classy. Amazing facilities, beautiful pool, top class restaurant. Service was perfect, definitely 5 star quality, we didn’t want to leave!

Minor things like coffee and milk wasn’t replenished once, we like big coffee mugs not tiny Greek ones. Hardly worth mentioning and easily fixed.

Position ok.

Carpets in room absolutely filthy and need replacing. Housekeeping not replacing dirty cups and when asked for clean cups staff left door of room open which we found on our return- no apology from staff only that they would take it up with the person that entered our room. Bathroom very compact. Breakfast starts too late if you need to get the 8am ferry- although found out later that a tour group had access to earlier breakfast.

Amazing stay in an amazing hotel

Located between the airport and downtown (just a 12 minute walk to DT) this is a beautifully appointed hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Room was well appointed, large enough with a small seating area and a balcony. Super clean, amazing staff and a beautiful breakfast with a wife variety of options. Parking (although small) is a plus! Very good value! Highly recommended
