Great location, good value, large room, comfortable bed. Claims to be a 5* hotel, beware, in reality it is 3* at best.

Excelente experiencia

Desde el momento en que llegamos la atención del personal fue insuperable. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y estuvieron atentos a cada detalle. El servicio fue impecable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, con todo lo que queríamos visitar a solo unos pasos. ¡Definitivamente volveremos! Gracias !

Um hotel ótimo de custo beneficio e localização.

A localização tudo muito perto, rua Flórida, Porto madeiro, casa rosada. Se estiver disposto da pra ir a pé. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Equipe excelente.

Fiquei decepcionado com a área de piscina. Muito pequena com 8 espreguiçadeiras. E o bar de piscina não funcionava. Seria interessante uma reforma geral nessa área. A criação de um DEC na piscina iria valorizar muito o hotel.

Would NOT stay again

Conveniently central

Robertos restaurant was absolutely terrible. Do not use the laundry service - they charged us US$457 = AUD$630 for ONE load of washing!! I could have replaced the entire load for that amount (it was only Tshirts and tracksuit pants, nothing fancy or difficult to wash)

Excelente lugar en una zona preciosa cerca todo

El hotel está bien ubicado en un barrio muy elegante, muchas confiterías, galerías de arte, supermercados...todo lo necesario. La habitación standard era a un pozo de aire y como era en un tercer piso era oscura. Buen tamaño, muy cómoda con un gran placar...la cama era king con 2 buenas almohadas para cada uno pero un poco altas supongo que tienen otras...el colchón estaba casi bien ;-) se puede mejorar. Todo estaba super extra limpio...Tiene una kitchenette que no funciona como tal ya que no tiene nada más que una jarra eléctrica...en otra época debe haber sido un apart hotel...(se podría eliminar). El baño está de época...tiene unos 30 años...el secador de pelo no secaba y un momento después se rompió pero pedí uno y al instante me trajeron uno nuevo sin uso...lo que aplaudo. Una pérdida en una llave de paso mojaba el piso pero prometieron arreglarla cuando avisamos. El personal super amable y atento. El desayuno muy completo buffet...los jugos naturales riquísimos y recién exprimidos...fruta fresca recién cortada. El café tipo americano pero con buen sabor...se podría mejorar los panes que eran industriales...el segundo día había scones excelentes. El único inconveniente fue al checkout ya que el precio no era el de Booking sino que era casi un 30% más...pero obviamente nos cobraron lo que correspondía en pesos argentinos y al valor del dólar oficial Banco Nación del día como es lo lógico. No usamos el parking porque es demasiado caro en relación al precio de la zona. Volvería sin dudas pero elegiría una habitación más luminosa...lo bueno de la interna es la tranquilidad...ni un ruido!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with very helpful and accommodating staff.

Breakfast and location are great. Staff was always very helpful.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle on the web site. It no longer exists. Web site needs to be updated.

Enjoyed my stay. Any shortcomings were offset by a wonderful staff.

Good location, welcoming stuff, but poor installations and a pretty average breakfast.

The typical argentinian issue - THE SHOWER NOT WORKING properly. It was a stream of water, not a shower, leaking everywhere but on your body. More than half of the water just wasted. The breakfast was average. Instant coffee diluted in a dispenser and very basic selection of food.

room was big. clean and bed comfy. great breakfast. staff helpful.
