Ciudad que sorprende y una gran desconocida para muchos españoles.

Ubicación, excelente, muy cerca del centro , de las zonas de ocio y de Melilla la vieja.

Bañeras en las habitaciones que además tenían el suelo muy resbaladizo .

Location. Clean.

Room service for food was missing bread with cheese. Also, I didn’t know where to put the food plates later: outside or in the room. I kept them in the room. Communicate protocol better. Offering a guided tour of the city would help.

Choose this hotel for a relaxing short stay in Melilla.

Great location. Easy parking right in the hotel. Close to everything. Remodelled clean room. Everything worked. Reception staff very helpful. Beds were super comfy. Did not try the restaurants.

Good Location but Air Conditioning in Room was ineffective

Location good , breakfast food and room spacious

The air conditioning in the room was ineffective. When we checked in it was 27 degrees. It made little impact even on full. The following morning it was 25 degrees despite being on all night .

Nice and comfortable

The atmosphere was very good and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable.

Some of the staff in the reception could not communicate in English It took the staff in the Kichten 15-20 minutes to bring my Gluten Free Bread...amazing

Pretty OK hotel, not suited for working,

Location

Wifi is really bad, no one speaks english, no room service… its also a party center, there has been loud music all weekend.

Everything else: poor breakfast buffet, poor service, poor and dilapidated rooms. we had to change rooms because bathtub wouldn’t fill and airconditioning failing. the iron works are rusted in the bathroom. the chair is worn out. this is old glory not worth your money.

Great central location!

The location of the hotel is just great and the vies over part of the city and the ocean. The staff at the restaurant and bar was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Please clean the rooms better. Finding nails of prior guest on the floor is not to nice. As well check the hand soap bottles - the top of mine had not been cleaned in month. One free water bottle per day makes one more happy than a minibar.

bar closes at 8pm Some reception staff not helpful at all no tea and coffee facilities in the room only 1 staff member organizing breakfast - an impossible task .

Lack of signage for the parking. No signage in the lift. Twin bed given whilst I have asked for a queen size bed way in advance. Room view over the AC fan compressors
