Relación Calidad/Precio muy buena!

Habitación con una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada para poder disponer de tu propia comida. La entrada con el sistema de códigos y taquillas me pareció súper ágil y fácil.

Las camas podían estar algo mejor, sobre todo las almohadas. Check-out a las 11h demasiado temprano.

la proximité du parc des expositions

Les portes intérieures de l'appartement ne ferment pas (soit les portes sont gonflées d'humidité, soit les clenches de porte sont cassées). Un seul ascenseur dans toute la résidence, autant dire qu'aux heures de pointe il faut être patient ... très patient quand on ne peut pas descendre par les escaliers. Accès au parking privé sans aucune indication. Je l'ai trouvé en faisant le tour à pied de tout le bâtiment ... en espérant que ce soit le bon ! Au moment du départ, il faut sortir du parking souterrain avant de rendre les clés et le bip sinon on reste coincé dans le garage, sachant que les parkings à l'extérieur sont pleins ! J'ai des collègues dont les chambres ont été largement inondées car il pleuvait ... les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement. Pour résumer un gros manque d'entretien du bâtiment. Problème de paiement, débité 2 fois !!! j'attends toujours le remboursement ! Bref, dommage car très bien situé !

Es un aparthotel sencillo pero está todo limpio y el personal agradable. El desayuno continental, no muy extenso pero de buena calidad.

La cocina un poco pequeña, aunque bien equipada.

Very nice hotel to spend some time in Nimes!

Nice, comfy rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful (greetings to the lady from the reception, you are doing a great job!). Breakfasts are the best (wide choice of very fresh and tasty food).

The window in our room was locked and permanently blocked on purpose (with some nail/small sheet of metal), so that it could not be opened. Not nice if you cannot open the window for 4 days :(. Another thing: We stayed 4 days, we ate 3 breakfasts. There was one lady serving breakfast who was super great (very nice, super helpful, she cared a lot about us and the place - thank you!). But one day there was another one. Unpleasant, she made a problem that she had to bring us the missing cheese and ham (because she didn't want to open a new package when we were the last guests of the day). She was touching dirty dishes and just after that the bread without washing hands. And she was watching something on the phone while a lot of dirty dishes after previous guests were gathered on a dirty table in the dining room (not taken to the kitchen). I really hope she was there just one day for replacement.

two rooms with small kitchen

we are often use this apartment with my man but this time it’s was terrible. Everywhere was the smell of cat urine! We need to stay 3 hours more next day and they took money like for a second night! Incredible! And lie that I disturbed someone at midnight with my heels when in reality we slept before midnight. what a relation!

Terrible - we will never return to this property

Very little- the property was not as described (or photographed). The property was dirty and in very poor condition with torn carpets, broken floor tiles, cracked wash hand basin and ripped curtains. The kitchen was inadequately equipped (no drinking mugs for tea or coffee and only 1 glass for drinking). Extremely disappointing.

A good stay for overnight.

Good location, parking space, Carrefour ( soon Aldi as well ), boulangerie just the opposite of the hotel, a good Tacos eating in /take away at the corner. Good selection of breakfast.(€8.50pp- value for money). Recommended.

No cups for making tea/ coffee.

Ok for a short time.

Everything is old and seems very used. We just stayed for a night, it was fine for that but wouldn’t want to spend my vacation here. Very bad smell outside.

The room was only equipped for 1 person ie 1 plate 1 mug which wasn't clean 1 dish ,not enough glasses snd when I requested a nother mug and glass was offered another dirty unit .

Positive staying at Appart City NImes

The room in the 4rd floor was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully equiped however I didn t use it. The windows had to be closed due to the busy road. But the air-con was working fine and silently. I was positively surprised of the room as the former evaluations were mostly negative. The bed was super comfortable and the batch room was clean! The breakfast in the morning was fine. With a 20 min walk you reach the arenas.

Fotos are done probably in the best room which you never get. Our rooms were small, very uncomfortable. Kitchen was almost touching the bed for the child. Smelly toilet, conditioning needs the change of the filters. Parking cannot be reserved and if it is occupied by neighbors, you will hardly find a spot.

Never come!

The problem is we reserved in Booking for Appart City Nimes (Comfort) we didn't know they had 2 hotels. Once I was close to arrive (2 days earlier) Booking tells me Appart City Nimes is 61 euros (and we paid for 131 euros) so we cancelled free and changed but the hotel was for mice! Everything and the whole environment was dirty, filthy and horrible!

The room was very dirty, the smell was terrible. arrived late in the evening, I had to call and find the key, although all this information could have been sent not by email. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would like my money back.

Disappointing - poor condition

Check in was quick and easy

The room was in poor condition, missing lights, missing light fittings, stained sofa, broken floor tiles, broken fridge casing, and missing bed side table. The climate controls in the room were locked to heat - and the room was too warm - all I could do was turn them off. The bed was firm and uncomfortable. Finally I woke to a puddle of water next to my bed that appears to have leaked in through the join in the floor and wall. As my bedside table was missing my phone was on the floor charging and wet due to the leak. The photos online are misleading.
