Amazing staff, but a bit overpriced

Ok, so the hotel is in an amazing location. The views are spectacular. The guest services we're great and the staff very friendly and warm.

So, the food isn't too bad, the major problem with this hotel is the value. The cost of the room was in excess of £600 per night and it was absolutely not worth that. The room was thin and narrow and for some unknown reason they decided to put a window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It wouldn't be to bad if it pointed at the shower but the window had a direct view of the toilet!!! No blinds so if you ever needed a bit of privacy then that was impossible. Additionally the matts on the floor were Ikea and the coffee, water and wash essentials we're not replenished daily. All in all the staff make this place but the owner need to give a little back to make this better value.

They claim to be 5 stars but its 1 star service. It’s not good value for money. The staff was not ready to operate the hotel.

5-star Hotel with Stunning View, Unique Architecture, and Heartfelt Hospitality!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kivotos Mykonos, and it was an unforgettable experience! The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction! I was impressed with its stunning architecture, interior elegant design and breathtaking view! Highly recommended!!!! Also, I had a great dining experience at Namah! It’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover!!!!

5 star hotel with exceptional staff who pride themselves on creating a memorable experience for each guest.

Property is well maintained and the views are spectacular. Each room is very unique and the pool area had all the amenities you would ever need. We came with our family of 6 ranging in age from 23 to 15. Comfortable hotel for families or couples. Great location to Ornos Beach and an easy taxi ride to Scorpios or Santanna or Mykonos Town. Staff was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about the property. No negatives. We had a slight issue with one of our room’s AC unit but the staff fixed it immediately while we were at the pool. They were very responsive to our requests and were invested in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

We enjoyed our time at Kivotos immensely and would not hesitate to recommend!

The breakfast was outstanding. The choices were fabulous. The staff could not have been more personable or accomodating.

a nice break with family but should have researched the hotel more and booked somewhere else.

good location and views

Property wasn’t too clean and although staff were friendly, the service was very slow and quality was so so. the spa was poor - my facial was amateurish and the layer a damp towel on me. really wasn’t worth the money

The Ideal place to tranquil during the day and party during the night. Kivotos location is priceless, just overlooking one of the best bay's. Also the people as well as the service there, is what makes the hotel unique. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Superb

The place is super relaxing! The view from our room was so refreshing. The hotel facilities, breakfast and the super friendly staff all made our 1 night stay in mykonos unforgettable! The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and little Venice but we rented an ATV through the hotel partners and it made it very easy to reach the city center in less than 10 min.

The location is not prime but it was fine

After a shaky start, an amazing stay thanks to the manager and all of helpful staff.

A very late arrival and a fully booked hotel meant getting a room that was disappointing and did not live up to the online photos. On requesting a change, the manager was very understanding, helpful and accommodating. We were moved the following day to a large, beautiful suite which represented an upgrade in every sense. The 'new' room exceeded any pre-arrival expectation. The level of service throughout the stay from all - management, desk, concierge, dining room, pool area - was excellent. Casual discussions with other guests confirmed that they felt the same.

Amazing!

Spacious room with balcony and beautiful view of the water. The infinity pool was gorgeous and the beach beds were fantastic. The breakfast was included and the options were extensive and delicious. The hotel is a little remote so we appreciated the convenience. We quickly felt at home. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The room decor was incongruent with the exterior. very modern with clear glass doors for toilet and shower. We got used to it, and spent very little time in the room anyway. The beach is small and more like pebbles than sand. There is very little sand and lots of rocks. More for swimming. I think the resort could clear away some of the rocks to make the water more easily accessible.

Disappointing

Staff was exceptional and views incredible

For the price it was lacking luxury, felt old and dated. The pool was peeling, my room smelled moldy, and it was just a bit tacky mish mash design wise. Honestly for 800 euro a night, really a disappointment. I stayed at the myconian collection before and that property was worth the money !!! I think what topped it off was for 800 euro they could of had much better towels, slippers and robe. The staff was lovely. Pictures on booking make it look better than it is …. Sorry I need to be honest
