Great location and brilliant staff

The location could not be better, it's right in the centre of the Medina. The room we had was a large room so we had a lot of space to spread out. The breakfast was really good, made fresh every day. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, they created a nice atmosphere and were always on hand for any questions. The riad is beautiful, nice decor and theme.

For the price, I would have expected some basic toiletries to be provided. As the bathrooms are open with just a curtain around the shower, it would have been nice to have a little mat to soak up some of the water all over the bathroom floor after showering.

Humidity in the rooms is very high. It's maybe normal in the area, but a thing to know.

The breakfast was good. Some fruits would have made it even beter! The location was great too. Bed was good.

The room smelt like mold because the ventilation in the room was not good. Our clothes where damp because of it. Shower wasn’t that clean and didn’t have extra towels for floor or to dry your hands.

Good location but not value for money

Great location and super nice staff. Gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast was included and good, including an omelette.

This does not deserve the rating and I'm disappointed with our stay. It was expensive for the quality of linen, bathroom and the rooftop was a shambles. It was damp (that's the Essaouria weather) but no heater so everything was damp in the room. We stayed in 8 other places across Morocco and this was our least favourite. We stayed in one place only half this price which was of a much higher standard.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Nicely decorated at the heart of Essaouira

The bedsheets had some little holes but were clean. The breakfast is good but could have a more Moroccan touch :)

As a family with young teens, this is a fantastic place to stay in Essaouira. The staff were so friendly and helpful, organising taxis and surfing for us. The location is very central but feels calm and relaxing as soon as you walk through the door. The decor was tasteful, the WiFi was strong in our rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend Riad Inna. Thank you!

The shower head needed to be replaced.... but the pressure and temperature were both very good, so this is a very minor detail.

It was very easy to find, right in the center of the city. Beautifully decorated rooms. Very helpful guy in the reception.

Great staff and amazing position in the medina

The staff was very welcome and friendly, especially the young guy who welcomed us when we checked in was super helpful, showering us with tips on where to eat, drink, have fun. Nice breakfast and great position in the middle of the medina.

The room smelled a bit of humidity, and it was very damp indeed. The sheet had a couple of stains and the pillows were not comfortable at all.

Perfect

Thank you for your hospitality from the very first moments in Morocco. Accurate tips on where to eat locally and arrange the best activities. The finishing of the Riad is perfect in every detail, chill music plays in the common parts and the service always tried to make our stay pleasant. Delicious breakfasts with the sounds of Jack Johnson on the roof of the building allowed us to positively charge the whole day. We will be back shortly Maciek and Marysia <3

The place to be in Essauoira

Coming to this amazing Riad every time I'm in Essaouira! Very nice clean rooms with authentic design, the amazing roof where you can chill, have breakfast, or work with your laptop! All the staff is extra nice and very helpful with recommendations for the city! Highly recommended!
