Stay somewhere else….!

Closeness To most Tourist attractions

The room aircon was not cold , the safe spoilt. Mug in room chipped !!!The towels a funny smell - musk /damp. The refrigerator just for show! The breakfast a fraction of what a 5star hotel should offer. Pillows should be put to sleep- pun intended!

A pleasant stay at a great location and well taken care of

I absolutely love my stay in Holiday Inn. I love the staff helpfulness and as an EV car owner, the EV charging facilities were great!

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Food was tasteless

Excellent walking distance location to explore melaka most popular tourist hot spot but quiet enough to relax as well

overall good experience but the hotel can improve more!

the breakfast was superb especially the char kue tiaw. quite good choices for breakfast. location wise is good.

the bad part was the room. the smell of the old carpet. our room is sea view room but nearer to the bar i think. it quite noisy during night time.

Good hotel with great staff.

Friendly staff, nice environment and convenient parking. Noodle cooking gentleman, whom also bake bread, took pride in us work.

Breakfast, Japanese food out, nasi lemak and sambal chilli out, porridge cold..... The path from shopping mall to hotel is dangerous. Good to have 2 x Queen bed or at least 2 x super single bed.

A satisfactory hotel for a short stay.

The staff were very polite and friendly. We had a park for our rental car. We had laundry done very quickly. We enjoyed using the pool.

We had a sea-facing room and could hear the music thumping away all night from the disco next door on the next property.

Disappointed not totally satisfied.

The entertainment area and the pool.

The room has an awful smell bcoz of the carpet. In the beginning we already smelled it but since we don’t stay in the room during day time we assumed that the smell will be gone. When I’m about to sleep it feels very uncomfortable and feeling moist inside the room . My rhinitis starts and my headache . So I called the operator and he suggest me he can move us to different room. At first i didn’t accept the offer bcoz it was very troublesome to move our things and my son is already sleeping. Until I can’t really stand the smell and the feeling of the moist inside the room , it feels very dirty the place at that time. So I decided to accept the offer. It was more better than the first one but honestly Holiday Inn is the only hotel I stay carpets are not , should I say we’ll maintained . Should have not a hint of smell. I usually booking 5 star hotel when ever I go for leisure simply bcoz I wanted to treat myself with a good ambience and nice room fragrance. And one thing the bathtub water when I turn on the water come out dark Brown and yellowish. We didn’t complain anymore.

Staff was great. We asked for a high floor and she gave us 17th floor. We asked for toiletries and were given quite a bit more.

The mugs still had some left over water from previous guests. WiFi was lagging too.

The property was convenient for walking into Melaka and was well presented.

While a convenient location for access into the centre, that also meant it could be very noisy. There was very disruptive loud music playing in the streets until 1 am while a street market was taking place. If we had been made aware of this event, we would have paid extra for a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid it.

Overall are good except that two.

Nice location, big car park, cleanliness, Reception Staff

1)One of the chef is very rude. I requested two Pratas for my kids and he wanted me to take which is already made with overcooked. He gave me one new on top of the black Prata and never gave me even the new Prata are ready till someone took the one that I didn’t want. 2) only one key card is not really convenience for us to go down and up if family member want to stay back cos lift need key card to tap.
