Great weekend escape with family

large and clean room, awesome seaview from rooms and balcony, infinity pool with warm water (maybe due to hot sun haha) access to the beach directly and close to restaurants. Friendly staff and helpful

No free parking inside, have to pay valet to park inside and charge per entry, although buggy is provided to pickup from outside parking but still hassle as you have to wait 15 mins and might not your turn yet if there are many people and luggage. most of the activities need to pay and not cheap. A lot flies in the restaurant. The living room in villa is a bit dark as there are only warm lights

Was great to visit once but wouldn’t return

The resort was beautiful. Loved the buggy’s to get around and the bed was super comfortable

Nothing was really explained upon check in. We were just given a brochure and left to it. Would have loved an explanation of the resort. The facilities and what there was to do. Also we weren’t provided any way to get off the resort as we came in a taxi. We had 2 rooms and the housekeeping in 1 was completed at 10:30am and next door not until 5pm when I was getting ready to go for dinner. I also received a wake up call at 4:20am which was ordered for my sisters room.

3 days 2 Night stay at Avani Sepang Superior Villa indulgence room

Many things I like about this resort. The room is so spacious for the price we paid. The Seaview is spectacular. We got free daily breakfast and dinner buffet, and the food are delicious. We tried the Hai Shang Lou Chinese restaurant, the food is really good but are quite pricey though. I like the private beach. Though it was school holiday period, but it is quiet perhaps because it is a private beach. All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay in this resort.

It's so hard to find something I don't like about this resort. If I have to say something then it will be parking. I visited this resort during school holiday. It was packed. The vallet parking was full for the 2 nights I was there. Besides, the public parking is quite a distance away from the main reception. We had to unload our luggage at the lobby, and then park our car at the public parking. We waited at least 20mins for the van to pick us up from the public parking to the main lobby. But this could probably due school holiday and the resort are packed with families. Next, the cleanliness of the room. It was a little dusty for me. Also, the water heater take about 10mins to heat up. And it is not as warm for me especially at night.

Good place for a short getaway, service and air con units needs improvements

Room is big

The buggy service was pathetic. Had to walk after waiting for buggy pickup for more than 20 minutes which did not turn up eventually. Some of the staffs were not friendly when we tried to complaint on the buggy service. Secondly the room Aircond was not providing any cold air causing the room to be hot, apparently the service was due.

Great time at Avani

The location and the breakfast were amazing, loved all the food choices!!

Try cleaning the air conditioner filters and make sure the Freon is full so the rooms will stay cooler in the day time.

It was good but I'll never repeat the stay there again.

The buggy drivers and spa consultants were super friendly. Food was superb. Spa was excellently executed.

Reception was very dull. Candle light dinner was so boring.

My Parents' Anniversary

I made this booking for my parents' anniversary. I didn't ask them to prepare a special room for the anniversary. But they did it exceeded my expectations. Wow, a nice room with the deco. Tq Ms Yuhanis and team.

Short gateway, all of the staff very friendly.

Buggy car very comfortable and all the drivers very friendly. The Chinese restaurant food not bad, very delicious. The breakfast choices are great.

The amenities provided only for 4 pax, but we purposely call in and informed we stay for 5 pax, need to call reception to deliver another set of amenity. Didn’t write the word “welcome Dr Bryan” which we call one week ago to request them to write a welcome card. Receptionist - check in staff very poor, not well trained. Check out staff more professional. The curtain in the room need to change, very old. The room very dark, should be brighter, so hard to find our things in the room.

Room Service was extremely Poor. My husband requested a Spoon and a Small bowl from receptionist to be delivered to our room on 28th May 2023 at 3.35pm, 30 minutes over so i called to Room Service, a lady said will send to us shortly. However, 15 minutes has past so I call to RS again. A guy who attended to my car was extremely rude. He told me they were having 8 rooms of order to cook, so i need to queue for my turn. I highlighted I was not requested a meal, I just need a bowl and a spoon. Can just pass to Buggy staff and send to us. He shouted at me said No, i need to wait. I said alright, If its so difficult for you to arrange the spoon and bowl for me. I dont need it anymore. I will make a complain then i hang the call. Less than 5 minutes, I have received what I've been waited. Time spent nearly 1 hour for me to received a spoon and a small bowl.

Service no good ！！ As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I ordered a drink, but it didn’t come until the early hours of the night. I called 3 times in a row. The next day, I ordered mineral water for 2 hours, but it didn’t arrive. Then I checked out directly.

not very good

phone in the room can not be used and i have complain but no one entertain. so frustrated with the full board ..pay for high amount but there is a dinner and lunch does not include beverage.

parking so isolated and the van charted was no around when parking there...need to pay for valet because of this..

Nice for relaxing a day or two

I got a superior room that was newly renovated, which is definitely better than my parent villa room. The breakfast buffet is great with wide options. They provide buggy around the resort. The place is quiet and nice for relaxing. The staff is friendly and nice. We had dimsum at the restaurant in the resort for lunch, and it was delicious.

I think my room is not throughly clean before we enter as I can find dirty spots on the sofa. Even the next morning, they didn't clean the table near the sofa that is dirty. The towel is old. The room service foods are not delicious, we order fews all not worth the money. The pool closes at 7 pm so you can swim at night. We are resort guests, but we still need to pay for inside parking, which is ridiculously expensive, rm25 per day, and additional rm10 every time you go out. The outside parking so damn far, and not sure if they provide buggy service for outside parking.

Perfect for a quick beach weekend getaway from KL

We liked the peace and quiet at the resort. Breakfast spread was good. They had plenty of asian food options to choose from + bread options and fruits. We liked that the resort had a private beach area with chairs, tables and lounge chairs. It was also in a shaded part of the beach. The tide doesn't come up until late noon though so from morning until noon, there's only options to play on the sand with no sea water. The view is amazing and the place is generally tranquil and quiet. Good for a quick weekend getaway from the hustle of the urban city of KL.

We had to wait for buggy service for a long time on days 2 and 3 (at least 5 to 10 minutes) so we ended up walking to the main lobby. Apparently that was due to lack of staff. Apart from that, we had a good time with the kids having their beach time, pool time and games at the game room.
