A pleasant accommodation near the center of Zagreb

The hotel is situated in the broader city center and it is easy to reach.

Breakfast is not included in the price and it is quite expensive, even though it is of buffet-type.

Most Helpful Staff

Exceptionally accommodating and helpful staff. Allowed us to leave or luggage after we checked out and, because it was such a hot day, gave us access to a room to shower and change clothes before we left to catch our evening flight. Eleven out of ten. Just the absolute best.

Would have been nice to have some eateries/restaurants located nearer Most Helpful Staff to the hotel.

Affordable hotel with friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good quality. My room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a HD TV. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk away from the bus station. 20 minutes from center.

The route to the city center from hotel. Although the hotel is close to the center, it is located behind the main train station. The rail tracks block a direct route to the main square (Trg Ban Josip Jelacič). It is necessary to take a path around the train yard, which is difficult to navigate. This may only be a problem if it's your first time in Zagreb.

Sijainti oli hyvä, koiraystävällinen hotelli. Ystävälliset vastaanottovirkailijat, todella iso huone. Ruuhkatilanteissa miespuolinen vastaanottovirkailija ohjeisti parkkeeraamista ahtaaseen pihaan ja varasi paikkoja tarpeen mukaan.

Suihkupää ei pysynyt telineessään. Huoneissa huonot ovet eikä minkäänlaista äänieristystä, huoneen ollessa pimeänä käytävän valo loisti oven reunoista. Aamiaisella lämpimät ruoat olivat usein viileitä, koska lämmittimenä käytettiin tuikkukynttilöitä. Tuoreet hedelmät ja kasvikset puuttuivat. Huoneessa ei ollut riittävästi laskutilaa. Huonepalvelu ei käynyt joka päivä.

Quarto silencioso e limpo. Banheiro espaçoso com bom chuveiro e uma toalha imensa. O café da manhã, pago à parte, é muito bom.

Poderia ter, pelo menos, uma chaleira elétrica. Não tem geladeira.

Good enough

Easy to park even tho not free. It was clean and comfy. It definitely doesn’t worse much money, knowing what other places you can get for just a bit more. However, it was fine for a short stay.

The building is really old, the floor in the bedrooms are fitted carpets. The corridors were always very messy, many stuffs from the cleaning ladies lying on the floor, also some weird decoration vases.

Comfort and location at a Great value

Room size was great, wifi good, location behind train station was great, pleasant 25 minute walk to lower town along the boulevards, soft pillows, hotel staff was supper, pleasant out door sitting area, beer/wine/soft drinks avail at front desk.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs tasty but cold both days, no yogurt second day. Plenty of coffee, cheese, meats, pastries, cereal.

Cosy, great location, very helpful staff, very good value.

Location was great. The hotel is located close to bus station, train station, and historical town center. All within walking distance. There was also round the clock reception. Option to buy snacks and drinks at front desk.

Could be a little more noise-proof. It's an older building so some of the floors creaked a little. Breakfast could have offered more variety. Especially the coffer was not great, which was odd in a coffer-mad city.

Location of hotel 10 minutes walk from bus station ,room cleaniness ,small and interesting bathroom.Staff at the reception very friendly ,especially young Lady that she was working there at 03:30 when.i was leaving.Didnt had a chance to take your breakfast this time ,but gor sute i will be back soon😊.Happy New Year to whole your team.
