Relaxing and very comfortable.

Great location and layout. We liked the garden view and the general grand hotel exterior.

Good value for money, enjoyable and a hotel we will go there again

Location was great near the seafront. Staff were extremely polite and the rooms and facilities were excellent

Schönes altes Hotel mit netten Personal direkt am Meer gelegen

Tolles altes Gebäude und schönes Bistro und direkt am Meer

Der SPA ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert werden. Wasser im Pool und im Whirlpool war war sehr angenehm warm. Sauna und Dampfbad haben funktioniert.

Fab break away at the seaside in December.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed there several times over the years. Great to have to pool and gym to use. Always clean, provide bottled water, shower gel, body lotion and tissues. Location is great for walking, shopping and eating. Breakfast is great and provide for different dietary needs. I would definitely stay again.

Some parts of the swimming pool changing rooms are getting a bit tired.

Was a comfortable hotel right on the sea front but we only stayed for one night.

Good location. Comfortable rooms. Polite staff. . Bar food was good. Parking was close.

Breakfast was mediocre for the cost. Could be slightly cleaner.

The room and bathroom - and hotel in general - was immaculate BUT, we had a very poor and disturbed nights sleep due to a temporary generator directly below our room window which kept us awake most of the night.

The views, the location and the hotel was very well decorated

The attitude from the old people in the spa/pool. Wasn’t welcomed at all and felt very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in the door. Ruined the whole experience. We had never done anything like this together before and it was his birthday.

Love this place!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was lovely from the 4 the floor. The quality of the room bed pillows, duvet, towels, dressing gown were top. Nice big TV in the room, fridge, decent, hairdryer, and ironing board. Walk-in shower was lovely. The building looks like it been maintained really well. The swimming pool and spa was relaxing. There is a Waitrose nearby 10 minute walk, got a platter of food, fresh fruit and Prosecco for the room. perfect!

The only thing I think is needed is a revamp of the spa Jacuzzi area as it looked tired looking, but the staff were fabulous and very helpful and it was very clean.

Quality hotel at favourable price

Location was excellent Service and facilities very good

Nothing really. Only slight niggle was shower tray extremely slippery. To be fair there was a small sign in the corner advising to ask for a rubber mat at reception but it was too late to do that once Yr already naked and ready to get in! Think one should be provided as a matter of course.

Everything we are looking for in a hotel and great value for money.

It is a great hotel, with all the facilities including, pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Great room,(Large and spacious) lovely hotel, spacious, lovely and helpful staff. Great location for shops and beach. We have stayed here twice in the last couple of months and are back again on 28th December. Great value for money.

Incredible value , never a let down.

Incredible value just for a night , perfect hotel at the price after shopping at Ashford . Great pool and always clean , have stayed here several times from a big family do to my wife and myself. Will always come back at this great value.

I think the bar area lacks the same class as the rest of the hotel.
