A good place for an overnight stay if you are booked on an early flight

Okay hotel and close to airport.

Close to the airport with £6.50 airport shuttle, or £16 uber. Rooms were clean and orderly.

There was a very long queue for check-in. We didn't book very far in advance, so this may have affected the price, but it was pretty expensive for the quality of the stay. Worth noting that you will need to let them know if you are arriving after 7pm in order to keep your room.

Room very very small and very warm could not get cool. No fridge in room. Staff were nice but seems to lack friendliness

Perfect overnight stay

Unexpectedly nice airport hotel- super friendly staff and the lobby has a good vibe with the bar and games tables. I had both dinner and breakfast there and it was perfect.

Very handy to the airport, and for shopping down at Hounslow, and the bus pick up to the terminals.

I must rate Dorota in the dining room as an excellent staff member. I remember her from the pre Covid days, and has not changed her welcoming smile, and is very efficient at her work, do keep her on. The check in staff were very good as well, even did make my phone calls to Wales, so handy, to have these helpful staff.

Not very much, I did notice the menu has not changed in many years, no problem for me, the food was still good and well presented.

Für eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg zum Flughafen oder vom Flughafen kommend zu empfehlen.

Sauberes ruhiges Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl. Trotz hohem Andrang wurde am Buffet sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Check-Out bis 12 Uhr. Späterer Check-Out nach Absprache und gegen Aufpreis möglich. Vom Terminal 2 gut mit dem öffentlichen Bus erreichbar. Parkplätze bei Anreise mit Pkw sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Oberflächliche am Rand des Schreibtisch war sehr abgegriffen.

Almost perfect

Everything the building is not as nice as some hotels but had everything I needed and higher price is higher quality mostly. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choices.

For me it’s an 85-90 out of 100 and had the amazing Heathrow airport taking off on the runway minutes walking distance from the hotel so was also an exciting experience.

It was a great place to catch up on sleep after 15 hours of flying, from Aust

We loved our beds, we slept around 12+ hours. The room was really quiet!!! Perfect. We enjoyed our stay & will be back. We had a late lunch in the restaurant, it was delicious.

We found our room a tight squeeze. Once our luggage was in the room, we had little room to move. We had to squeeze passed.. Im travelling with my elderly mum, (with dementia). When getting the luggage out of the hire car, I would have really liked if someone would have helped me.. Also : I asked about usb phone charging.. I was told, you dont have any. My phone died.

Suited our needs for an overnight/ early start close to the airport

Clean and comfortable

The vending machine expensive £8 for can of coke and packet of crisps.. suggest taking own food/ drink for an overnight stay. Also thought it was a free shuttle to airport not £6.50 each.

Could do much better.

Room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The shower had good pressure and there was ample storage available for use. Also the interior of the hotel was easy to navigate

The rooms soundproofing was insufficient and earplugs were required to get any sleep as its very near heathrow. The breakfast was very poor consisting of what looked like canned mushrooms, tasteless sausages and hash-browns I could probably have bought at Iceland. Room had a view of the carpark which was not a wonderful view to wake up to.

Great location hotel and worth for 1 night stay!

The 24-hour food service is amazing! It's very near to the airport so it is quite convenient to catch the next flight.

If the room can be a bit more clean then it's perfect!

Convenient location, not bad considering price

The linen was great as was the bed. Restaurant food ok.

The shower was really dangerous. Very slippery and no mat. I had to go quite a far way to my room with luggage, only to not be able to enter. Card didn’t work.

Our stay was short as we were between flights.

Location was close to Heathrow Airport, which was important to us.

The room was very small; barely enough room to open a suitcase, and it had to be on the floor. The little store lacked any healthy snack selections. It did not even have nuts for purchase. There was no water in the room. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels. No hand towels.

Decent airport hotel. Clean and comfortable but barebones.

Room was clean and adequate - exactly what you'd expect for the price. There's a restaurant in the hotel with pretty good food, again at a decent cost for London. The staff were lovely.

Getting to and from the hotel by bus is a pain, since the bus runs only once an hour.

Very close to the airport, and it's not like a ghost hotel, there were actually a lot of people coming in and out. They had vending machines to get food and drinks after the restaurant closed which was very useful because we got there after midnight. The room was very small but the bathroom was big enough.

The double bed was actually two beds put together.

location is near the airport. You have to pay to get to the hotel. No Airport free transfers.

No available room for 3 adults so I have to pay an extra room which I think is overpriced.

Brilliant location but way too hot

Amazing location and excellent customer service! Perfect for getting the bus the airport!

The room was an unbearable temperature and there was no ac or even a fan. The window does open but it does slam shut and didn't provide any relief. Made for a sweaty night sleep

Very good

I stayed for one night as I had a connecting flight early the next day. Location was very convenient. I also arrived quite late, and the food available late in the cafe was appreciated. Staff were friendly. Room was small, but comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise a good quality for one night.

Beware hourly shuttle bus service to this hotel

Restaurant had good menu cheap prices and prompt service

risk of delay - shuttle doesn't go to terminal 4 so a further transfer to train is required- these could be delayed also - the taxis are a rip off trying to charge £30 . The hotel is 5 mins drive from airport. This hotel should have its own shuttle- what is this 3rd world!!!!
