will probably cancel my stay booked for October.

good location for the theatre

looks very worn. unable to get much hot water. arrived 2.30 room was ready but they wouldn’t let me check in. had no baggage tags to leave bags. when I made one, bag is left in the open by main door.

Restaurant staff unorganised and lacked any communication,rooms could be updated and have blackout curtains

The restaurant and lack of communication,waited almost an hour for food to be then told there wasn’t any and would be refunded,ordered take away food to be then told we couldn’t eat it on the veranda area (people arrived long after us and was given food )still no response from hotel

Great location for exploring Bournemouth.

Breakfast and location are both great.

You are warned but yes it can be very noisy, you are offered ear plugs at check in We asked for a quiet room which they very kindly gave us but could still hear a bit of bass(04.20). Rooms are tired and could benefit a make over. But lots of storage and found the bed comfy.

A good stay in an excellent location

Welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Room nice and warm. Excellent breakfast cooked to order and served at table. Good value for a hotel in such a prime location

Noisy disco until early hours of the morning, although in all fairness, this was made clear prior to booking. Shower could do with an update,

I don't like loud music after 11pm

Location, staff, food all exellent

There was loud music in part of the hotel until very late in the night. I was warned about it when I arrived. However, I would not have booked this hotel had I known about the late-night music.

Beautiful Bournemouth

I loved everything about this Hotel and will definitely be back...Awesome room,comfortable beds,and bathroom.Great wifi and Netflix tv.I was in a family room with my 2 grandsons who also loved it! We had homemade pizzas in restaurant downstairs which was delicious...So close to pier and all attractions.We chose to play crazy golf at Smugglers cove and thoroughly enjoyed it as well as visiting The Sea life and the lovely beach...

Much needed weekend away to see Billy Ocean and have a well deserved break.

Everything was great. All of the staff were exceptional, location fantastic and bed comfortable. On site parking an added bonus specially for location

Good central location we did not have to use the car although my friends were charged for the car park for the duration of our stay

Earplugs. They are not big and the reception had run out. we didn't sleep the first night and on the second day the reception still didn't get us any, we had to go to boots to buy our own, they should ALWAYS have a stock of them with the surrounding nightclubs

Location opposite the BIC and central. Bar within property was good with nice drinks and live music. Staff we spoke to were friendly to us.

I think the rooms need to be updated. Some are very dark and dingy and very old fashioned decor. The noise (although expected as we were pre warned and told on the desk at check in to just go and “join in” if it was an issue) as club next door is next level. it was a very anxious stay. The thing we didn’t expect was the fire alarm going off throughout the night. One of our party asked at reception if there was a fault etc and the desk told them there was nothing they could do. mine went off 3 times throughout the night which made it very difficult to get any rest.
