Former family home, now run by those who grew up in it, makes you feel like you've come home.

The staff and their cat were wonderful hosts. Rooms were gorgeous, every thing that you might need had been thought about and provided. The tiny restaurant was a delight and the food was delicious. The view and the terrace to enjoy it from are beautiful.

The perfect Tuscany stay

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location and an easy walk to San Gimignano! Andrea and Virginia were lovely hosts and the food on site was delicious. They even offered us breakfast for the road as we had an early morning to leave. Definitely coming back.

We liked everything about this property. From super cool and cosy traditional apartment with private and exclusive garden, the massive swimming pool, the peaceful setting with unimpeded views of Tuscany, the professional staff and the most amazing food cooked by 5 star chefs. Truly a stand out property that was so relaxing and close to amenities.

THE BEST STAY IN TUSCANY!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect. directly facing San Gimignano. Adorable restaurant/reception with fireplace, fantastic pool with a stunning view (shame we couldn’t use it due to weather) the cutest cat called Bombay would lounge around. The room was so quaint, really well designed and very very comfortable. everything was perfect! I would stay again in a heart beat. Vitoria and Andreas were so sweet and charming and very helpful and Vanessa the amazing chef. her 4 course meal on the first night was spectacular. a must if you are staying.

Stunning views with great pool

The swimming pool with great view and sunset! Service available all over the place, just send a message via WhatsApp and get Aperil Spritz or wine at the pool. Great breakfast with view over S Gimignano. Very comfortable beds.

wonderful stay at podere bellavista. bella vista indeed!

The location was perfect - near to San Gimignano and yet has a good view of the medieval town. Rooms were beautiful and cosy and the service was great. We had a warm welcome by the host who invited us to welcome drinks and showed us the rooms for us to choose.

We liked our stay in this lovely resort and would love to visit again in the future

Excellent breakfast (cost extra money) and very attentive and friendly service. The bed was very comfortable, the room compy and the views from the hotel are beautiful. Over all we liked our stay in this lovely resort and would love to visit again in the future.

We were looking forward to have dinner at the place, and we were disappointed that there weren't any even though we were supposed to have an email about that. Other than that everything was perfect and we really liked our stay here.

The most amazing stay in Tuscany

Everything was perfect!! Virginia and Andrea are wonderful and attentive hosts, they gave us some great recommendations and made us the most delicious breakfast (you should try at least one time). The view from the proparty was stunning and the cabin was comfortable, spacious and clean. Thank you!

Magical

We had a warm welcome from our hosts Andrea and Virginia, who made our stay magical. We highly recommend the amazing dinner prepared by them, (and also breakfast!) on the property, dining al fresco with a view of San Gimignano over the hills was wonderful. We loved our cozy, spotless, quiet, well-appointed room and our comfortable terrace. The pool area had lovely views and was fantastic to lounge by (we didn’t swim as the October weather was coolish, but it looks like it would be a lovely place to hang out in the summer.) The property is beautifully maintained with love and care. We highly recommend it!

Our experience was wonderful, Virginia is an incredible host, kind and attentive. There are many positives, incredible breakfasts and wonderful food all round, easy walk to San Gimignano, great pool, spotless rooms, incredible views, etc. Virginia and Maria are amazing cooks and although there are many options in the area to have meals we chose to have all but one of our meals at Podere Bellavista. Everything was faultless.

I wish I could of stayed for a week. The staff were so kind and it was such a beautiful property,

This property is located on a hill across a small valley from San Gimignano, which is Heaven on Earth to this traveler. The views from the property were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen outside of being in the mountains.

The walk to San Gimignano was tough for this mid 60's couple. We took a taxi back to the property.
