Good facilities and location close to the centre. Duplex apartment plenty of space, storage, equipment and sleeping options. Pool was useful addition with hot weather we had.

Need to inventory every item when arriving to ensure nothing was missing, especially as lists were all in French and took some translating!

a bit complicated, the admission process, and having to clean the place when we left, in order to retrieve the caution, it always puts pressure on me. that’s why I love hotels.

Only an hour from Clermont-Ferrand.

No easy access to the resort without a car.

Location was great & the accommodation was well maintained. Very easy access to the mountain with the local bus.

The room was very much in need of a refurb - the toilet leaked, the mastic around the bath was black and cracked and the room smelt of damp.
