Friendly and helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay

Close to a tube station with very very helpful and friendly staff. Availability was also a major plus when we needed somewhere decent to stay overnight

המיקום נגיש מבחינת התחבורה הציבורית ארוחת בוקר סבירה ללא גיוון אבל מספקת הצוות היה מסביר פנים

חדר האמבטיה מאוד קטן ולא בטיחותי הסביבה אינה נעימה אך קרובה מאוד לתחבורה ציבורית המלון סה"כ די נקי והצוות מאוד נחמד

Best value for money - Excellent Hotel & Location

Everything great as always

Seems like they changed their breakfast croissant provider and though they are good they are not of the same high quality they used to be.

This is a disappointing hotel, however the staff and the housekeepers do a great job.

Nothing except the location because of the many shops and restaurants.

It looked under construction and when I pulled up in my cab I was honestly shocked at how it looked from the outside. The grounds as appearance are not well kept as pictured. It was equally as disappointing in the inside.

Een nette kamer met een twee persoons bed, bad, toilet en een bureau. Met in de ochtend een Engels ontbijt. .

Er is geen airco aanwezig, wel een kleine ventilator. Daarnaast vonden wij de matrassen vrij hard/ te stevig.

By London standards, this is good value for money. The location and breakfast are excellent. Special thanks to the fantastic desk staff. Would stay again.

I wish I could regulate the temperature in the ro.om.

Comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and room was very clean and comfortable. Shower wasn't great - shower head wouldn't position correctly so showering was a bit awkward. Breakfast was ok.

I didn't dislike anything - price seemed high but I presume these are standard prices in London

The parking & breakfast were the only things.

The rooms weren’t great, were overpriced imo and I’ve stayed in alot of hotels. The walls were super thin and there was the noisiest people next door who didn’t stop all through the night. Asked for better room, not available, rang to complain in middle of night no one picked up. Joke.

I had a great stay there and have stayed in this hotel severa times. love it!

Disappointed. definitely overpriced £199

Staff was helpful. clean bedding, good breakfast, ok location.

Room is terribly cold. The lady on reception was very nice helpful and gave us the heater that broke after 5 minutes, had to go downstairs and get another one but still was not enough to keep the room warm throughout the night. had to cover up windows with pillows and blanket to protect from the wind. When you pay £199 per night you should at least have basic. sink was blocked. not the cleanest.

This hotel is a fantastic base for going into London. Close to the underground, fantastic rooms, staff and the breakfasts are great. I recommend this to everyone 👌 Great value for money.

Great location just along from the Finchley Road tube station. Staff helpful and breakfast was terrific.
