Great location and experience

Juices, tea and coffee and soft drinks should be complimentary within the executive room. Also should be more variety of food between breakfast and canopies.

Fantastic

Excellent location, staff helpful, happy and attentive, breakfast was exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again and have recommended 41 to our friends. Keep doing what you do x

Impeccable

Everything was impeccable. It is very difficult to pinpoint what was the best part of our stay. This is an exclusive place, and feels exclusive in every way. It is elegant, quiet, secluded, while in the very heart of London. A peaceful, luxurious hideaway just by Buckingham palace. Saying it is central is an understatement, because it is at the very heart of the city. We were very nicely looked after. The details were exquisite. The room was very comfortable, and they made sure I could work comfortably - even providing extra lighting in the room. The concierge service recommended lovely places to dine; we were there for seven nights, so also had the chance to enjoy the in house service, which was very nice. The breakfast was superb. The atmosphere was just very special.

Everything was very nice. I had some trouble understanding how the lightning worked, and needed an extra side-light, which was very promptly organised.

Exceptional

Everything was awesome. The hotel have classic "London" atmosphere. Perfect location, 3min walk to main station Victoria, 5min walk to Buckinham, all the staff was great, especially Rory was so nice. Breakfast from alacarte but you will get everything you want. 10 from 10 :)

I particularly enjoyed the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the liberian room, which was perfect for enjoying breakfast, indulging in afternoon snacks, or savoring a relaxing evening drink. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, a true gem that provided a splendid setting to soak up the sun's rays. The impeccable service made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a wonderful addition to the hotel's amenities, adding an extra touch of luxury and enhancing my overall stay. Enjoyable Stay in Lovely Relaxing Surroundings

Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and of a high quality. Lounge area is comfortable and really nicely furnished and the roof garden is an excellent addition. Lovely relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Hotel 41

Service was a little slower than last time we stayed, but the staff were all friendly and helpful

Fantastic and can’t wait to return

The whole experience from arrival to departure, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay as memorable as attending the garden party. Really should be proud of the staff they smile and make you feel important thank you

We couldn’t think of anything…not staying on longer perhaps as it was so lovely there.

Large, quiet room with every convenience; the cozy Executive Lounge in which to relax; the many snack options; the beautiful breakfasts; the turn down service; the cleanliness; the quality of the bathroom products; the comfortable bed; the professional and courteous staff!

The bathrooms, although comfortable, need a refresh.

Overall a very good hotel with an excellent staff. Not perfect but extremely good.

Location of the hotel was excellent. The room was cozy and well appointed. They had the option of a small free dinner in the evening which was a surprise and quite welcome.

There was maintenance in my room on the last day and it was inconvenient. They also left the window open which resulted in a lot of street noise the next morning which led to me waking up much too early.

In general, I can say that the hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. I paid around £850 for two nights. But f

Check-In was smooth and we received a welcome drink (champagne) and all the information. The room was very nice and the bed was cozy. The fireplace made it very special. The offer in the lounge is very good. The selection of drinks, snacks, salads, hot meals, desserts and ice cream is really excellent. On the first night, there was a self-service fish curry. I have never eaten such good fish curry before.

We arrived with a taxi from the airport to quickly drop our luggage as we were on the way to the theatre and didn't have the time to check in. I informed the hotel a week prior to arrival about it and was assured, this is no problem at all. When we arrived precisely at the time we said, the receptionist didn't find our name on the sheet of paper (why do you handle reservations on sheets of paper?). It took us about 10-15mins until a manager came downstairs and made sure, our luggage gets securely stored in our room. What bothered me a bit was that elementary things (e.g. two coffees to take with us when we checked out and had to catch a taxi) always took a long time. Also, the corridor to the lounge/reception smelled unpleasant on the last metres before the door. The dress/appearance of the staff was not impeccable. Our Uber driver was dressed better than the receptionist and that should not be the case in a five star hotel. It is a pity that you cannot switch the fireplace on independently after you have switched it off. Also, the electric blinds did not always respond to the remote control. It therefore took a long time to raise them.

You'll feel like royalty here!

Absolutely luxurious. Went with my fourteen year old daughter and we literally felt like princesses. They have perfected the art of hospitality. From the champagne greeting, to the turn down service to the "plunder the pantry", you will feel spoiled and taken care of. Has lovely old world feel while still being impeccably clean and polished. We loved it!

For us, everything was perfection. I'm not sure I picture little kids here as the executive lounge has a nice, quiet peaceful high end feel. Glorious for adults and older, mature kids.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and was a lovely escape from the chilly weather outside. The executive lounge was a great place to chat and enjoy a drink and a snack after a long day of exploring London. Our room was immaculate; really neat and clean (and the little turndown treat we received were such a sweet surprise)

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like. we had an absolutely magical stay!
