We enjoyed our stay in Narooma. Would come back again.

Bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Handy to supermarket. Helpful staff.

The chairs in the lounge room were not comfortable and were tired and worn. Need replacing.

Great roomy accomodation, with knowledgeable staff - great for longer holiday stays.

Good spot with knowledgeable staff, friendly welcome pack giving hints to the local area. Also early emails on activities in the narooma region. Room was clean and well sized.

Property lighting - external to unit was on all night and shone through window of only bedroom making it difficult to sleep. Had to empty rubbish bin after short 2 night stay, slightly expensive (but that might just be me).

A nice accommodation with all necessary cooking and cleaning facilities.

The environment is nice. A nice view from the balcony.

Quite expensive for the level of comfort of the facilities.

Comfortable bed (no choice of linen other than a doona) and the room was very clean. Had most items of equipment to allow a self-catering stay. Nice view from large balcony. Overall size of apartment was adequate.

Parking was far from room, inadequate (none) instructions on operating induction hotplates and a call for assistance was unanswered, making cooking breakfast rather difficult! Lighting in the unit was very poor, particularly in the bathroom, and a very low overhang over the basin meant I had to crouch to shave ( I am tall but not that tall)! The two-person couch was uncomfortable and there were no extra chairs for visitors. I had asked well before arriving if there were any facilities for charging my electric vehicle but did not receive a reply meaning I had to take an ICE vehicle on the long drive (not very eco-friendly). Shortage of power points necessitating the use of power boards.

Great little holiday apartment

This was a basic holiday apartment that was great value for the money. Although a little dated - need some painting, new carpets etc but overall it was spacious and an easy walk into town. The management were really helpful in pointing out on a local map the important sights.

Needed a bit of a refresh but otherwise overall good.

cute place but only for short visit

the location was great it was close to shops and everything, the room was spacious and comfortable. loved that i saw seals on the rocks that was a bonus but other than that not much.. the seafood was awesome fresh and worth purchasing,

there wasn't much to do in narooma, a few small shops and a few sight seeing things to do but once that was done nothing was left and it became boring

Never stay here again

The unit was very dirty. Carpets very stained. Doona so yellowed with age and stained. Lounge furniture needs good clean. Smells very dirty.

A prime example of an establishment fleecing patrons with room prices disproportionate to the quality of product.

not a lot to like

The property was grubby and in a poor state. Hygiene was questionable throughout. Bathroom tiles were cracked with large gaps, mould and excessive grime build up along edges and corners… An absurd and outdated management style (charges for extra towels or additional soap???)

I payed for 3 nights and left after 1 night

it was clean

no balcony just a courtyard and no bbq for private use.the bed is double and felt very uncomfortable for me and partner.

great location. Terry and Narelle were helpful and friendly. lovely views. quiet. good parking.

it’s tired. our kitchen was in poor condition and could do with some maintenance. it’s obviously been battered and worn from use.

Well appointed and comfortable apartments and ours had a fantastic view of Montague Island. All the links and tourist information sent in advance was very helpful.

Disappointing

the location was easy to find and walk about.

it was run down and in need or repairs. and the rules about people emptying their own bin with a few of you don’t is rude and having to buy your own toilet paper and etc especially for the amount we paid for 2 nights. shower was crap no water pressure, lounge and bed was so uncomfortable.

Superb

Location just off main highway, convenient to drive to local shopping centre , surf club, a short walk to town centre and pubs for a meal. Narooma is a small town built on the slops of hills. Good exercise.

Attention has been paid to details to make the apartment clean and comfortable.

We stayed in a street view apartment. It was quite close to the streets, so a bit noisy and we didn't feel inclined to use the balcony which was otherwise nice and spacious.
