Mukava ja varma vaihtoehto lemmikin kanssa matkaavalle

Erinomainen valikoima vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja aamupalalla. Siisti ja hyvä huone jonne voi ottaa lemmikin.

En keksi moitteen sanaa. Sisustusta voisi päivittää.

Trevlig personal och städade rum. Den gemensamma ytan var inget inbjudande tyvärr.

Hissen var en katastrof! Alla väntade för länge för många gånger. Det går inte att inte en av två hissar fungerar över en helg då många gäster ska infinna sig på doktorsmiddagar mm i tid. Hissen var inte heller logisk och landade på vilken våning som helst. Mycket frustrerande.

Ottima posizione per visitare Turku. Staff gentile ed efficace. Reception disponibile h24. Colazione buona a buffet con notevole varietà di prodotti. Stanza confortevole. Bistrot Bar interno buono. Presenza nello stabile di altri esercizi commerciali, tra cui un LIDL, raggiungibili senza necessità di uscire.

La struttura necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione e maggiore attenzione nella pulizia degli spazi pubblici (es. ascensore) nei momenti di maggiore affollamento. Climatizzazione della camera da revisionare.

Loved it, worth my money!

I had special requests and they filled them all. Staff was very friendly and the room was nice with the view I asked for. Parking was easy and it was easy to explore the city from the hotel. Nothing bad to say!

The breakfast was delicious and a lot of food choices were provided. Staff was really kind and helpful

The sun was setting very early at the time of the say and the curtains were not enough to keep the room very dark as light was escaping from the top.

Very good location, in the city center, 8 minutes walk to the bus station. And good breakfast.

The first time I was in this hotel, it was hard to find the reception, need a few information signs. And I found a few long dark hairs on the bed and in the bathtub.

Very good

The location of the hotel is accessible and near the mall and market. The rooms are beautiful, calm and clean.

There were no freebies like water, coffee and hotel slippers.

Disappointing

Breakfast very good and good assortment for lactose intolerant people.

We booked the hotel 3 months in advance. From the beginning we asked an early check in because we had an important event at 15pm, so their normal check in hours wouldn't work for us. We were of course also willing to pay half a day more or the 15euros fee for early check in. All they answered via email was that they could not promise anything but that they would do their best to accomodate us. Upon further request to have more concrete answers they replied: "Please contact us closer to the stay as we would be more informative about the matter." I checked again with them 1 week before the trip and they answered that they could not guarantee a check in earlier than 15 because the hotel was FULLY BOOKED. At that point our booking became non refundable and we couldn't do nothing but try to go to the hotel early and wait to see if they could do something to let us in in advance. At the reception we explained the situation and the background to the lady that served us. She looked completely indifferent and even bothered by our questions like "could you help us know when the room would be ready or ask the cleaning service to clean our room first?" Or "could you switch our assigned room with the first room that get cleaned?" NOTHING. She did not even check or blink. The answer was: we cannot know these things, we cannot ask the cleaning service and changing assigned rooms is too complicated, we can't do that, we don t know when your room will be ready. After an hour waiting we decide to talk to a second receptionist and guess what: she checked with the cleaning service what they could do and she checked if there was any other way we could get a room. In fact she found a cancellation and moved us to that room (not very difficult to do after all now!). Awfully bad service. Stressed us up for nothing. Not coming back for sure.

Excellent hotel in the center of Turku

The friendliest staff I've seen in a long time, really did her best to meet our wishes and beyond. Breakfest was surprisingly rich.

Double bed was 2 beds joined together, but then the hotel was completely full.

Wonderful breakfast buffet! Great children option at the in-house restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff. Access to the parking (extra cost) with the lift in the same building. Central location in town, everything at walking distance.

Missing information about how to get to the parking, and a bit tight to drive in and about.
