Very pleasant and clean apartment but a little on the expensive side

Lots of space, very clean, had everything you could possibly need and brilliant location.

It was very noisy outside and found it difficult to sleep and so did the children. You can hear people coming in and out of the pubs and clubs and when that died down you could then hear the clean up operation outside. Trucks beeping and bins etc. I found the on site car park very handy but it was so tiny and difficult to park and move around. I was scared of damaging my car.

Exceptional

Excellent accommodation and ideally located for our visit, convenient for car parking and Liverpool One. We wished to have a balcony and were upgraded - and had two balconies in a very spacious apartment!

Conveniently located apartment hotel, with friendly staff 24 hours on duty!

The apartment hotel is very conveniently located near many of the tourism attractions. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are 24 hours on duty and very helpful.

We were in Liverpool for a week and like having a kitchen and clothes washing facility when staying that long. It was great to relax in the evening with plenty of room. It is walking distance to everything. A couple of restaurants right on the doorstep for convenience if it’s raining or we didn’t feel like heading out again after a long day

Well-equipped apartment in a great location, good value for money

Great location, close to Centre but far enough from the busier parts that it wasn’t too noisy (though it was Wednesday night that we stayed, I can’t comment on what it’s like at a weekend). The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything one could need. I recently stayed in an apartment fairly close to this one, but which was twice the cost of this one. For me this one was every bit as good.

directions for parking could have been clearer - I ended up in the Q-park across the road from the correct car park, so it cost me a small fortune!

A good stay!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect! Central to Lime Street station and the some key landmarks like the Beatles Story, the Tate, and the Royal Albert Dock. Also close to lots of pubs and fab restaurants. Great location. The apartment, and kitchen in particular was well equipped. There was a fan in the living room and each of the rooms as well.

Our bedroom window was shut, but you could hear quite a bit of noise coming through.

convenient for the conference centre, on site secure parking (for a fee) Plenty of space in the apartment & fully equiped. our apartment was nice and quiet.

not the best part of town could benefit from better pre-visit advice if you have a car - on going direct to the car park & how to get in.

Brilliant , except lack of hot water .

location, large apartment and very friendly and professional staff.

Hot water was a problem, only enough for one shower. Staff tried hard to help us though. We have stayed for the last few years and the four of us have always managed to shower without running out of water.

Lovely staff.

Good location, warm and welcoming staff.

Badly damaged skirting boards. Could do with coffee tables near sofa. Better lighted mirrors for make up and lamps in sitting area.
